I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

Instead of coming out and charging me to replace the windshield for a solution that he knew would not work, AJ called me immediately and let me know what the most likely problem was. He said the windshield replacement would not solve it, and that I needed to re-seal or replace the cowl under the windshield wipers. He was right.! When I do have a problem with my auto glass, this will be the first guy that I call! Thank you so much, AJ.!

Bill's Auto Glass of Plano provides excellent service for windshield replacement!…read more First off, the employees are very honest. My call was answered quickly and I was able to get a quote fast. After asking, I was told that the camera calibration for my car (Hyundai Tucson) was not needed, and that other companies unplugged the camera so that it would have to be recalibrated. Here they do not unplug the camera during windshield installations for most vehicles except a select few where it is actually required. This saved me nearly $300 off the competition already. The windshield was done very well. The person that was sent out to change my car's windshield was friendly, did a great job, and was on-time, even giving me notice that he was going to arrive in around an hour in advance. The glass looks nice, and is of even better quality than the original windshield. And, as stated, my lane departure camera still works just as well after the replacement as it did before, maybe even better too. After being quoted higher than the original agreed price, I called back to ask about that to see if it could be fixed. At the time I called, the owner was not available, so I was told by another associate that I would receive a call back regarding my billing and that they wouldn't need my payment details until then. As promised, the new business day I received a call and the problem was resolved! Not only did the owner go out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I had received, but he also reviewed my recorded call which contained the original quote when I called initially and even played it for me to hear so I knew I was getting the price that was agreed upon at first. Now this is how other business should operate. Honest, fair, no tricks/gimmicks, and super high quality service. I highly recommend Bill's Auto Glass!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick and professional auto glass…read morerepair service. I had made an appointment with another auto glass company (a large national chain) which gave me a window of time that they would meet me for a windshield replacement, but unfortunately the technician did not call to say he was headed my way until an hour after the window they had provided and the office increased the price on me last minute, so I searched for a different company to work with and I'm glad I did. Curt was very professional and his team was prompt and on time. I scheduled my appointment on a Thursday and they were able to come out the very next day. The technician was very quick at removing and installing the glass. Despite me watching him do the install, he was very professional and courteous and answered any question I had without slowing down his work. This company has earned its five star review and I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends and family.
