I stopped in for some LED lights on my 4WD farm truck. There are Truck Accessory stores all over this area, but most of them are overpriced for work on an old truck that won't see daily use. The owner showed me several options, and we figured out several good options. A couple hours later, I was on my way with plenty of lighting forward & aft! Got a stereo installed at their Dallas location at Big T. They are complete garbage. Simple radio install with back up camera... to 3 hours... they broke the tabs for my cover in the trunk and lost the clips for the interior carpet. They didn't hook up the steering wheel control and said it didn't have it which it does. Kept all border trim for my stereo. Kept my microphone for my other stereo. Didn't calibrate the camera and the stereo looks like crap because I need the border trim the Payaso stole. Now I have to go back and try to fix everything they messed up. The trunk just rattles non stop because they didn't even try to put anything back properly. read more

Got my black Subaru WRX STi tinted here last year. Great 3M product, looks better than dealership tints. Price was also less than the dealership. On some busy days, they may take a while to get to your car. Other cars in the queue. The quality of tint work was good and they will immediately fix any bubbles you point out, lost a star because I had to clean some dust smudging on the interior of the STi. Nothing a few seconds of t shirt wipe doesn't fix. But it has been a year and I see new workers, means they've been successful. Hopefully this means the service has improved. Will add a star tomorrow if I notice the interior is clean when I check up on the Mustang I dropped off for tinting. *Update 11/30/2014: Picked up my Mustang today. I don't usually comment but when I feel like I have been taken advantage of I just have to. I went there to have them install a couple of fog lights on my motorcycle I wasn't sure I liked what I brought them so when they made a couple of suggestions on different lights I opted for what they had to offer a LED headlight and a 6" LED light bar. The headlight wouldn't work so they replaced my headlight bulb with a brighter bulb which is a lot better than what I had and the 6" light bar looks great also.. Now what I didn't like is the price. The 6" light bar they charged me 69.99 I could have bought for 10.00 that's a 600 % mark up I haven't priced the light bulb they installed at 139.99 So for them to replace the bulb and install the light bar and a switch was over 400.00 dollars .. Sitting at Sound and security in Greenville for the second day because my radio stopped picking of channels. So yesterday they installed a aftermarket window mount intenna that let it pick up a couple of channels and called it good. I get it drove off and it won't pick up any main stations so I brought it back today and get treated like crap. They said it there antenna fixed my issue and allowed it to pick up stations granted none of the main not even the Greenville station. So they begin to get rude and almost aggressive with me and tell me if I took my jeep to the Dodge house and they didn't fix the issue they would still charge me. We have spent a lot of money at this place a day to be treated like this is unacceptable and is not the way to do business. So heads up don't use this place if you expect to get what you pay for!!! read more

I recently had my windows tinted here and Moe was my salesman. During the selling process Moe was attentive and helpful. I purchased their $269.00 lifetime warranty 3M tint for my Ford F-150. The job was completed within an hour. Upon the return of my vehicle I noticed some sort of staining around my headliner right where it meets the back window. I brought this to the attention of Moe and he asked his installer about it and he said "it was already like that" I touched the stained area and it was wet so Moe said let it dry and it will go away. Well after a couple of days the stain didn't go away. So I returned to the shop and Moe said he would fix it for $100 I did not accept his offer. A few days later I noticed that the tint on my passenger side window was peeling off and I started inspecting the other Windows and noticed that the back window had bubbles in it. I took the truck back to Moe and he said bring it back tomorrow. Next day I called and made a 1:30 appointment to have my windows redone. When I get there I was ignored at first and finally Moe said we will get to you in a few minutes and he and two other guys go into the office and start eating hot wings for the next thirty minutes. My windows did get redone. However my headliner is still stained and it cannot be cleaned. I feel screwed over and will never return here. read more

First off, this place is great, they have an excellent selection, great prices, and a super fast turn around time. I went next door to car toys to get a price for installing a nav system with 4 speakers and they said $250 for the nav and $160 for the speakers, total of $410. Then went to supersound and they quoted me for $200. They did a great job and I'd tell anyone to go here for a better price, better selection and faster turn around time. They have an unmarked display counter with items on display on wall behind it - didn't like me walking behind counter for a look - items on display must be for viewing from far away only. Top notch, customer service oriented business! I stopped at a competitor down the street from these guys first. What a mistake! The competitor would not install my new equipment provided from my insurance company. My truck was burglarized and the stereo and alarm were stolen. I needed the equipment installed and the insurance was paying for all the installation. Moe handled my business here, and made several calls to the AJRS Company that was paying the claim. Moe went above and beyond with both the installation AND the customer service! Very bad experience... This was my valentines gift to my husband to have our car tinted but we were the ones surprised my husband asked is our car was ready after going twice back definitely not expecting this response From an employee who actually told my husband it's called running a business and being busy... Wow !!!! Never expected that kind of rude response especially here in Rockwall maybe in Dallas or Harry Hines neighborhood... I guess the customers needs comes first and customers are always right is definitely Not their motto... My husband went in at 2 pm and an employee stated that he could get a 4 pm appointment to tint our car ... So it was dropped off expecting a call which by the way never came... We went at 5:30 and was told it will be ready in an hour .. So we went at 7:00 pm again that's when I told my husband just pick up the keys so we can go ... We would of respected the fact if we received a call to explain to us calmly they were short handed and if we could come tomorrow or another day but obviously that was not the case... Whoever the guy's name was at the front counter you have no customer service skills nor business etiquette I just pray he was not the business owner ... A simple phone call would of suffice and go a long away. In our eyes you know the customer ...
