I researched auto glass companies in the area. Another auto glass guy tried to undercut Jerry's price when I called but I went with Jerry because he has the most experience in the area. I'm glad I did. Jerry goes out of his way to take care of his customers. He showed up on time and did a great job with my windshield replacement. He treated my car very carefully and got the job done fast. I liked that he uses the best glass available so it is the safest choice - this is another reason I went with him. When the work was finished there were no hidden charges and they filed my claim with my insurance so it was really easy. I give Jerry five stars - I encourage people to look at the websites and talk to people to get a feel for who they are. Like I said, another dealer tried to undercut Jerry's price rather than just quoting a price on his own and I thought that was sleazy. I'll go with the one who has the experience and talks honestly with me up front every time. read more

I did all my research & very pleased I chose my gut instinct on this one. I called several glass companies & did plenty of research on all of em. Jerry & his wife were very open & informative on what to expect. Their price was not the cheapest but, the cheapest for the higher quality glass. I had my windshield replaced before by a company out of Dallas & had a aftermarket put in it. I had distortion problems & molding problems & to top it off trouble having it warrantied. Jerry & his helper Seth were fast, friendly, & funny, I really enjoyed their company & service! It has been a few weeks since, my replacement glass has been put in I have found no problems & don't expect to. If there was, I know I can directly contact the installer Jerry by his personal cell phone. I will never need online reviews for my Auto Glass services from now on! Thank you, Jerry read more

I'm from Washington state and wanted to secretly have the windshield replaced in my parents car while I was in Texas. Jerry showed up at our agreed appointment's time and place and was very friendly and professional. He and his assistant replaced the windshield while my son and I were able to go into a store and pick up a few things. We returned to a very well done job. Jerry even offered to buff out a paint scuff on the bumper as we settled up the bill. The price was also very reasonable, I thought. If I ever have any other needs for auto glass replacement while I'm there in the good ol' state of Texas. I'm definately going to give Jerry a call. read more

Took my car to Walmart in Rockwall to have a windshield wiper replaced and, in the process, Walmart broke my windshield. Walmart took forever to process my claim but, thanks to Tammy, Jerry's wife, who also works for Jerry, and her staying on Walmart to take care of what Walmart should have taken care of 2 months ago, I FINALLY got the money from Walmart and had Jerry replace my windshield. An A1 company, and I will definitely use Jerry again, if the need ever arises. read more

Absolutely 5++++ stars! Sooo very glad I called Jerry. Absolutely the best there is. Very nice. Is absolutely the most honest person I've met. I'm just thrilled. I would recommend him a thousand times. I had an issue with my van window making a noise when it rolled down. Jerry found the issue immediately and was just wonderful. If I have any issue with glass or the mechanics that roll it up and down, Auto Glass by Jerry is who I will call. read more

Jerry came out the same day I called. He gave me a two hour window of when he would be here (2:00-4:00). At 3:00 he knocked on my door and said he was done. I never knew he was outside working. He moved all my inspection stickers and toll tag to the new windshield for me. Both him, and his wife that answers the phone, were polite and prompt. Very good experience. read more

Jerry was great! With all the wind we've had my windshield got hit and Tammy let me know Jerry was in my area today and he'd make the time to come seal it for me. He not only fixed my windshield but took a look at our jeep and sealed it too. Great customer service, very responsive and fairly priced. I would highly recommend him to any others in Rockwall! read more
