Contacted Adhesive Pro late Friday afternoon, spoke with David who explained the various levels of auto window tint. Their website provides a window tint simulator so you can get an idea of how your vehicle will look. The website also provides the window tint laws in order to know what is legal in each state. I asked several questions then requested an appointment for the following morning. David said since it was Saturday, it was first come, first serve. I arrived before they opened and was first seen. Robby met me and thoroughly explained the three levels of tint. David and Robby worked as a team and paid attention to every detail. They take great pride in their work; are friendly and very professional. The completed work looked great. I cannot speak on behalf of the product, as it was just applied, however does have a great warranty. I was told should there be any problems, to bring it back and they would take care of it. We brought a truck in on Monday within two hours had a estimate. In the body of work was done by Wednesday. The body shop keep us informed the whole time. My wife and I or company drivers. The management in the body shop treated us like we've been a customer of theirs forever. All the way down to the manager of Sean of the location taking time out of his busy day to get it to the hotel. He noticed we were hanging around and came to ask us if we could be Assistance would let them know what the problem was he himself brought us to the hotel. I have never seen such customer service. I went to Adhesive Pro because my car failed inspection because the tint was too dark. David checked the tint and noticed that the door tint had two layers . Instead of removing all the tint he recommended take off one layer of tint and that should solve the problem. Well, that's exactly what he did which saved me some money and made the tint legal again. David could have easily charged me for removing and installing new tint. But he didn't! I do appreciate his honesty and his work ethics! Contacted the company and set an appointment for the next day. I was told it would take around two hours to complete and given a quote over the phone. The very next day when I arrived the work took less than two hours and had exceeded my expectations. First, we had a great experience dealing with this company. David, our installer did an excellent job, has great patience, knowledge, and professionalism. I didn't feel he was just trying to make a sale, but wanted to give us the best product for our residential heat problem. Adhesive Pro installed tinted sheet on our glass storm door facing the south. The heat from that glass has caused us problems for several years. The tint we choose rated a 56% UVR protection. We're actually getting about 90% heat protection. read more
