Steve at Transcendent PDR was super easy to communicate with...he responded quickly and we set up a time to meet at my work. Had some door dings on the rear driver side and a rear passenger quarter panel dent that was not fully finished being pulled. The price was super fair and Steve was super understanding of some of the problems he faced with my work security team wondering what he was doing. I was super shocked that he was able to get pinched door dings out and the rear quarter panel dent was in an area he couldn't get behind but was able to glue pull it better than some others I had asked to give it a try. Someone backed a tow hitch dead center of my plastic bumper. Steve came out and did a fantastic job getting it out and lined back up as best as the material would let him. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for dent removals and will go to him in the future for sure. read more

My car was hit by a door and left a 2" ding. Steve responded extremely quickly and was able to verify via some photos that he could do the work and was able to schedule a service time within the week. I have never heard of a service where the repair service is brought to you. We were working from home and Steve came over and was able bring our car back to new within the hour. Steve was extremely well kept, pleasant and easy to work with! He walked use through the process, was transparent about the cost up front, and allowed us to check the repair before he left the premises. If you have a dent on your vehicle and don't want to drive it to a shop, leave it there, rent a car, etc,. give Steve a call! We will be calling him back for any future repairs and you should to! read more

Steve just finished the work on my vehicle and has barely left my home since I am starting to submit this review. He is a skilled professional and master of his craft and offers an outstanding mobile service with convenience to the customer, excellent results and at a very competitive rate compared to any of the other quotes I received from other PDR businesses. He was able to take out an aggravating door ding along a raised body line of my aluminum paneled f150 in 45 minutes start to finish, less than the hour estimate. Even more amazing was that he did not have to remove the inner door panel. I will absolutely be calling him again for any PDR needs in the future. read more

Had a few small to large dents on hood of truck and one on the side from a shopping cart. Steven fixed all of them and several more at the quoted price.I had a response within 5 -10 minutes of contacting company, quote was delivered in person on site with in 2 hours and work completed within 26hrs of quote. My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing. I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local. And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician! The quote was super reasonable and the proof is in the pudding of my photos. I went in thinking I hope it can be just not a eyesore and left with a spring in my step and no sign of the truly despicable and evil dent. Again, Steve was honest, fair, upfront, and a true professional. Highly highly recommend.

I got a small door ding in my Tesla Model S. A Tesla certified body shop quoted more than $1400 to fix the dent. They wanted to remove both my passenger door panels (since the ding was on the back door, but close to the front panel. They stated that they needed to do this to blend the paint from the back to the front panel. This is a ridiculous price to fix a tiny ding! This body shop also would need to hang onto my car for 5 days, meaning I would be out of pocket for a rental car. Dan fixed the same ding for $125, and he didn't need to add any paint to the door. What I thought was a paint chip was just transfer from the offending car that dinged my door. The door panel looks as good as new! He was done within 25 minutes!

Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. I walked to my car the other day to find a four-inch-long dent from some unknown source...probably a lawn guy running into it with a backpack blower. Found Transcendent here on Yelp and contacted Steve. He got back to me quickly, had a fair estimate and made scheduling easy. He was great to chat with while he worked and very generous with his time answering all my questions. After massaging the dent, he buffed out the scuff on the paint from the original impact and made everything look new again without a trace of damage. Steve did an outstanding job with my hail-damaged Yukon. Once I filed the claim with my insurance company, he handled everything. Steve came to my house, gave the estimate, submitted it to the insurance company, and then continuously checked the claim status until it was approved. All the time he kept me informed as to status of the claim. Upon approval, Steve scheduled a time to come to my home to complete the repairs. The repairs were done perfectly! Not even a blemish left on the vehicle! This is a great company and I am astounded by the customer service and quality of work! Could not be happier that I called Transcendent PDR. read more

Steve was able to meet me the same day I called after a hail storm damaged my 2015 BMW. Steve scheduled a time that week to accomplish the repairs. The repair took all of 6 hours-meaning I had my car back to me the very same day. Steve even went out of his way to pick my car up at my place of work and bring my car back that day. Contacted Transcendent PDR based on the good reviews online. Steve did fantastic job on dent repair on 3 dents, on 2 of my vehicles. One had a dent about 8" across on the driver's door, and also a dent from a door ding on the rear fender area. The other vehicle had a big dent in the plastic bumper. I was super pleased with the results. Much better than I could have hoped, especially on the plastic bumper dent which had also pushed in the turn signal light. The price was very reasonable, and the work was superb. Very highly recommended! read more

I had a small fist sized dent in the fender of my minivan and happened to find TPDR here on Yelp. So happy that I did! I was so worried that my dent was gonna cost an arm and a leg at the body shop. Steve let me send him some photos of the damage and then came out for a live inspection before quoting me for the repair. All I can say is WOW!! Super convenient to have the dents repaired at my office and the results are amazing. I was worried about the dents being on my aluminum hood but Steve must be a magician because in an hour the hood looks brand new. Super fast response, very fair fees, arrived early for the repair. Professional service and awesome results. Hope I never need to use him again but living in Texas I'm sure he will get another call from me or anyone that ask me who to use. read more

Steve's reviews were outstanding so I decided to go with him to fix three dings in my truck. It took a bit to get the schedules to align cuz we were both busy, but he was well worth the wait. My truck looks fantastic, and he did the work at my house. He is customer focused, timely, polite, professional, courteous, friendly and explains what he's going to do and how he's going to do it. Steve is very reliable and I would hire him again anytime! I reached out to a few dent repair services on Yelp and Steve was the best at replying. He was able to see me the next morning and my door ding is completely gone now! His pricing was very fair and he stuck to his estimate. Steve did a great job on my truck. I had a bad door ding in the crease of the door on the passenger side and several hail dents from a recent storm. Everything was removed and looks perfect again.
