Excellent job. I got the interior clean as a gift. They got my car looking spiffy inside which was much needed. Super nice people too.

Amazing results for the vehicle detailing services for our 2016 Mitusbushi SUV were remarkable.... Like new finish and brighter looking. Communication through the quote to completion was excellent. Services were completed on time as promised. Cost was as quoted and in line with other businesses offering same services. Highly recommend this business and contact Trey for a quote. You won't be disappointed with the results. read more

Best detailing experience I have had, EVER! I have brought my car here two times so far: once to have the remnants of a spill cleaned out from my perforated leather seats, and another time to fix an imperfection after a repaint, which the body shop couldn't fix after 3 tries. Both times I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work, it is by far the best work I have ever seen in my 20+ years owning various vehicles. I look forward to coming back for ceramic coating and all other detailing needs. read more

THE BEST! I foster dogs. Some got car sick and threw up in 3 of my seats - one was a jerk and pooped in my driver seat; which I sat in. I have perforated leather seats - which means EVERYTHING went into all the little holes. I contacted Trey, he got me in and holy moly - MY CAR SEATS LOOK BRAND NEW. Pricing is very competitive and Trey is phenomenal at communication and such a pleasure to deal with. I was hesitant at first being that there aren't many reviews on yelp. I asked why and he explained that he wasn't serving the public until recently. He did and still does detail for high end commercial clients. It shows - his work is impeccable. You wont regret going here! Im over the moon with what he accomplished in my car. read more

Ceramic coating and all tinted window. Helped us decide on how dark the tinting would be. Then Excellent, fantastic, and incredible! Our family cannot say enough food adjectives to explain how wonderful this company is. Trey the owner took full responsibility for our job. We had all of our windows tinted and the Ceramic Polish. The price was at the correct level and the way we were treated was incredible. Thank you from Dagmar Sigrid Manon de Nijs-Blake and Eric Alexander! Sparkel and Shine! A service beyond what you expect or need. Fantastic!!!! read more

Yo Dallas!!! Do not sleep on this team of professionals!! I came in town today from San Antonio and knew I would need a wash. I searched Yelp near my hotel and they came up. So I gave them a call yesterday before leaving and was set up with options and an appt. I had a little trouble finding it as it's in one of the garages at the galleria but a quick phone call resolved that. The owner was very professional and kept me updated in when he started and promptly when it was done. And it came out gleaming!!!! Such a good job. I made sure to let them know every time I drive up they'll be my first stop. Do yourself a favor if you need your ride cleaned and give them a call. The list of services is extensive and will be done right. Thanks fellas!!! Who Dat!! read more

I love my car (2003 Honda S2000), but did not give her the TLC she needed on the outside that she deserved. Years of no real washing and sitting outside oxidized the exterior of my car and made the paint flat and faded. I wanted to save the paint before any damage was irreversible. Maybe it was already, I didn't know for sure. I had contacted another company that was highly recommended for their paint correction and liquid ceramic work. I took my car to them but they thought I was better off getting a new paint job and declined the job. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed but decided not to give up and searched online a little more. I then stumbled upon Trey at Sparkle & Shine. Reading his reviews and examining the photos/videos on his Instagram got me excited. Perhaps he could help me out. I gave Trey a call and let him know about the poor exterior condition of my car. He welcomed me to bring it in to take a closer look. When I did he gave it a spot test and the results were very promising. He felt the paint could be saved but would be a lot of work. I really appreciated him talking straight with me about all the options I could go with. I decided to go for it and I was incredibly happy with the results. I went for a multi-stage paint correction and 5 year liquid ceramic pro coating. My headlights which were yellow and cloudy were also restored perfectly. It's almost like a brand new car. I couldn't believe this was the original paint that was hiding under years of built up grime and gunk. She truly looks as good outside as she is good to drive. I have a big smile every day now as I walk up to my car. It's just such a dramatic difference. I should have done this a long time ago. I kind of want to go back to that original company I contacted and show them the results for my Pretty Woman moment, haha. "Big Mistake!" See my before and after shots. Thanks very much Trey! read more

Sparkle & Shine got my girl looking great! Wanted to add Ceramic Pro to make washing an ease and add some additional protection. Although I've only had the car a few months, made a rookie mistake and scratched the hood with the wrong microfiber towel. Sparkle & Shine was able to correct that mistake with ease. Tremayne was great to work with and explained the process from beginning to end. When I picked the car up, it looked better than it did when I took delivery at the dealership. Will be using Sparkle & Shine for years to come. read more

Well, where do I begin? I was hoping to find a professional place where I could get a decent detailing for my new 2023 Lexus GX460. I found just that place with Sparkle & Shine!!! Trey was exactly the Professional I needed to apply the amazing ceramic coating to protect and beautify my vehicle. You must see his work to believe it. I know most of the time we're skeptical of advertising and we should be, but once you see and experience this special ceramic coating applied to your vehicle it will absolutely blow you away. So, if you're looking to restore that old beat up car or you have a brand new vehicle then don't hesitate to give Trey a call! I promise you that you won't regret it! If you're not quite sure then I encourage you to go to his shop and talk with him face to face and see some examples of his work. Trust me, his work is one of a kind!!! read more

