Did a horrible job. all the bumped spots are clearly visible on the tints and they said, they would…read morego away, but never went away. they had said come back and we will fix it. went back and wanted another 200 to fix them. and they were already overpriced compared to much other shops. and they scratched up my brand ne car in multiple places as the guy was throwing his phone and leaving x-acto blades on the roof of brand new black car which had cracked glass i guess. and they don't take credit cards, only cash or zelle. obviously once the money is gone through zelle, there is no way to even get any part of it back. plus they made the entire car dirty as they never cleaned up the windows from all that spraying even from outside so now my brand new black car has water spots visible everywhere on the paint. on top of it theses guys don't even speak English or even provide any sort of receipt with exactly showing which film was used on tint or what percent were they or if they were certified. everything was after market tints. plus they had dropped my back seat and removed brake lights for tinting rear windows, they never connected brake lights, and guy was all over the back seat with his dirty shoes. I am just super disappointed. I am just glad i didn't get a flat tire, as there were blades all over the place on the floor.

Scheduling my appointment was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to book an appointment the same week. The day of my appointment i was helped by Emma who had excellent customer service. Emma thoroughly explained the tint levels, results and pricing and lastly let me know of the lifetime warranty on the tint which i was pleased about. Unfortunately, I was unable to get all windows tinted because I was unaware one of my passenger windows no longer rolled down but Emma advised they would gladly tint it once I got it fixed and they did just that. So now all my windows are tinted and weeks later I noticed an area on my back window was peeling and bubbling; I allowed the recommend time to pass to see if it would fix itself but when it didn't i called back and set an appointment right away to have the spot looked over. During my time there Elmer asisted me and he also had excellent customer service, he came out and looked at my car and explained a plastic piece located on my back window cause the tint to push back but they would get me right and redo it. When my vehicle was done, Elmer explained they worked the plastic in a way to ensure it doesn't mess my back window tint up again. I admittedly was not thrilled about having to go back a third time but everyone i interacted with was kind, they were happy to assist me and I really appreciated how they made it so my tint would hold up on my back window. Most importantly, I'm very pleased with the work itself that was done. I noticed an immediate difference in the heat levels in my car and they look good also, no more unsightly bubbles! I thought most places would be crazy expensive because of the "camera recalibration." Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships.
