Great service! Great price! Great job! I set up an appointment for early morning and was in and out in 45 minutes. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood the difference between tints and he did a really good job on my side windows. I highly recommend the Tint King. read more

Had film added to my windshield to add UV protection. Heat is noticeably reduced following service. Was easy to schedule by calling and finding an available time. Location is convenient in Frisco and off the crowded path. Watching Robert work through the process is an incredible experience - he is very willing to show what he goes through and explain how it improves the stability of the film staying in place. Knew from the thorough work that things would be well set, and have been very happy with the windshield protection. Very highly recommend. read more

Tint King - Home Window Tinting Near Me - Frisco, Texas

*Official retailer of high quality 3M tint line.* You can go to a franchise name tint shop and have your tint job done by an amateur, or you can go to Tint King and have it done by Robert who is an honest professional. When you go to franchise tint shops, you truly don't know how long your tinter has been working in the business, or how long they plan on in staying in this field. But when you go to Robert, you know that he is the only individual working on your car, and has been tinting for over 20 years! Every tint is hand cut perfectly to your windows, and the work is amazing. Robert pays a great attention to the smallest detail to ensure that every tint job is perfect. When I purchased my car, the previous owner already had tints all around, but only the rear windshield was dark enough for my needs. I brought my car in and wanted all of the tints to be removed and replaced with new ones. After looking at my car from inside and out, Robert actually said, "you don't need to take out the tint on the rear window (rear windshield), it's put on perfectly by a professional." In short, rather than taking an opportunity to charge me for removing and adding a new tint, Robert just honestly told me that I didn't need to spend additional money on top of the side windows. I was impressed, and went ahead with the tint job. Keep in mind I had already been in contact with Robert via email and phone, and he was always courteous and super helpful with all my questions, so going with the tint job was a no brainer. The tints were put on perfectly with no bubbles (other than the NORMAL few that go away after 2-3 days) and was cut perfectly to fit all my windows. The work was so amazing that I came back a week later and added the windshield strip (which I highly recommend to anyone). People are always impressed with the tint job and I always refer them to Robert. To give you an idea, I live in Lewisville but took my car out to Frisco because of all the good reviews I had read. It's definitely worth it and would highly recommend Tint King. So much so that I told Robert I'll always bring any cars that I buy to him in the future. If you want the best tint job from an honest professional tinter, go see Robert at Tint King immediately. P.S Robert, I just bought a project car, and once I have it up and running, I will bring it to you immediately. read more

Really great service and owner is honest and up front. Will do business with again. A+++

I got a quote from a larger window tinting chain and it was ridiculously expensive compared to Tint King. Robert did an AMAZING job, responded quickly, and was super friendly. I recommend this place to anyone! Support local small businesses and skip the money making monopolies! read more

When I decided to get window tinting, I called several places for info. When speaking with Robert, he was personable yet all business. I like that in small business owners. It's a tightrope that experience in my work. He answered all my questions. He was on time ready to work when I arrived. It was morning, so he was kind enough to make sure I had a place to hang out while he did his thing. I did get the chance to see him in action. Clearly he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. Since the tinting, every advantage he promised I would enjoy from this high performance tint work has been absolutely true. No more glare, no more getting into a smoldering car and best of all no more burning myself on leather seats. I will definitely go back to Robert for all tinting needs and recommend him to friends, family and my clients. read more

