I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

The young lady thought it was a good idea to start texting again. I asked her to stop texting me, again just trying to not go back and forth for no reason, her response was "I cancelled your appointment". This young lady needs to learn some compassion and restraint when speaking to customers.
