They did…read morefantastic on my first vehicle, and not so good the second time (few issues but got the job done), couldn't figure out what to charge because they didn't know what hardware they installed third time. This last time required multiple trips to fix the things they should have delivered the first time (a full list of rookie mistakes). They wanted to either drill into my A pillars or epoxy the tweeters because it was "not easy" to get to the factory locations (epoxy or drill?!?! In a Bentley?!?!). Tons of rattles, dash trim was hanging loose, they openly admitted they knew about a whining noise after I confronted them, rear trim was hanging loose, sub knob was hanging by the wire because they couldn't figure out where to mount. They constantly try to nickle and dime you in the middle of the install saying the original parts won't work or blame problems on parts so they can upsell. Employee revved the engine when bringing it around. I had to tell them multiple times "if you're not done, just say so". Been in multiple times and still rattles like crazy despite paying for tons of sound deadening. When confronted his response was "well it doesn't rattle with my music" instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to the work, just say it, don't waste my time and money! Avoid them if you want any type of quality work.

I have been running my air conditioner on the lowest setting which keeps my vehicle cool and comfortable even though it is very hot outside. I am very pleased with the results. Before we found Sonrise, even with the AC blaring in our car, it was still super hot in the car. And certainly when we first get in the car, all the touch points were scorching hot. Our toddler would be fussy and upset and complain constantly that her back was hot in the carseat. We searched for window tint companies and found Sonrise. We made a phone call and Steven was quick to answer. He thoroughly gave me an education on the different kinds of materials available and the pros to each material choice. He answered all my questions and concerns and was super accomodating to our schedule since we needed to tint two cars. On the day of the work, he showed us the different shades and explained what it would look like in the evening time with each tint darkness. He helped us pick out the right shade of tint for our cars. And even showed us how the front windshield they use a helpful visual. He tiend on a lught that imitated solar energy. And showed us a meter showing the read. And how with the front windshield tint they use it drastically lowers the solar energy allowed in the car. It's been 4 days since our windows and front and back windshields got tinted. We definitely experience a drastic difference in getting back in a parked car. It is way cooler. They removed interior pieces during the install and put them back together horribly -- trim not clipped in, panels loose, and some parts not properly reinstalled at all. It looked rushed and careless, like they had no respect for the customer's vehicle. A shop that can't stand by their word and can't even put a car's interior back together properly should not be trusted with anyone's vehicle. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else