I received a new company truck and while the back doors and rear glass were not tinted with film, they did have a Smokey glass that made them dark and very helpful in combatting the sun and heat. I need to mention that I drive 1000 miles a week and my truck is actually my mobile office so comfort is paramount. I got my new truck on Friday afternoon and being that I had to leave early Monday, I had very limited time to get the two front doors windows tinted before I had to leave Monday. I frantically began calling around at 3:00 Pm Friday afternoon. I called several Tint shops and while they could get me in on Saturday, I felt like I was being up-sold for something I didn't need. I did have one other shop tell me I probably didn't need to tint the Smokey glass but they would need to see it and then they could make a recommendation but they couldn't get to me until Tuesday. I left a message at Tint King and much to my surprise I got a call back after hours from Robert at Tint King. He said he couldn't do Saturday but that if I wanted to, he would be more than happy to meet me on Sunday and do the tint. He also said that there was probably no need to do the other windows in the truck because they were smoked glass and it was a waste of money but that when we met Sunday he would look at it and confirm and asked if I could drop it off and he would let me know when it was ready. So I had my wife follow me over and pick me up. Let me also say that my company is huge on quality and doesn't mind spending the money for quality services. Also in the spirit of full disclosure, I didn't pay out of pocket for this. As with all my expenses, I paid with my company credit card. I showed up on Sunday July 1, 2018 and met Robert who was working on a beautiful new yellow Corvette. Had to mention because let's be honest, it's a bad ass car but I have kids in college so that will have to wait. :) . Robert said that as he thought, it was pointless to tint the other Smokey glass in the truck and that he would suggest doing the mid-level priced film (no need to put the high end film on my work truck) on my 2 front door windows and that it would be $100 out the door and that it came with a 3 Year warranty. Of course not knowing Robert at this point, I was prepared, upon arrival, to hear that I needed to do all the windows and that my new bill would be 4 times the amount quoted on the phone. The old "Bait and Switch". Nothing could be further from the truth because much to my pleasant surprise, the scope of work and price didn't change. So, we dropped off my truck and went to run errands and have brunch while he tinted my truck windows. We hadn't finished our brunch and Robert called me to come get the truck because he was finished. We all like to "have a guy" for different services in our lives. Robert is now and will always be "My tint guy". Needless to say I am now a huge fan of Robert and Tint King & I couldn't be happier. The quality workmanship of the tint installation coupled with the great look and comfort due to the entire cab now being dark, is 2nd only to the kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service that is Tint King and more so, Robert. I was very comfortable dealing with Robert because he is a businessman with integrity, he is very honest and I am a customer for life both professionally and personally. Thank you Robert!! read more

Robert is extremely knowledgable when it comes to tint. After visiting his shop just once to get my BRZ tinted (3M Color Stable, 35%), I know I'm never going anywhere else to get tint done. The tint looks fantastic, and you can't even tell it was an aftermarket tint. It looks 100% factory. If you're even considering anyone else, you're already making a mistake. Tint King is the best tint shop I have ever been to. read more

Pretty good tint shop. The owner does the work himself and is very quick and responsive! Straight to business and the shop is clean. Very small bubbles noted on side windows after two weeks, but I'm not sure if that's because of the brand (my first time going with this brand), or if it was due to application. The finished product looks very good and is doing its job so far. Would recommend if you're looking for a response shop with a warranty. read more

Tint King is the place to go for car tint. I took my new X5 here last week and Robert (owner) did a perfect job installing ceramic tint on all windows throughout the vehicle. This should actually count as TWO five star reviews. Robert tinted the windows of my wife's Nissan Maxima this past Monday & I just took my Ford F-150 in today. He did a great job on both of our vehicles. read more

The experience was as advertised by all of the positive reviews. Robert is awesome! Stopped in yesterday to talk options and price. Dropped off my car this morning and picked it up this afternoon. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You get to deal with the owner (Robert) himself & he is very professional! He uses only the best 3M tints & explains the process while you watch. He also works around your schedule & fits you in, which in my case, was the same day! He will beat all competitor pricing. (And speaking of competitors, I had some old window glue on my windows where the old tint was pulled off...Frisco Tint wanted $25 PER window to remove the glue, Extreme Street Works wanted $30 PER window, another company (I can't remember the name) wanted $40 PER window....Tint King charges $10 for ALL windows, need I say more.) Thank you, Tint King/Robert, for a job well done! read more

I would give Tint King six stars if it were available. Excellent work installing the tint on my brand new Jeep Wrangler. Their scheduling was very accommodating. Very impressed with Tint King. Highly recommend him. It is an owner operated company, so you work directly with the owner, Robert.... and best of all HE ANSWERS THE PHONE himself. I was concerned about getting my front two windows done since my manufacturer is notorious for having tight seals on the windows. Robert reassured me it's doable and he has worked on tons of them. Turns out he started tinting in S. Florida so has seen everything and can handle any car. He's honest, patient and takes the time to help you pick the right tint for you. Even better, he's fast. Took me in the next day, completed my job in 1 hour and was well done. He's a great guy to work with and great if you love your car and want it done right. He also uses 3M products, which high quality product. read more

Looked up this place on Yelp and saw great reviews. I had a fishing trade show in Houston and was driving back home to Wisconsin. I had a few hours to kill and decided to finally get my windows tinted for the drive home. Called Tint King after hours expecting to get an answering machine or recording however a guy by the name of Robert answered. I asked about pricing and how soon I could get my new car in. He said to drive over and he would "take care of me". My car was tinted within 1 hour and 15 minutes of me making the call. Definitely the best experience I've ever had. His shop was clean and he was super professional. I went with his recommendation of a new tint by 3M called crystalline (sp?) for my front two windows. Spot on recommendation. read more
