Adam was very nice and easy to work with. He was able to get us in for a full detail the same day and had it completed by the time frame he quoted. Brought my boyfriend's BMV here as a Fathers' Day present and he was riding around looking homeless in a BMW. LOL! Brandon met us at the stand and assured me he had seen much worse and he would take care if it. He did not disappoint. I got the Hotshot and it looks almost like it was fresh off the lot. It does look like they may have missed the passenger sun visor but I see where some coffee had splashed but so minor. And it being right at the mall is super convenient. First, this company was HIGHLY recommended. And their communication via their Facebook page is EXCEPTIONAL. That said, I had a van washed at Stonebriar. We "pre cleaned" by taking all the trash out and emptying everything (like sunglasses, etc) out of the way. So, there was grass/dirt in the mats/carpets, and a few splashes that may have been soda/coffee that were only in or near a cup holder - ALL hard surfaces, and dust. But thats all. I'm guessing the lighting is an issue at Stonebriar because a LOT was missed. There are still spots on seats (the leather was supposed to be wiped), in the cup holders (also supposedly cleaned), and dust on the hard surfaces. Either the spots were hit quickly or not at all. The carpet vacuuming was less than stellar. Maybe I expected too much from the Professional level clean, but for $150 I would have hoped not to have to break out a vacuum and microfiber cloth when I got home. Again, exceptional customer service... sub par product. read more

Fantastic car wash!! My husbands car was truly disgusting, filled with dog hair and just downright filthy. I don't think he has washed it even once in the 4 years he has owned it (maybe exaggeration, maybe not!). I dropped my car off with Brandon and went into Barnes and Noble. Exactly an hour later he called me to come check it out. SO impressed at how clean he got this car, it looks like it's brand new again! My husband was floored. Overall great experience working with Eco Car Spa to get all 3 of my cars cleaned up! Had to reschedule a bit due to weather but communication was great and they were very accommodating. Having them come to you is such a nice convenience. Cars came out nice and shiny and feeling brand new inside. Their headlight restoration service took care of the haze on my 2001 and helped with aesthetics as well as night visibility. highly recommend and will be using them again as cars inevitably get dirty! read more

Brandon was very accommodating with my schedule when I called to check availability for a cleaning. He was polite and went out of his way to help me. However, my car was not cleaned in any manner that would reflect the $130 I spent (plus $10 tip, which I would not have given had I seen my car first). My car had dirty wheels, dirty seats, bugs on the windshield, and lots of dirt and tar on the exterior paint that easily came off when I used my finger. Brandon agreed that the work was done poorly and apologized but his only suggestion was to give me a "discount" ($50) for my next wash. The current groupon for that exact wash is $54 so I didn't think that was much of a resolution. He also stated "it would be the guy's last night who cleaned it". I told him I was not planning to return and spend $50 more after having a poor job done. In my opinion, they should have offered, at least, to re-clean the car to the specifications listed in their own promotional material. Not worth anywhere near $140. read more

Online it said that the service I wanted was 1-3 hours. When I arrived, I asked again just to make sure. The guy told me 2.5 to 3 hours, but assured me that it wouldn't take long because my car wasn't very dirty. A little over 3 hours later I get a text saying they're JUST STARTING the interior. The guy tells me it will be just one hour longer. 2 hours later I get a text saying my car will be ready in 10 mins, that 10 mins turned into 30. I had other important plans today, that's why I asked how long it would be. I understand they were busy, but they really need to work on how they estimate their times when they do this every day. I spent almost 6 hours waiting. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the guy I spoke to was very polite and they did a decent job, but I most likely will not go back there. read more

I took my car to this place based the positive Yelp reviews and was completely disappointed. It took them 1.5 hours ... yes 1.5 hours to clean the car - my car was not filthy so not sure what they did for 1.5 hours, but the windshield was dirty. It took a lot of elbow grease to get it off. Honestly it was like a film of wax and it just would not come off. We showed Brandon the spots on the windshield and his words were "Oh that is a water stain". Then he had the nerve to ask for a 5 star Yelp review. Not after the car wash cost me $50 and 1.5 hours later I had to finish the job. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

