Just purchased a new Red Mustang GT. Fell in love with Ford's classic muscle car. I looked at reviews and all sorts of products on how to maintain and keep the beauty and integrity of the paint, and of course I ran into hundreds. One thing that stood out though were theses ceramic hydrophobic paint protectants. The problem is that there are hundreds out there, and not all are as awesome as claimed... some claim same results for something you can buy off the counter at an automotive store... Not to mention they get so expensive. Long story short I did some review work and went by and talked to a gentleman and his staff at a location close to where I work (TintWorld) I know it takes some time to do a complete process on these cars and protecting their paint so I investigated one close to work. I took it in to Tint World towards the end of the week, was told it would be ready by the weekend, to ensure proper curing, etc. Arif and his crew answered any questions I had, and my concerns of protecting my expensive investment, I probably drove them nuts. Went to pick up the car, and the only thing that came out of my mouth was "WOW!" The car looked absolutely amazing. Was given instructions on maintaining, and keeping her pretty. The day after I picked up the car, of course living in Texas I end up parking close to a tree that was dripping sap. It literally covered my car with translucent popcorn sized blobs. Rubbing your hand across the paint literally made my blood boil. I was concerned and really angry with myself that I let this happen, so the next morning I walk into the garage and rub my hand across the paint of the car and it is riddled with sand/granola sized pieces of sap from the tree. I get in the car so I can show Arif and his crew what had happened, wanted to know what i needed to do. I get there, and ask for them to come out and look, and I wanted to ask them their advice. Out in the parking lot, I rubbed my hand over the paint job on the roof of the car..... It was smooth as glass, and then move over to the windshield and rubbed my hand across the windshield... smooth as glass. Went to the hood of the car, rubbed my hand across the paint on the hood... again smooth as glass. I was so wowed, but also insanely embarrassed, and it made me feel like an ass. , TintWorld did exactly what they told me it would. Me simply driving from my home to their shop, the contaminants literally were lifted off the paint of my car from the wind alone because of the integrity and stability of the coating that was put on this car. My mind was blown. I think this is one of the best things I've ever done to keep the value of my car, and just all out making her look beautiful. It is shiny, easy to clean (simple rinse with the hose). A gigantic THANK YOU to Arif and his staff for doing such a wonderful job they definitely have a customer for life. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job. Not only does my car look amazing, it's proven that she is going to stay amazing. The shop is not just that for paint protection, but a whole range of other services like window tinting, alarms, sound systems. I wanted to share with you the experience I had recently at the tint world location in Dallas I believe it is store number #013. I scheduled an appointment to get my tint and rap done on my new BMW M5 they confirm they could do both I took the vehicle to the location and they informed me they could not do the wrap and only the tint because they were out of it. So because of the situation I just got the tint done, I understood and I explain to them when I made the appointment that the vehicle was a gift to my sister and that I couldn't bring the vehicle back because I needed to give it to her that week. They informed me they could do both which is why I made the appointment with tint world in Dallas. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle they not only left my driver door panel off the vehicle but the driver door lock was on the ground in the parking lot. The vehicle has soft closing doors and now the drivers door has a weird noise to it when it closes. We took the vehicle back to the BMW dealership to have them re-attach the door panel. Thankfully they did not charge me for anything. But they did state that the lock was not put on properly with the door which is why it probably came off and when they reattached it they didn't now put it on correctly. I informed them of what happened the lady told me that the manager has gone on vacation and will not be back for the rest of the week I stated that I understandable and I just wanted a call back from him because I was unhappy with the way they handled my vehicle. especially the fact that I was not informed that they would be taking the door panels off to put the tent on the vehicle. I've got tint done on my vehicles in the past and they have never taken the door panels off and if they need to they will inform the customer that they need to remove the door panels on the vehicle in order to do a job. This is going on the 3 weeks now, I even called the store today and the lady informed me the manager would only been be in around 12 o'clock. I'm upset because I know tint world holds a higher standard as I have used you guys before in the past and the fact that I cannot get some type of phone call back is completely egregious to me. I took my newly purchased certified preowned BMW M5 to get work at a reputable place because I did not want any problems with my vehicle. The opposite is what happened. Update: The manager finally called me and told me he could take $100 off if I remove this my review. I told him to keep the money. In the past year I have had my windows ceramic tinted, which included a promotion to ceramic coat my windshield for protection. Just recently I have had my rear and front lights and reflectors tinted, a lip splitter added to the front and a rear spoiler to the rear. I took my truck here to get a new backup camera and dashcam mirror installed. They removed my rear view mirror and disconnected my current back up camera. After 3 hours I get a call saying my truck is ready. When I show up to get my truck They make me pay and then after I paid they informed me that they were not able to set up a backup camera and removed my rear view mirror with a forward looking dashcam. So I basically paid for these 2 idiots to hand my truck to me in a worse condition. After confronting this scam of a company they tried to convince me to that I needed to pay more if wanted a rear view mirror and new camera installed. read more

The front speakers in my car stopped working. My assumption was a short or something worse. I checked the reviews for a few places and decided to try Tint World. I made an appointment online to bring my car in for an estimate. I received a call shortly after making the appointment to confirm. I was treated nicely when I arrived and they took my car back right away. About 15 minutes later a technician told me that my speakers were toast and they needed to replaced and he could do the work right away for $149.00. I was very surprised it was not more costly and he didn't try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed a new stereo. He completed the work in about 30 minutes and I was on my way.
