Because Texas laws can be really stupid sometimes and everyone and their mom has cracked windshield that typically are not covered by insurance, I reached out to these great people and I am so glad I did! I was able to get scheduled within 48 hours and they gave me a two hour window to fix my vehicle. From my two experiences with them, (they had to return to fix an unrelated crack from a rock), they typically arrive on the tail end of that window they give you- just an FYI They didn't offer me military discount, but that's OK because after doing some research, they quoted me a very fair and already discounted price. When I tried to contact the company to question this, they blocked my number. I eventually used my wife's phone to get in touch with Hope to find out it would cost an additional $300. My dissatisfaction in only that if I needed to contact the company again for warranty work in the future, it would be tough.

Then today I made the drive to Royse City for two new chips. Robert determined one chip to be too small to need repair, but he smoothed it out and repaired the other for a very nominal fee. They have mobile units that serve DFW, but I wanted to see the new location and reconnect with Robert, so for me it was well worth the 40 minute drive each way, knowing that this is a business I could trust.
