There is no process to determine e who goes next when you are waiting in line for an open bend but they let someone who just pulled up behind two waiting vehicles drive right in because that car happens to pull up to a bend where there is no car waiting. Then the prices as advertised are marked up. I went for the Complete Synthetic oil for $101.00 and they told me the price would be $140. Thank goodness he was at least transparent about the price hike and when he explained the different additional fees I didn't to take my normal drive to Valvoline in Dallas where the prices are fair and no up charges, plus they are quick and efficient. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. I called today to check on it and they acknowledged the shoddy work done while with previous owner. I walked all the way back home just to realize my house key was on the car key they still had. I came back, explained the situation, and even offered to send extra money via Cash App or Venmo so someone could cover the charge and I could be on my way. Instead, the manager laughed in my face. When I pushed back, he called the police on me, refused to return my house key, and made a very unprofessional comment that came off like a threat. I missed my doctor's appointment because of all this. Bottom line: if you're in a tight spot and need basic decency or flexibility--don't count on this place. They made a stressful situation worse at every turn.

Every few weeks they would call to say it was fixed but it resumed misfiring before getting it home (Eighteen miles). After three months the misfires were fixed but the vehicle lacked power. They tried twice to give it back "fixed" with the O2 sensors out as a solution to the lack of power. Ended up taking my vehicle to another shop which had it fixed in two days. I brought my truck to them and they said I had four bad injectors. I trusted them and told them to go ahead and replace. I finally had another mechanic look at them and they are the EXACT SAME INJECTORS that were on the truck when I brought it to them. I paid them more than $4000 for NOTHING. I'm gathering evidence now to sue. (Someone already reported them to the Better Business Bureau for the same thing.) Another example: They told me the oil had already been changed, but when I came to look at my truck, I saw the oil filter was still the old one. I said, "I thought you changed the oil?" The response was, "Oh, well, I think we did." I said: "Really? Then why is the old filter still on it?" He just looked at me and didn't say a word. Had I not caught it, it wouldn't have been done at all! When I first got there, I watched them fill out a work order with everything I wanted done. When I finally picked up my truck SIX MONTHS LATER, the work order was gone. So, they actually brought me a blank sheet of paper and said, "okay, now what did we do on your truck?" Seriously?? I am absolutely not joking, exaggerating or dreaming. It actually happened! What another reviewer said is absolutely correct: they DO NOT HAVE qualified mechanics there.
