I chose DJ over other installers because he was initially responsive and communicated well…read more We agreed on an invoice just under $2,000 (included in the photos), with a completion target of April 8th or 9th. Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

I had to replace my Honda Odyssey windshield because it had a few cracks from rocks on the freeway…read more One was getting out of hand and the crack kept stretching as we drove it! So I used Yelp to find the right company for the job. I narrowed it down to Bay Area Discount Auto Glass, because of the reasonable price quote and 5-star ratings. Madjid and I juggled a few times to get the right day and time. But in the end, it worked out fine. He came promptly on the scheduled day and a new windshield was installed in an hour and 15 minutes, but the rearview mirror had a problem attaching due to a newer part. My old Odyssey was a bit different than the current rearview mirror attachment, so he had to return a few days later to put it on. Because our van isn't something we drive daily, it wasn't too important that I get it done that day. We're satisfied with his workmanship and I would highly recommend him!

JC from JC's Windshield Repair and Auto Glass was professional from the start. His main concern was…read moregetting my problem taken care of as soon as possible. Since he offers mobile service, he came directly to me, which was a huge help when I was dealing with a broken windshield at 9am in the morning. Even though he was very busy that day, JC still made time to replace my windshield when no one else in the area could help me the same day. He and his team worked quickly, carefully, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. His price was also very reasonable compared with the quotes I received from larger companies that morning. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. We even compared the manufacturer information on the original windshield and the replacement, and they matched. I was especially nervous about the front camera and safety sensors. -- Since the object struck nearly on top of the sensor (pictures below). JC explained the process, checked everything after the installation, and made sure there were no errors or warning lights on my dashboard. We tested everything before he left, and the camera and sensors worked without any issues. I'm really thankful I found JC online. He helped me out when I needed it most, charged me a fair price, and made sure the job was done correctly. I'll be keeping his business card handy and recommending him to my family and friends. If you need mobile windshield service from someone experienced and professional, give JC a call!
