Bill's Auto Glass of Plano provides excellent service for windshield replacement! First off, the employees are very honest. My call was answered quickly and I was able to get a quote fast. After asking, I was told that the camera calibration for my car (Hyundai Tucson) was not needed, and that other companies unplugged the camera so that it would have to be recalibrated. Here they do not unplug the camera during windshield installations for most vehicles except a select few where it is actually required. This saved me nearly $300 off the competition already. The windshield was done very well. The person that was sent out to change my car's windshield was friendly, did a great job, and was on-time, even giving me notice that he was going to arrive in around an hour in advance. The glass looks nice, and is of even better quality than the original windshield. And, as stated, my lane departure camera still works just as well after the replacement as it did before, maybe even better too. After being quoted higher than the original agreed price, I called back to ask about that to see if it could be fixed. At the time I called, the owner was not available, so I was told by another associate that I would receive a call back regarding my billing and that they wouldn't need my payment details until then. As promised, the new business day I received a call and the problem was resolved! Not only did the owner go out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I had received, but he also reviewed my recorded call which contained the original quote when I called initially and even played it for me to hear so I knew I was getting the price that was agreed upon at first. Now this is how other business should operate. Honest, fair, no tricks/gimmicks, and super high quality service. I highly recommend Bill's Auto Glass! read more

Bill's Auto Glass - Windshield after replacement - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Plano, Texas

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick and professional auto glass repair service. I had made an appointment with another auto glass company (a large national chain) which gave me a window of time that they would meet me for a windshield replacement, but unfortunately the technician did not call to say he was headed my way until an hour after the window they had provided and the office increased the price on me last minute, so I searched for a different company to work with and I'm glad I did. Curt was very professional and his team was prompt and on time. I scheduled my appointment on a Thursday and they were able to come out the very next day. The technician was very quick at removing and installing the glass. Despite me watching him do the install, he was very professional and courteous and answered any question I had without slowing down his work. This company has earned its five star review and I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Nothing but good things to say about Curt and his team! They are always friendly, quick to respond and reliable. Replacing glass can be messy, but both Hugo and Steve did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. On top of that, I didn't even have to leave my house for the service! I used Bill's Auto Glass last year when I got blindsided by a rock that flew from a cement truck! Although it was just a crack, I'd just purchased my truck and it was an eyesore! I called and they gave me an estimate of the job and sent the mobile service out free of charge and fixed it while I worked! Now this year, I had my truck broken into and the thieves smashed the whole drivers side window! I was frantic and everyone that I called gave me estimates that I thought was equivalent to me buying a whole new vehicle! I then remembered Bill's and the impeccable service that I got the last time and I didn't have a week to wait on my truck to be finished! Once again, they came through with quality work, a great price and a fast turnaround! Highly remommended! read more

Not sure why yelp has me listed as San Francisco as I live in the metroplex area. Initial repair on a new windshield replacement was far less than desirable. They did send a service tech back out, he was able to improve upon his initial install. It took a bit for getting a positive response from the company but they came through in the end. I can't say that I would use them again but loads of other folks seem to have had a positive experience. read more

Great job at reasonable price. We needed a new front windshield for our commercial vehicle and got it replaced with the factory equivalent acoustic glass. The glass looked exactly the same. They beat everyone else's price and showed up on time. Two weeks later, the same vehicle needed a back side windshield replaced, so, I didn't even bother to get other quotes. We just called Bill's. read more
