Needed a place to tint my windows and Texas Audio Customs did a great job! I called a few days ahead to ask for the pricing and estimated time it took to complete the job. Took my car in a few days later and pricing was all the same as he mentioned over the phone (which isn't the case at some places) They finished my car the same day within 2 hours max. When I went to pick up my car, the tint job was amazing. They even placed stickers on my window buttons to remind me not to roll the windows for 3-5 days after. This was the second time I've used TAC for tint and additional vinyl work. As expected they did a fantastic job on both my CX-5 and my Model3. The latter being an extremely difficult job considering the full glass roof on the Tesla and their ability to do it with one piece of film was exceptional. They also installed a vinyl overlay on the center console, which is difficult considering the tight corners around say cupholders or media centers, and did a fantastic job and it has held up since without any wear. Both Mo and Paul were transparent with the time and $$$ that the job would require, and they stuck to both even when I had them reapply a portion of the rear window. Both are always quick to respond and in depth explain the pros and cons of anything you are considering. I will be back for other items, and have sent multiple referrals over as well. Out of ALL the cars I've had tinted over the years. This is by far the best job done all around. Amazing quality too!!! TINT/WRAPS/AUDIO/ect... they do it all...These GUYS ARE SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!!!Highly recommend them, it's worth the drive. I'm right by the galleria, so it's only 10 minutes for me. But worth the drive from any dallas area FOR SURE!Getting one of the cars tinted. Best deal around, good quality tint options including ceramic(blocks 3 times the heat), professional service, and very quick getting it done. You won't find a better shop for your custom needs! I shopped around and their prices are great compared to other shops in town doing the same thing. The work they do looks great. But definitely the main thing that sets them apart is how excited they are to help you customize your vehicle. They will let you know their opinions about what will look good vs what won't. Drove all the way out to Garland based off the yelp reviews only to be very disappointed. We were given 3 different prices from a fast talking guy. Sigh.. Really wanted to support this small business but I will NOT be spending any money here. ALL of the reviews state $99 "upgraded darker tint"so why he tried... yes HE TRIED IT.. To charge us $150+ tax for the same price that was on all of the other yelp reviews. All I wanted was the basic on the front ($69) with darker tint for the extra $30. Texas Audio was great. They helped replace the broken and outdated stereo system in my old Lexus with a bluetooth model. They walked me through my choices, were really clear about the time it would take and the costs that they expected. There was one wonky thing about my car that meant that there might be an extra cost after they took it apart to see exactly what was broken. They were clear about that before they started the work and told me exactly how much more it would be and how much more time it would take if that thing was broken. Turns out it was, and their estimation was spot on. No surprise charges. If you can come on a weekday, do so. I could only come on Saturdays and they were usually packed. They work as fast as they can but just too much demand. If you need to come on the weekend, make an appointment. That helped save me some time. It's nice though that they have a TV with Netflix, etc. in the waiting area. Thanks to Paul and Mo also for helping me figure out why the Bluetooth was only playing from the right side speaker. It turned out it was just a dumb setting on my iPhone, but before knowing that, I actually went back another Saturday and they took it out and reinstalled it (for no charge) before we figured out the real problem. They took the time to come back out to the car with me, even in the pouring rain, and sit down and try to figure out why it still wasn't working. When we realized why it was happening, I felt bad for wasting their time with the reinstallation, but Mo, who was helping me at the time, was super gracious and classy about it. It's that extra niceness and professionalism that will make me a repeat customer if I ever need these services again. Thanks, guys! read more

I got tint on my Infiniti Q50 from Texas audio. The front desk was really helpful plus I showed up late but the guys stayed over closing time to finish my tint. I called ahead to check pricing, actually came here after going to Tritek for tint but what they said on phone is not what they told me when I showed up. I'm glad I got the tint here. Great customer service experience I thought at first? Let me start with tax and up sell on 2 small windows on a 4 door sedan.. no where in Groupon does it state "5 windows" only! Also asked to leave review before seeing my car finished? Told Saturday prior to bringing it to them, it'll take 2-2.5 hours. I left car, after 2 hours I received 2 calls stating car has been done " a while" and they close up soon. My real issue is up sell not clarified in Groupon and stating they need review prior to seeing car. Oh! There's leaving the cleaning chemicals residue all over sides of my car and on windows. Little effort on details post tint! Maybe Groupon isn't good business approach? I know he also claims YELP is holding back his "5 star" reviews etc . I felt uncomfortable after it all. I got some tints installed on my Altima. The tints are great. They were nice and even had complimentary bottled water. The only reason I'm not rating them five stars is because I set up an appointment at 10:00am. I arrived at about 9:30am which is the time Google tells me they open. The doors were locked. I called the number and the guy told me they opened at 10:00am. No problem. I wait until about 10:10 and the doors are still locked. I call the guy and he says he's a few minutes away. Once he actually arrived, they took great care of me. It was annoying, so I guess just don't try to get any work done first thing in the morning. read more

Moe is definitely the guy to see for all your audio questions...I recently had my boss audio in dash God nav put in and I was missing a few things and he told me what I needed I went and got the pieces I was missing and he helped me even more because one of the parts that I had was an incorrect fit (the dash kit) and he gave me a new one for free! Service was great and everything was fast...do yourself a favor and go see my boy Moe...and not to mention best prices around! What a joke, Actually no joke these guys are the absolute worst posers I have had the not so nice pleasure of meeting and to allow them to work on your vehicle is a step in the wrong direction. Go anywhere but here. Here is what I found through very insightful personal dealing with the crew. Were they oly have no certified MECP installers, no installers that can even perform proper work other then wraps and window tinting. They are by the owners own words "NOT" a real custom shop. They are very quick to show you custom work they have done previousley but don't get your hopes up.They bit off more the they could chew when it came to my vehicle after 7 months (Yes I said 7 Months) could NOT even come close to getting my car up and running leaving me totally behind with not a working system in the least.. You might say to yourself what did I do wrong I gave them enough time to build the care from mother earth and gave them not a bad word through the entire ordeal. Really, Had to go to several shops till I found the correct crew to do the job, I am surprised these guys are allowed to carry the brands that they do for the lack of basic knowledge to even calculate the basic box enclosure designs for Newbie installers. Honestly do not go there they will BOTCH the job, I had to pay double when they walked away from the job before delivery.
