I took my brand new car here and took their suggestions on the proper tent amount. They did an excellent job on my car and I was happier going with their recommendation than what I originally had in mind. read more

I've been to Moon Shadow twice now. The first time I went was because I had purchased a Living Social deal. The service was excellent and Kenny did a great job of tinting my cars windows in record time. Flash forward 2 years when I needed my new vehicle's windows tinted, I came back to Moon Shadow. Kenny was kind enough to fit me in to his schedule on the day (Saturday) that I called him even though he was booked. Again, fast and efficient service. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had Wincos put on my mother-in-law's new SUV. Their customer service was very good. As soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted and walked through all the various tint so that I could make the best choice for her needs. Gave me a great price and had the car done early. This is my 2nd car that I have had done here and will most definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking! read more

Just got in my chrome delete vinyl in today and was looking around to find a shop to get in installed. A friend recommended moon shadow and decided to give them a call. Elmer was awesome to talk to and got me in same day. The work quality is amazing and done with precision. Elmer even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was go to go a few days later. If I could give this place 7 stars I would! Thanks Moon Shadow and Elmer! read more

David and Jonathan were informative, communicated well and did a great job on the install. We definitely recommend.

Elmer and Wences did such a great job on my car tint ! I recommended my mom and sister go get their cars tinted after I got mine done. They both loved the outcome on their cars as well. The level of professionalism, friendliness and kindness really goes a long way. Amazing job guys ! read more

Great place to get your windows tinted with quality material! The staff was friendly and professional! The price was fair for what they did and the turn around was pretty quick. Overall I recommend this place if you need your windows tinted. read more

I've done business with Moonshadow window tinting several times over the years with automobiles and home window tinting. They have always done a great job and been very professional and the prices are right in line. I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants a competitive price and good quality work. read more

Don't use these guys unless you want stuff stolen out of your car. They took my parking access pass from my center console and denied taking it afterwards, stating they "wouldn't have any reason to be around the center console while tinting," Is that so? Then why did I find a straw in my center console....even though I don't eat or drink in my car? I had to purchase a new parking card. And then they have the nerve to ask me bring my car back for future service because of how well-maintained it is. Yah right. The work is fine; but I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Very poor customer service. read more

I received a quote back in August to have several windows at my home tinted, Unfortunately I was not quite ready at that time, However they were kind enough to honor the quote nearly 2 1/2 months later and installed my window tint at my home yesterday. It looks wonderful. Very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the work, definitely would recommend and use them again. read more

They started on time and finished my car earlier than said. The tint looks great! Highly recommend this location.

I needed a glass door (w/ a glass surround) tinted in a matter of days. Moon Shadow was booked up but managed to fit me in. I was very pleased with the kind service and the reasonable price. Thanks Moon Shadow! read more

I bought a tinting package from one of the promotional emails offered online. I called for an appointment and was given one a few days later for a Monday. I got a reminder call on Friday. I arrived at the appointed time, my car was taken back to the shop quickly, and an hour later I was walking out of the shop. Great job, very couteous, and the windows look great! read more

Called in for a quote, no existing tint (clean glass) and was quoted $849.00 for 3 pieces of glass (2 Door coupe and a hatch back style glass). Called another window tint company and they are currently doing it for $55.00. Seems like price gouging to me. read more

I bought a certificate for Window Tinting through Living Social. I went to the site to get the appointment and spoke to the manager. He went to inspect my car and set the appointment. The following Saturday I went to the location for the job to be complete. I handed the certificate to the same manager he looked at my car and I then left for 3 hours. I return and the manager said I have a bill of $108.00 for labor and tax. He said it was $100 for striping the already pealing old tint. I advised him it does not say anything about that on the certificate or their web site. The car was being held hostage and cannot leave without payment. I paid the amount and I learned the BBB has other complainants against them at other locations...Dallas, Garland, Carrollton, Addison. After filing with the BBB Moon Shadow then and ONLY then put it on their web site and has NOT answered the complainant to the BBB.This site much like the BBB its only a tool to assist consumers to make informed decisions. Please see the Better Business Bureau for more complaints and further details. They are NOT BBB accredited for a reason. read more

Friendly and Professional staff. Showing room floor is very informative and Moon Shadow provides high quality tint (Wincos, Madico, and Huper Opitk) and service. As simple as making an appointment, picking out your tint and picking up your vehicle 1.5 - 2 hours later. Greatly recommend Lance (VP) and his staff for running an excellent tinting service. I would make the hour drive again if I had to tint anything. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is shady at best! I purchased an Amazon deal for window tint for $160, which is a great deal. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday and showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. The guy behind the counter acted like I was inconveniencing him when I walked in. I told him I had an appointment and he fumbled through a 25 cent wire composition folder for his hand written notes (that should have been my first clue). He asked a second time if I had an appointment, and I looked around the business (no one was there!) and I had to point to HIS chicken scratch for my name. He asked me what type of car I had (he had already asked me this over the phone), and then asked if I had Bluetooth and GPS in my car and I said yes. He immediately tried to tell me that I couldn't use my Amazon deal and it would cost another $100 for my car, or downgrade to an inferior product (load of crap!). I asked him the regular pricee of his product, and he mumbled on for 2 minutes about nothing, and still didn't know the retail cost! i finally had to break it down for him and aske him " If I walk in off the street, how much would you charge to tint my windows". First off, the GPS antenna resides on the outside of ALL cars so and RF signal is not compromised by a moving vehicle made of metal that receives radio frequency 24/7. That is a gimmick to get customers to spend more money. I am an RF engineer and I could go on and on about this shenanigans, but let's get back to MoonShadow. The guy carelessly takes his pen and taps on the wall where he had the different tints. When I pressed him on the difference between the three, he didn't know his products at all. His only response was take it or leave it. Really???? I told him that he should have asked me that over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, and should have a * on the advertisement that cost may be higher due to electronics in newer vehichles. The kicker was his attitude that he just didn't care.. I will say that I drive a luxury vehichle and I don't mind paying for quality products or services. I do hate it when people make the assumption that you are stupid and will pay any price for a product or service because you like mice things. The end result is that I walked out and called Amazon for a refund. I them turned around and purchased another Amazon deal for the same cost with a reputable and knowledgable company! Don't do business with people who don't know there product/business and doesn't care about its customers. read more
