This was the worst experience. Do not waste your money. These guys came out to tint at 5pm and…read moredidn't leave my house until 1am. There are scratches in the tint, trash all over ground, and pieces of tint stuck between the brake light and glass. Jaime (owner and installer) straight cheated me out of my money and ghosted me when I tried to get…read morehim to fix the issues. There are bubbles everywhere because the surface wasn't cleaned correctly. My neighbor, wife, son and myself are fairly sure he was high as a kite both times he was at my house putting on the tint (second time was to correct the bubble issues which are worse not then the first time). The bubbles are small, medium and large (attached some pictures for reference). It is not like I'm being picky. For being high as a kite....The second time here he was talking about aliens shooting each and the government was using the storm clouds to cover it up...literally the discussion to my family while putting on the tint. On both times, his eyes were glazed and the stuff he was talking about was just crazy sounding...like people (specifically his competitors) were hacking his phone and were after him (including hitting his car on multiple occasions....which did have several big dents including a bent wheel). I bought the premium file (Wincos by Madico) because I wanted the best stuff (which by the way Madico will not warranty, see below for that). He put tint on my Lincoln MKT (front two windows) and Mustang (all side and rear windows). Along with the bubbles, there are bugs trapped between the tint and glass on both vehicles. I went to another shop (not a mobile installer) that installs Wincos tint to get it warrantied. The installer submitted claims for me and Madico refused to honor the warranty. They stated the bubbles were not a defect in the tint. They were caused by improper installation even though I had the warranty paperwork from Jaime. For reference, I originally had the tint installed after finding Jaime via Facebook Marketplace. He installed the tint and some bubbles were noticeable immediately (which is normal), but after 2 weeks, they were still there along with several more. I advised him of this and it took about a week for him to put new tint on again. After another 2 weeks, there were even more bubbles then the first set of tint. I tried to get him to fix it again. Scheduled twice and was ghosted (no call, no show) both times. He also told me he was moving out of the country because people were after him and were hacking his phone. Now he will not respond to any text messages, phone calls or Facebook Messenger. Just an absolute waste of time and money. The owner of the shop in Denton was not very happy with the way this guy installed my tint and offered to give me some very large discounts to get new tint (with an actual lifetime warranty). I have both of my cars scheduled with him to get the new tint put on.

(I tried to contact more places to compare, but no others responded!) They came to my house for the repair, which is very convenient, and they were on time. When doing the repair, they found out that the place that replaced it previously, 6 years ago, didn't do it correctly and basically super glued everything down. (No wonder that place is no longer in business, LOL!) Auto Glass Concepts was very professional and didn't complain about the extra work it took to remove the old windshield. With how everything was handled, i will definitely use them again!!!
