DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. Details: I bought a body kit for my 370z and was looking for someone who could paint and install it. Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit. Whatever the reason, I was totally ready to pay him for additional labor, but he declined. I'm writing this review an hour after I've picked up my car and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I'll update with photos later. If you need anything custom, aftermarket, body, paint, insurance work, etc. New Concept Autoworks is the place to go.
