I never imagined that a routine upgrade would one day make the difference between life and death, for both myself and my daughter. Fast forward to 2025. While driving northbound on Highway 75, two vehicles were racing southbound. One lost control, crossed five lanes, and slammed into the center median. The impact shattered the concrete barrier, sending massive chunks of debris and twisted vehicle parts hurtling into oncoming traffic, directly at us. Our vehicle was struck multiple times. Concrete boulders and flying metal slammed into the windshield. But thanks to the clear tint Alta Mere installed years earlier, the glass held. It didn't shatter. It didn't send shards into our faces. And those deadly projectiles didn't make it into the cabin. Without question, that tint saved our lives. Today, we returned to Alta Mere to have another clear windshield tint installed. Walking back into that shop felt like coming full circle. It wasn't just a purchase -- it was a heartfelt "thank you" to a team whose work quite literally protected my family when it mattered most. Once he opened the back he had every product he needed and his own water and power. My car looked nicer than it did the day I left the lot! I haven't deep cleaned my car since before winter had started and there was a lot of deep muddy mess and left over road grime that needed to be addressed. Also, the black plastic trim on my exterior needed to be brought back to life. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer, have a small child and often travel with our two very hairy dogs. Art was able to remove stains that had been set in my seat for years, all the dog hair, and baby crumbs! And the best part is, because he's mobile, I didn't even have to leave my home, he was able to do my entire detailing service in my driveway while I waited for him to finish in the comfort of my own home. No awkward waiting rooms or having to lug a baby around. I would recommend Art to anybody needing a detail. The website was easy to understand, the packages were reasonable, he was timely, easy to work with, scheduling was very simple, and he was honest with what he felt could realistically be accomplished in the vehicle. It was clear he takes pride in his work and has attention to detail.
