Once he opened the back he had every product he needed and his own water and power. My car looked nicer than it did the day I left the lot! I haven't deep cleaned my car since before winter had started and there was a lot of deep muddy mess and left over road grime that needed to be addressed. Also, the black plastic trim on my exterior needed to be brought back to life. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer, have a small child and often travel with our two very hairy dogs. Art was able to remove stains that had been set in my seat for years, all the dog hair, and baby crumbs! And the best part is, because he's mobile, I didn't even have to leave my home, he was able to do my entire detailing service in my driveway while I waited for him to finish in the comfort of my own home. No awkward waiting rooms or having to lug a baby around. I would recommend Art to anybody needing a detail. The website was easy to understand, the packages were reasonable, he was timely, easy to work with, scheduling was very simple, and he was honest with what he felt could realistically be accomplished in the vehicle. It was clear he takes pride in his work and has attention to detail. One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

Purchased a new car with no tint. Living in Texas tint is a must have imho. They were able to get me in same day and did an incredible job. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by Alex who was tidying up the shop after finishing another customer's car. I told him I would like a quote on my car, and he said the owner was out and asked if I had an appointment. When I told him I did not have an appointment, he went ahead and asked if he could help. (My first sign I was in the RIGHT place!) I told Alex I had just purchased a new car and it was hot- I needed tint but didn't want to pay for anything super fancy, just something that would cool the car and complement the overall look of the coupe. He carefully explained about the different products they had available, what each was used for and how the different manufacturer warranties worked, and then gave me a quote for the two door windows, citing that the back window which is hard plastic, wouldn't be wise to tint as the window is too flexible (on purpose due to it being a convertible top) and the tint wouldn't likely stay put. (My second sign I was in the RIGHT place- honest feedback!) Alex quoted me $125 for the two windows, and then told me he wasn't busy at the moment and could do the install while I waited- maybe 30 minutes. I agreed, then followed him to the work bay so he could show me the actual tint he had available. He cut samples and had me hold each up to the light so I could determine transparency while feeling the different thickness of the film. After making a decision, he got to work. 15-20 minutes later he came back in the shop to announce he was finished and to fill out my warranty card and take payment. This is my 2nd time in this shop, though I didn't tell Alex this, and he went above and beyond for me on this job as if I were a new customer. Not only did he listen to my needs, he made appropriate suggestions, and did a completely professional install on my Spider. It looks fantastic! Will definitely be back in the future.
