When I purchased my car, the previous owner already had tints all around, but only the rear windshield was dark enough for my needs. I brought my car in and wanted all of the tints to be removed and replaced with new ones. After looking at my car from inside and out, Robert actually said, "you don't need to take out the tint on the rear window (rear windshield), it's put on perfectly by a professional." In short, rather than taking an opportunity to charge me for removing and adding a new tint, Robert just honestly told me that I didn't need to spend additional money on top of the side windows. I was impressed, and went ahead with the tint job. Keep in mind I had already been in contact with Robert via email and phone, and he was always courteous and super helpful with all my questions, so going with the tint job was a no brainer. The tints were put on perfectly with no bubbles (other than the NORMAL few that go away after 2-3 days) and was cut perfectly to fit all my windows. The work was so amazing that I came back a week later and added the windshield strip (which I highly recommend to anyone). People are always impressed with the tint job and I always refer them to Robert. To give you an idea, I live in Lewisville but took my car out to Frisco because of all the good reviews I had read. I received a new company truck and while the back doors and rear glass were not tinted with film, they did have a Smokey glass that made them dark and very helpful in combatting the sun and heat. I need to mention that I drive 1000 miles a week and my truck is actually my mobile office so comfort is paramount. I got my new truck on Friday afternoon and being that I had to leave early Monday, I had very limited time to get the two front doors windows tinted before I had to leave Monday. I frantically began calling around at 3:00 Pm Friday afternoon. I called several Tint shops and while they could get me in on Saturday, I felt like I was being up-sold for something I didn't need. I did have one other shop tell me I probably didn't need to tint the Smokey glass but they would need to see it and then they could make a recommendation but they couldn't get to me until Tuesday. I left a message at Tint King and much to my surprise I got a call back after hours from Robert at Tint King. He said he couldn't do Saturday but that if I wanted to, he would be more than happy to meet me on Sunday and do the tint. He also said that there was probably no need to do the other windows in the truck because they were smoked glass and it was a waste of money but that when we met Sunday he would look at it and confirm and asked if I could drop it off and he would let me know when it was ready. So I had my wife follow me over and pick me up. Let me also say that my company is huge on quality and doesn't mind spending the money for quality services. Also in the spirit of full disclosure, I didn't pay out of pocket for this. As with all my expenses, I paid with my company credit card. I showed up on Sunday July 1, 2018 and met Robert who was working on a beautiful new yellow Corvette. Had to mention because let's be honest, it's a bad ass car but I have kids in college so that will have to wait. :) . Robert said that as he thought, it was pointless to tint the other Smokey glass in the truck and that he would suggest doing the mid-level priced film (no need to put the high end film on my work truck) on my 2 front door windows and that it would be $100 out the door and that it came with a 3 Year warranty. Of course not knowing Robert at this point, I was prepared, upon arrival, to hear that I needed to do all the windows and that my new bill would be 4 times the amount quoted on the phone. The old "Bait and Switch". Nothing could be further from the truth because much to my pleasant surprise, the scope of work and price didn't change. So, we dropped off my truck and went to run errands and have brunch while he tinted my truck windows. We hadn't finished our brunch and Robert called me to come get the truck because he was finished. We all like to "have a guy" for different services in our lives. Robert is now and will always be "My tint guy". Needless to say I am now a huge fan of Robert and Tint King & I couldn't be happier. The quality workmanship of the tint installation coupled with the great look and comfort due to the entire cab now being dark, is 2nd only to the kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service that is Tint King and more so, Robert. I was very comfortable dealing with Robert because he is a businessman with integrity, he is very honest and I am a customer for life both professionally and personally. Thank you Robert!! read more

Very small bubbles noted on side windows after two weeks, but I'm not sure if that's because of the brand (my first time going with this brand), or if it was due to application.
