We took a road trip last week, at some point a rock had chipped my windshield Not wanting it to grow into a large crack and then having to replace the entire windshield, I Yelped windshield repair and found Titan Glass had a lot of great reviews, so I decided I'd try them out... Upon arrival I was immediately greeted, asked how they could help, walked out to show where the chip was to repair and my car was taken back about 5 minutes after I arrived, for repair! Not long after I arrived, the kind lady (in photo) who greeted me, left for the day. A nice young lady (her hair was up in a bun) was left to close out the day, I had arrived 40 minutes before they were closing at 5. She was extremely helpful, patiently answered all of my questions, regarding windshield replacement and even gave me the Yelp discount, they offered for "checking in"! Sorry, I didn't ask your names‍ About 21 minutes after the tech had taken my car back, it was returned and my windshield was brand new again. There is a bit of a scar left, when windshields are repaired, but it's so small, you really have to look for it. Which is minor, compared to leaving it, watching the Chip grow into a massive crack and having to replace my entire windshield for almost 5X what it cost to make a simple repair! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be recommending Titan and return should I have anymore glass concerns with any of our vehicles. read more

Came in and got a written quote for $540 to replace the front window on a 2019 F150. Next day we came back to have the glass replaced and the technician re-traded the price saying it would be $780 because he has to recalibrate the camera. He had already removed the existing front window so we had no choice. Very unprofessional to wait until our hands were tied and then increase the price. read more

Our windshield had been cracked for almost 2 years, and we never got it fixed. I always saw insanely high prices for replacements which is why I waited so long to have it fixed. I found Titan Auto Glass through a simple Google search, and liked the reviews. I requested a quote and Adren responded very quickly with a ton of information. Things I didn't know would be necessary (disposal fees, top molding, cure urethane, etc.) were explained in the quote along with other helpful information (such as BBB accreditation). Adren was very helpful and quick to respond so we could get an appointment set up. Due to COVID-19, he informed me how they are implementing social distancing and what we needed to do. Fast forward to when the technician arrived--the system pulled up the wrong windshield, and we actually needed one with an additional sensor. He recommended to contact the office to reschedule but also contacted Adren himself about the situation. OUTSTANDING CRAFTSMANSHIP! The windshield of my Lexus was hit by some mysterious object last week, and instead of going to the shop as recommended by my insurance company, I checked Google and Yelp and decided to use Titan Auto Glass because they have the most consistent positive reviews, and I am glad I've found them! The damage to my windshield was not very big, more like the size of a quarter with spider legs spreading out for another inch, but it was definitely visible and annoying. I met Adren at the shop, the price was reasonable and he was able to service my car on the spot. He did warn me that although the repair will prevent the cracks from spreading, I will still be able to see the crack. Well, Adren lied, sort of, and that is because after Jason finished his work on my windshield, I could barely see where the damage was unless I am staring at it from 4 inches away. I have attached the "Before" photo of the damage but I am unable to post an "After" one because it is very difficult to see and I simply cannot make it visible to the camera.