This review would've been 5 stars, however I felt very uncomfortable when asked how much I paid for my car and why I obviously settled for such a horrible car. The 3 stars are for the quality of the work and professionalism put forth by my service technician, Lamar (please forgive me if I'm spelling that wrong). My car was spotless when it was returned to me and I am certainly appreciative of the actual work. Now, for the owner, Tre. I requested a quote for the ceramic pro service for my recently purchased PRE-OWNED 2016 vehicle. Tre gave me the price for the service, and advised that the car would also need a level 2 paint correction service to remove the swirl marks. I understood that. I told him that I knew that would be required as I'd seen them myself. No surprise there. Then he tells me that my bumper had been repainted and is a darker shade of gray than the rest of the car. Again, no surprise. I advised him that I'm aware of that as well and that info was disclosed to me by the dealership at the time of purchase. The difference is unnoticeable in natural lighting and I loved the gray color. Tre, the owner, then looks at me and asks, "How much did you pay for it?" TF?????? REALLY?????? Exactly what does that have to do with a quote for ceramic pro service???? I replied "Enough." Then he tells me that I settled for the car since the bumper had been repainted. At this point, I'm offended and in shock that THE OWNER is standing in front of me, THE CUSTOMER, making these insulting, arrogant statements. I let him know AGAIN that although my car only had 30k miles on it, it's still a 5 yr old car and I wasn't expecting perfection. The dealership was very transparent with me and the independent inspector I hired let me know as well. I asked for a quote, Tre, not your opinion on how I spend my money. I was actually about to book the ceramic pro service, the monthly wash plan, and schedule washes for my other 2 cars. However, after that exchange, I really couldn't even focus on anything else he was saying. In my mind, I had already took my business elsewhere. Yes, Tre. Im a WOMAN who earns a very nice salary, and owns 3 luxury cars which I selected and paid for with MY money. The how, when, where, and why is none of your business. I didn't solicit your opinion of my vehicle selection or purchase. And FYI, I built my own house too. I bet you'd say I picked the wrong brick or something.... Again, thank you LAMAR. You did an excellent job. read more

I called Sparkle and Shine to wash three vehicles. They were very professional, detail oriented, and delivered a high quality wash right to my door. No more waiting in run down washes, with the cheapest equipment and overly used rags for me. As an amateur detail artist/ prosumer my self. I judge them on their knowledge, methods, and techniques, and feel like they not only talk the talk, but can walk it to. I felt comfortable leaving my Audi A7 & A8 as well as my Lexus RC 350 knowing they are as particular about cars as I am my self. What a relief not having to tell them to clean the cup holders or the funny areas everyone else misses. I would highly recommend Trey to anyone looking for a mobile car wash. read more

Trey worked with me to setup an appointment for my parents as a present while I was out of town. He was patient when they didn't open the door for him in the first 15 minutes of the appointment. He evaluated the cars fairly and gave his recommended approach to cleaning the vehicles. We ended up not following through with the extra services due to time constraints but my parents were very pleased with the results of the two basic packages. We've had professional detailing before but this was a higher quality. If we had more time I would've gone with the seat conditioning and rug shampoo as well. read more

What can I say about Sparkle & Shine Auto Detail that hasn't already been said? The reviews are legit. Trey and his team are fantastic! The care they put into the services they provide, can definitely be seen in the final product. I was looking for someone who could apply a Ceramic coating to my car, and give the paint job a little TLC. From start to finish, Trey was communicative, upfront and accommodating. I felt comfortable through the entire process, and on that magical day when I received my car back, I was at a loss for words. She (yeah, that's right) was just like new! I called Trey to get my girlfriend's car detailed while she was out of town. While our timing didn't work out well the first couple days (I didn't give them much notice with Valentine's Day fast approaching), Trey was relentless about doing anything he could to accommodate my schedule. We eventually worked out a time that was non-standard for Sparkle & Shine, but he was more than happy to help me out. The car looked and smelled fantastic inside and out. The service was very efficient and friendly. I intend to continue doing business here as long as I'm in the area. read more

Did a concierge service (aka the works) on my SUV that I haul my kids around in. Looks brand new. All the stains on seats/car interior are gone. Looks incredible. Attention to detail is superb. It cost a pretty penny for a reason. Made it a point to come up here to get a full detail because yelp had it rated the best place in town and was not disappointed. Called Trey on Monday. He told me they were going to be at the Noel garage the next day and got me in no problem. read more

I had a bad detail experience, a car wash waxed my car and burned the top coat off of my vehicle which left swirl marks in my car. I called Trey he came to my job looked at my car and gave me different solutions to take care of the situation. It took him approximately three days to reverse the damage that was done to my car. I got the car back and it was shiny and beautiful. I am a picky person so I decided I would wait to see just how good the treatment was that was applied to my car. We are 1 month in and this 5 year old car is as shiny as a brand new 2018 vehicle. No joke. Trey and his team are awesome he did an amazing job. This man knows what he's doing. I had to get my car hand washed at a car wash closer to my area and they tried to take credit for my car looking so good. Negative, you guys just rinsed it off this sheen is compliments of Sparkle and Shine. read more

Trey protected my Mustang and my wife's Explorer with Ceramic Pro 5 year coating. After speaking with Trey for 10 minutes he had taught me the benefits of the coating and unfortunately pointed out some "corners cut" by a body shop that had my car the week prior.
