The service was magnificent! The time spent was worth the wait because as it turned out, a plug was leaking in the front left tire. He kept looking for a nail or something. He patched it from inside the tire which is the best way and checked all the tires for correct pressure. Didn't hardly cost anything. Like $13.50. He was kind and honest. Took vehicle to get tires rotated as discount tire in Terrell tried to upsell me 2 new tires as they couldn't rotate my tires due to "their policy". Anyway they checked my tires rotated them was in and out 10 minutes cost 20 dollars the tires were fine just discount tire trying to upsell. Very friendly and courteous service. A guy at AutoZone told me about this spot. I needed to get a patch on my tire. Came here it was pricer than I'm used to. In Dallas, it's $7-$10 but here it's $12. My wife's tire had a razor blade in it and tried several places that all had significant wait times and at one of the places a gentleman approached me and advised me to try Forney Tire and Service. We arrived and pulled up out front and they immediately took off the tire and had it patched within 10 minutes for $12.50. I stopped by for a state inspection on a rainy Saturday afternoon and was helped right away. The woman behind the desk took my insurance info and promptly brought my car into the garage. Went in to dis-mount and later remount a set of rims. While dismounting or remounting my tired one of the guys must have been rough with the tire. The very next day, after stopping by, one of the known good tires sprung a leak and eventually blew out. Guy at the desk refused to give me any kind of discount because he claimed the tire must have been bad before. Yet before going to the shop there were zero issues with any of my tires. read more

Super fast service. They did a good job patching my tire. I got a flat tire from a nail. Only thing is, they didn't check the tire pressure on all of my tires if they are all even after they have installed the patched one. I thought it was a standard procedure. I should have asked or made sure before I left. A couple of days later, one of the tires had very low pressure and needed air. Love the mobile service. Called late in the day and they scheduled me for early the next morning. They came out to my office and patched multiple holes in one of my truck tires, put the spare back under the truck. They also patched one of my trailer tires and installed a new valve stem on the same visit. Tech was very nice. Wished they had sent the bigger truck with the tire balancer on it, but they got the job done at a reasonable price. Zero customer service. Went there for front and back brakes pro actively so wouldn't incur extra expense of new rotors. Owner said I didn't need back brakes. Back brakes went out within the month so had to buy new back rotors...extra $99 each. Went to NTB this time around. My wheel lock key wasn't in console. I called Forney tire to say they didnt put the key to my wheel lock back. At first he assured me that was impossible. I advsd him I was there less than a month ago and pretty sure they must have it. I was then told he has a few and come by to see if one is mine. I went by on my day off and he told me to wait while he finished four inspections before he could check. Bottom line...save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. The owner has no accountability and just doesn't really care. In his defense he offered me $20 to go to purchase a set of regular lugnuts that don't require a key...if I waited hours for him to complete the four inspections ahead of me. read more
