I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up. This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years. They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!! I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. My story with DFW Pro Bright Star is rather long. Being new to Texas and not having established quality relationships with local businesses, I was totally in the dark about where to take my White BMW 535i that had been damaged by the Transport Company in July of 2018. DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. This shop did an excellent job with my car, I was distraught from the time it was towed there but I ended up picking it up and leaving with a smile on my face and confidence in their work. DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop did an amazing job. My husband got into an accident and managed to really mess up our car. Both sides AND the front of the car were really damaged. Now it looks brand new. They even detailed the inside which it really needed. These guys were great, we worked out an amazing deal. They were also very nice and easy to work with. I had an incident with my car: the side panel on the driver's side was damaged, my driver door wouldn't open and my front bumper was loose. I originally went to another business and was quoted almost $2,000. When I found DFW Pro Bright Star the owner quoted me $800 less and said he wouldn't charge me more for having him order the replacement parts: bumper, headlight, panel and painting plus labor. They repaired my car in less than 48 hours and were so friendly. I was charged almost exactly what he originally quoted me and my car looks new again. I brought my truck by for a quick estimate to get some small chips and scratches repaired. I purchased this truck brand new from the factory and it was delivered to me with less than 10 miles on the clock, never been in an accident and never needed any body work. The "repair specialist" continually argued with me that my truck had been damaged and repainted at some point. It became very obvious very quickly that he was not qualified. He would not listen to what I was saying or wanted done. I did not and will not have work done here based off this experience. read more

I had an outstanding experience with DFW Pro Bright Star. I took my 2013 Honda CR-V there for an estimate after someone hit in the parking lot and ran. I met with Peyman who made me feel comfortable with his cordiality. I also met his brother and father, as this is a family business. The estimate was quite reasonable compared to other shops and they were willing to repair metal and not replace with new parts. The car was repaired in a week, and I completely satisfied with the body work and the paint. It is clear to me that customer satisfaction is important to this business and it shows in how they treat customers. I paid less than the original estimate because they were able to repair and not replace the fender! Unlike big auto body shops, this is a small operation without the fancy offices and appraisers, but they do first-rate work and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! read more

Pro Bright Star is not a professional company at all and lacks standards. I was involved in a wreck in July of 2018 and did not receive my car back until November 2018 and waiting four months for my luxury car to become returned was ridiculous and a waste of time. This company does not even have a professional building and they store cars outside in a public parking spot and then say they will charge customers daily fees for storage. They can not charge fees when they have no ownership of the public parking lot. The miscommunication was constant and these employees struggle to speak English as they are foreigners from the middle east. After receiving my car I actually had to return the car to make sure they corrected errors they made before giving me car back. When the car was returned the second time it was not neat and clean and was in need of a detail. This company has been reported to the Texas State Attorney General for fraud and also the Texas Department of Insurance as well. I believe eventually this company will go bankrupt or become involved in litigation and end up in court and becoming officially legally put out of business. Take your hard earned money else where. The employees are a family run business and they do not have the proper education training or certifications to do auto body work correctly. Small businesses are not always the best. Large companies have standards for reasons to ensure quality work is performed. I had to take my car to another auto body shop Calibers Collision to have the driver side door aligned properly as it would not shut correctly like the passenger side door. This business is a joke and lacks standards and just wants your money they do not even deserve. read more
