The owner Jay has been in the car scene for decades and attends trade shows like SEMA every year to stay on top of current trends. Custom trucks and cars are the normal business here, and a talented team of installers and craftsmen work on projects 6 days a week. Any car lover would be in heaven when coming into this place. My biggest favorite with Branded Customs is that they carry FOCAL speakers, which are undoubtedly the best balanced speaker in the world. If you are a real audio lover then you will demand Focal speakers, and Branded is the place to pick them up in DFW. Don't go here these guys installed some coilovers for me. They half assed the job! Left sway bar links loose and damaged abs wires. They tried taping them back together!! Instead of replacing. Very unprofessional. read more

Just got a K&N cold air intake put on. The service was Great. I will be back to get more done to my ride.

I wouldn't trust this shop. I got a set of wheels and tires from them and now the tires have gotten deformed mean in a dip somewhere on the tire in each one. This causes my truck to wobble when driving and vibrates really bad at high speeds. I contacted the owner of the shop and it took about 2-3 weeks before he even responded. I called and called and wrote 2-3 emails and finally a response. He told me to send him photos and my info which I did that same day. 2-3 weeks pass and haven't heard anything so I called him up and emailed him again. Again, takes him another few calls and emails before he responds. When he did finally respond, he said he had sent my info to the manufacture but there was little could do, he didn't sound very helpful either. Ok so 1 month goes by and nothing, I've been trying to resolve this since January. At this point, I'm cutting my losses and coming to a conclusion that I'm on my own here- pretty lousy for this guy to treat his customers this way. If I could give them a negative star, I would. I've steered all of my friends away from them when I get asked about custom shops. No wonder he's going out of business, that's the word on the street anyway. Horrible read more
