Recently I got hit by some heavy road debris that unfortunately went through the ppf so I needed to get a few panels redone - of course I was going to go back to the original installer. The car looks better than ever - they touched up damage that went through the ppf before applying the new one and you can't even tell. I've also noticed that their ppf templates have gotten better over the years so that's a huge plus. Prices are fair and quality of work has actually gotten better over the years. They had it for another week and I picked it up still a lot of spots that are not done correctly. Bubbling in areas already. They also didn't wrap the trunk jams. They tried to cover pieces with strips in spots they didn't stretch the wrap far enough. Having to get wrap completely removed. They also wrapped over all the vehicles sensors so now vehicle gives a warning sign the whole time it's driven. Having to get wrap removed from a diff company and get a lawyer involved

I trusted Fusion Car Wraps to apply Stek Matte Black PPF and XPEL ceramic tinting on my Tesla Model…read moreY, but it has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. Unfortunately, I found out much later that they lied about being certified to install Stek products, meaning I am not eligible for the 10-year warranty that comes with Stek PPF. They repeatedly promised to provide me with a receipt containing the lot number for the material they used, which is required for the warranty, but they were never able to supply this. When I took my car to another shop, I was told the material they used doesn't even appear to be Stek PPF. They also promised to install XPEL ceramic tints, but just like with the PPF, they could not provide the required lot numbers for the rolls, which are necessary for the XPEL warranty. This leads me to believe they lied about the material they used and the warranty coverage. Without proof of the materials, you are left with no idea what they actually applied to your car. Beyond the dishonesty, the quality of their work was unacceptable. I had to bring my car back multiple times to address glaring issues, and each time the problems either persisted or new issues surfaced. They initially applied a much darker tint than I requested to my rear window, making it nearly impossible to see out of it during the day. When I returned to have this corrected, I witnessed Gabriel, the owner, removing a roll of sample tint that was not even XPEL, but from Stek--a material I never requested or paid for. In the process, they scratched the window and damaged the rear defrost lines while removing the incorrect tint. Fusion Car Wraps not only failed to deliver the quality and professionalism I expected, but they were also dishonest about the materials used, and I now have no warranty coverage for the work I paid for. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away--you don't know what you're getting, and you definitely won't get the promised warranty. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I regret trusting them with my vehicle.
