Do not take your vehicle here. The quality is low at best, and you are lucky if your panels,…read morelights, etc. line up and look ok-ish, and you don't have new noises and rattles. They went through my vehicle and used my jack. They didn't bother to put it back where it belongs and left an oil stain in the back. Expect over spray on the clear coat, and imperfections in the paint. They don't store your vehicle well. If they attempt to fix, rather than replace a part, it won't be done properly. If you are using insurance, take your vehicle somewhere that the work is warrantied by your insurance company. To finish out my "repair" properly, I will have to source the "repaired" parts from a junkyard that are in better condition that what was paid to be fixed

This was two days before Thanksgiving 2024 and after a couple weeks went by receiving no communication, I posted a review on Google still no phone calls. I reached out to them YET AGAIN after another week and instead of communicating about my vehicle she wanted to argue about the bad review I left stating they attempted to call me. I printed out my phone logs just to further prove my point that during this entire fiasco they have attempted to call me only once. I sat in their office having a face-to-face conversation with them stating that the cosmetics mean nothing to me I need my vehicle to operate mechanically and safely just as it did before I was hit. Weeks go by and still no word. Once again I call them and I was told was that they completed cosmetic work prior to even looking at the mechanical work and were still waiting to assess the mechanical portion. On what planet would a mechanical shop perform cosmetic work prior to any mechanical work?! What if the car is totaled? I mean, I'm just a mechanic too, What do I know? We have now started a brand new year. It's a week in to 2025 and the last time I have heard about my car was at the beginning of December. If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner, do not bring your car here.. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies. Lessons learned.

I wanted to share my recent experience and echo the many positive reviews here to share a recent…read morefantastic experience with Brian and Detail Werkz. Detail Werkz provided a paint prep and ceramic coating install for me in December of 2018. Although my first experience using a coating, I was really pleased with the results and appreciated the guidance from Brian and subsequent install. The coating helps keep the car cleaner and makes cleaning a very simple procedure. It's quite a sight to see how the water beads off the thing when air drying the car. Last weekend I discovered the car had been extensively sprayed, accidentally by water with an chemical. Regular cleaning failed to remove the residue. I texted Brian shortly thereafter and got a swift response, making a plan to bring it by the workshop the next day, even though he wasn't technically open. Upon seeing the issues, Brian was able to remove the resulting damage. Give the extent of the issue we decided it best for Brian to keep the car for a day to reinstate the ceramic coating where it had been compromised. The car was ready and looking better than as ever as planned on the Monday of this unfolding on a Friday/ Saturday. The cost of all this was also entirely reasonable given the time and material needed to put it right. I totally appreciate Brian's knowledge and service and highly recommend his work based on my fantastic experience. He's a straight up guy with a passion for making cars look their best. Cheers Brian.