These guys are awful with communication and customer service. I used yelp to find a shop to fix my dent on my car. This company reached out to me set a day to see my car. Guy came out look at me dent and gave me two quotes low end $100 and high end $300. I agreed to have them repair my dent. Guys came took my car called me with 30 mins to say nope its gonna cost more than quoted $300. The repair will cost $1000. I can only assume since it was a range rover that I would agree to such a high amount. Told them to bring it back. I wont go anywhere near this shop and its scandleistic procedures read more

Overall the job was OK. However, service is extremely slow. Despite a confirmed appointment, start to finish took close to 2 hours - that too on a week day (and not on a weekend). On a side note, having to make an appointment for a simple wash (that doesn't require any detailing) seems a bit odd. Really surprised to be giving a two star review after seeing some good ratings here. Unfortunately we went for the "Flawless" detail option and the results were pretty sub-par for a $200+ detail job. What made it a two star detail? Surprising a bunch of little stuff, for example: - The rear window hadn't been wiped down so it had dried covered with water spots from the wash. - I asked if they could pay special attention to vacuuming and little corners and pockets were left untouched with normal vehicle daily debris. - The bug guts from our last road trip hadn't been power washed off of the body panel under the front grill. This was a big pain cleaning myself because without a power washer you have to lay down on the ground and work some heavy elbow grease to get that stuff off. To their credit they offered to correct the problems. However it was the end of their hours and I didn't have time to start making trips back to the mall to get a detail job done properly. To be fair, I don't know if this is related to a particular person there or if it speaks to Eco Car Spa's quality overall, but at least with our experience there was a pretty significant issue with attention to detail, which kind of goes against the point of such a service. read more

It's super convenient being able to drop off right in front of the mall, so you can entertain yourself with some shopping or watching a movie while you wait. When I brought it in, my son's 2005 Durango was about as nasty as a car can get. It was his college car, with way too many spilled sodas, forgotten gym clothes, fast food and who even knows what else lurking under the seats. Oh, and he has a big dog that sheds like crazy. And of course, I needed it done on a super busy Saturday. These guys didn't blink. It (very legitimately) took many hours to restore this mess, but that didn't cost me any extra - they worked like mad until it was done. Shaz, the manager, was amazing - keeping in touch with me (even with photos) throughout the process. You can message them through Yelp - they answer really quickly. The guys in the back doing the work (Shaz took me back there to thank them) were also just wonderful. They have a preset menu of services, no matter how bad your car is, it costs no extra. You can tip on your credit card, which is a great idea (I brought cash this time, but next time, I won't have to.) It's not cheap, but for me it was a stunning value. They are located at the valet stand, on the Stonebriar lower level by Dave & Busters, AMC, Barnes & Noble, etc. They have a separate booth right next to the valet stand. I'll be taking my own car back there in a few days. (My son's dog gets in my car, too - I need the help!) Thanks guys! read more

Ii got my car washed at Eco Car Spa a few days ago and I was truly satisfied. The person I dealt with(i forgot to get his name) was very pleasant. This car wash is no in and out car wash. My car took about an hour and half but u can go shopping in the mall or relax at barnes and noble which is right next door. I will definitely go again. read more

I had my car detailed here about 3 months ago and i never wrote a review. which is wrong because this place deserves it. i've got dogs and they love riding with the windows down. anyone that has a dog that rides with the windows down, you know how much fur flies around in the cabin. This place opened a half hour early for me and was able to keep 2 guys on my car the whole time so it would be finished when they initially told me. even after they called and said it may be a bit longer, but they made sure it wouldn't be. I unfortunately got paint overspray on my Black Cadillac CTS. I took my car to Eco Car for a claybar rub along with the interior and exterior wash. When I picked up the car I cannot tell you how happy I was with the excellent job Brandon did on the car. He removed the paint overspay and restored the cars luster back to BRILLIANT!!!BRAND NEW! I thought I did a decent job of keeping the interior of my car clean, but now know and appreciate the difference. The interior looks, and smells, GREAT! I'll definitely be back! Probably the nicest and most convenient place to get your car wash. I came in to the mall for an apple appointment and they gave me a full car wash with a free valet so I didn't have to come back to re park my car.
