Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by Alex who was tidying up the shop after finishing another customer's car. I told him I would like a quote on my car, and he said the owner was out and asked if I had an appointment. When I told him I did not have an appointment, he went ahead and asked if he could help. (My first sign I was in the RIGHT place!) I told Alex I had just purchased a new car and it was hot- I needed tint but didn't want to pay for anything super fancy, just something that would cool the car and complement the overall look of the coupe. He carefully explained about the different products they had available, what each was used for and how the different manufacturer warranties worked, and then gave me a quote for the two door windows, citing that the back window which is hard plastic, wouldn't be wise to tint as the window is too flexible (on purpose due to it being a convertible top) and the tint wouldn't likely stay put. (My second sign I was in the RIGHT place- honest feedback!) Alex quoted me $125 for the two windows, and then told me he wasn't busy at the moment and could do the install while I waited- maybe 30 minutes. I agreed, then followed him to the work bay so he could show me the actual tint he had available. He cut samples and had me hold each up to the light so I could determine transparency while feeling the different thickness of the film. After making a decision, he got to work. 15-20 minutes later he came back in the shop to announce he was finished and to fill out my warranty card and take payment. This is my 2nd time in this shop, though I didn't tell Alex this, and he went above and beyond for me on this job as if I were a new customer. Not only did he listen to my needs, he made appropriate suggestions, and did a completely professional install on my Spider. It looks fantastic! Will definitely be back in the future. My first appointment was canceled because no technician was available. The second appointment gave me a 12-5 service window, and I didn't receive a call until 2:30 PM telling me they didn't even have the glass. I wasted half my day waiting because there was an utter lack of basic business practices and communication with customers. What's most frustrating is how unbothered everyone seemed. Other than an apology, there was no urgency, accountability, or real effort to make things right. At some point, apologies stop meaning anything when customers continue dealing with the same problems repeatedly. Customers shouldn't have to rearrange their schedules multiple times because of poor planning, lack of communication, and operational failures from a national company that should know better.

While they were doing it, they popped up the window.Because it's a convertible that's how they make it fit. In doing so the prop was leaning on the button that made the convertible go up and down. It burned up that motor. They said that they did not do it and they refused to fix it. We will never recommend them and never use them again.
