If I could rate more stars I would…read more I went to Firestone down the street originally hoping for a new tire for the spare I was driving on after getting a flat tire the day before. Firestone didn't have the tire size I needed, so I gave NTB a call and David answered the phone. David was WONDERFUL! He was kind, quick, efficient, and helped me figure out the correct tire size I needed and went over all of my options with me. I told him the car I was driving and that I would be there in five minutes. To my surprise, he met me outside as I was pulling up with a big smile and introduced himself. They were a bit busy, and despite it they were able to get my car in quickly and on such short notice. I also mentioned wanting an oil change while I was at it, and they have me a $20.00 off voucher when they realized they were out of the oil I needed, but would have it in next week for me. There was no scamming or trying to sell me expensive tires or unnecessary services at all. The whole process from arrival to driving my car away took about 30 minutes. That's the fastest tire change I've ever experienced, and I was certainly not their only customer at the time. If you're looking for an ENJOYABLE tire change, this is the place. I took my car in to have the tires balanced and rotated. The place that did it (a large, relatively…read morereputable company) told me that I had two bent wheels, and offered to sell me new ones (um....). I told him no, thanks. I was surprised to learn I had bent rims. This car is pretty new, and I don't drive it roughly. But, supposedly, BMW rims are "very soft" and bend easily, sometimes just by going over a pothole (great.....) I contacted several companies to get estimates on repair. All Star was one of the first to respond, and was the best priced of the three who responded. Travis, the owner of the company, wrote me back answering my questions, and gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I wanted to discuss further. I called him back, he answered all of my questions, and told me I could just come in when I was ready (no appointment necessary). He did try to up-sell me a wheel paint job, but when I said I wasn't interested, he was not pushy about it at all. I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The receptionist, an older lady, was not very friendly. She took my information, and when I spoke to one of the techs, he was extremely helpful. He was very nice, very polite, and explained everything to me. I told him I didn't notice any shaking or any performance issues, and he said sometimes companies will exaggerate damage to try to sell you new wheels. He said they would take a look at the two wheels and not charge me if they weren't damaged. My car was ready for pick-up the very next morning (dropped off at 3:30pm day before, picked up at 8am next day). The grumpy lady told me that the repair notes said they only had to repair one wheel, not the other one. The wheel that they did repair looks flawless. It looks brand new - I can't tell I ever scraped any curbs. As for the bend, I never noticed anything before, so it's hard to say how good their repair was on that. However, the cosmetic work is perfect. If (when?) I bend a wheel again, and when those pesky curb rashes start showing up again, I will definitely be bringing it back here. This young man's honesty won me over.

It's an old truck, but what really bothered me was the fact that they didn't say anything about it to me. Got in my truck to drive away and noticed it just fell off. If a person doesn't have the strength of character to own up to something so minor, what would they do if something major went wrong? My old truck has a lifetime alignment with Firestone. They recommended I pay $94 for a slightly with a 12 month warranty. How could they not tell in their own system that it has a lifetime alignment warranty?

My car app showed that the vehicle remained parked in the same spot for three hours. During that time, no one opened or closed the hood, turned the ignition on or off, or opened and shut the doors. Yet I was called and told that the car was ready for pickup, only to be told afterward that the engine warning light can only be cleared at the dealership. I took my car to another local auto repair shop, got a free scan, and they were able to pinpoint a loose connection and fix the problem. This level of service and disregard for their customers time, energy, and money, is completely unacceptable. Run! (Photos for reference) Background- So I took my car for an oil change (super expensive!) last Friday and immediately, I too, had the engine light come on as I was driving it out the parking lot and didn't think much of it and thought it will reset. The light persisted throughout the weekend and Monday after work, took it back in. I was asked to leave my car there so they can take a look at it.
