LG auto detailing answered the phone right away, understood my situation and made time for me within hours to help me get it cleaned up. The car is better than new. I don't have to worry about the smell of old coffee in the hot Texas sun! I will be using LG Auto Detailing on the regular from now on as they are convenient, customer service oriented and reasonably priced. The convenience of them being mobile means I don't have to lose hours of my day waiting at a shop. It's a win-win.

Upon further review, they missed many of the 'hard' to reach places, the back seat cupholders weren't touched, some crumbs and debris in the dash and looks liked the missed those hard-to-reach places in between the console and seat entirely. Full large pieces of debris, dust, etc in between the seats. If you're looking for the dealership clean package, look elsewhere.

Hello Linda's,…read more Listen, when I tell you that R&R Autowash & Wax is the move to make when your car needs to be cleaned. It is the move to make! To say that my baby Lala hadn't been on the good side of an amazing wash and wax bath in hot country minute is an understatement. I decided to get my life together and reach out for a quote & let me tell you that it was prompt as getting an order from Chick- Fil-A. I was shown Mike's previous work, not judged about the state my car was in ,and I was given a great customer service experience. Listen Linda's, I felt in my spirit that my baby would be in good hands so I set the appointment. Linda, Linda's...listen when I tell you that he cleaned it from the rooter to the tooter... He did that!!!! Please, look at how pretty my wheels look. I would've presented the prettiness of my wheels in a Vanna White way, but I couldn't take the pic and be an amazing Vanna as well. Next time...but in the mean time get into how nice they look. Guess what Linda's? This is how clean my car looked the day after it was cleaned & it rained. Go ahead and do the right thing and have Mike at R&R clean your car! I promise that you won't be disappointed and he's extremely knowledgeable about cars. You know I have to have an amazing experience to write a review so listen to your girl and give them a whirl.

We met and talked the day before, and Kelly & Kathi laid out the schedule based on parts availability, and how and when best to leave off my car to minimize my time without it. Finding a great mechanic is always hard for newcomers, and I have been here a little over a year. I am glad to have been referred to Automotive ER, and plan to pass on that referral throughout my network of local friends.

I opted to hold off on the repairs due to the cost, we were paying out of pocket so as not to impact our insurance cost a good friend recommend I get a quote from CT Concepts and am I ever glad i took his advice CT Concepts bid for the same exact work was $2300 dollars. I thought it sounded too good to be true but I took the risk CT Concepts executed the repairs in three days - the other shop quoted 2 week, and they did an amazing job. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results My son's car is a rare color for a Honda, Smokey mauve pearl, but CT Concepts matched it perfectly. They did such a great job that you would never know the car was hit All the lines are right, the sheet metal is straight, and the paint color is seamless end to end I highly recommend CT Concepts and will use them for any future paint and body work needs Check them out before you commit to any other shop

He had not seen the new redesign so him and I looked over the vehicle together he commented how nice my off-white leather was at time of reception. He even touched the drivers seat and commented that it was the good stuff. When I picked the truck up all four seats were covered with slime and dark colored oily muck!? I immediately was shocked and upset! He was nowhere to be found initially and his employee wiped it down the best he could. When they realized they stained my off-white seats the owner finally showed up. Everybody spent a half hour playing the blame game and then they turned on me and started insinuating that I brought it to them like that?? Even after his employee admitted that there was grime all over the seats. It was very obvious that his short in stature employees were standing on my seats to treat the roof. I had just purchased the vehicle the week before and nobody had even rode in any of the passenger seats. I reiterated to him that we both looked at the interior this morning and this was unacceptable. He actually had the gall to say "I didn't look at the seat" ?when he couldn't clean the stains he started pointing out other assembly dust on the black panels I had not even wiped down the interior . saying that there was no way his employees could've done i it and there was "grease all over my interior "? when I got more frustrated and swore he took this as an opportunity to throw me out of the shop without a receipt. I paid cash for 90% thinking I was doing him a favor. The other reviews are fabricated this is a flyby night very unprofessional Shop! He spent more time bragging about his Porsche and showing me expensive parts than he spent paying attention to my vehicle. He originally promised me the world and said he inspects every job? When I confronted him about that he was furious! They gave me back my vehicle in worse condition than I gave it to him and fleece me out of two grand. They also covered the tires with oil that flew off all over the fresh ceramic. I pointed out to him that I never use that stuff because it ends up all over the vehicle and he insisted it would not. I even pulled over down the street and wiped the bulk of it off. yet there were still black oily spots all over the sides of my truck when I got home. Beware and don't fall for his confidence!
