We were members at Super Splash Car Wash in Prosper and I personally loved the convenience. Unfortunately, in April their car wash damaged the hood of my husband's TRX. When he brought it to the manager's attention, he was told they were not responsible for any damage. After the conversation, both of our memberships were deactivated. Today I found out that even though our memberships were deactivated, we were still being charged $71.96 a month. I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed this car wash, but I wanted to share our experience as a heads up, especially for anyone with a TRX, Ford Raptor, or other larger vehicle. read more

Me and my wife have been coming here for years and I felt is was necessary to leave another Yelp review due to their exceptional service. Technicians are polite and professional, always very informative and provide exactly the service I need. I've never experienced any damage to my vehicle and they always do an amazing job with their detail service. Prices are reasonable and I haven't experienced this quality of service from any of the other car washes in the north Dallas area. I am a member of this car wash. I also get my oil changed here. I have an older car with almost 300k miles so have to get my oil topped off every couple weeks. When I went in today to get my oil topped off, I was met by a young mechanic who said pop your hood man. Then he told me it would be simpler and easier to check your own oil at home. That doesn't strike me as polite service for a paying member of the car wash. I pay about $100 every time I get my oil changed, and I pay $40 a month for your membership. I feel I should get more courteous service then "it would be simpler and easier to check your own oil at home. I have the right to come get my oil topped off when I need to since I'm paying for oil changes there. read more

Just got the basic $7 wash this time, I had to do allot of wiping dirt off after the wash, but it did come off easily with the towels provided. Maybe the higher level washes have more brushes activated that get it more thoroughly? Was a plus they have vacuums and air to spray for drying as well. Would go back read more

Just moved here nearly 3 yrs ago. Owned 2 car washes in Pennsylvania for over 30 years. Was not only an owner but worked along side two re-equips, so am quite familiar with how they should work. SuperSplash does a great job. Wraps, roll over, speeds of the equipment look good as well as application and effectiveness of the chemicals. It's difficult for any car wash to get all of cracks and crevices in how vehicles are designed today but SuperSplash does a fairly good job! My experience here was disappointing. The car wash broke down while my car was still covered in soap. After waiting for assistance, I was told the only option was to power wash the soap off. There was no offer of a refund or a complimentary rewash, despite the service not being completed. Customer service could definitely be better. I'll likely try another car wash next time. read more

I came in only wanting an oil change and a blinker fixed and they recommended $700 worth of work to be done of my car. Naively I said yes to a few of their recommendations and paid $350 for them to not even fix the blinker. I would not recommend this place if you're someone looking for an honest business to take your car to. I use to go to the dealer to get an oil change, waited over 2 hours for my car to be taken care of while some sales men tried to either sell me a new car or buy my current car. Mean while the service center is telling me it's going to be $175.....NEVER again!!!!! I will be a loyal customer to super splash because of how they treated me and my daughter! So polite, fast, knowledgeable. They were amazing, they changed my oil, added air to my tires, did all my fluids and even did my state inspection with in 30 mins! All the while my 4 year old was watching and following them around asking questions, they were happy to teach her and even gave her a popsicle. The car wash seems fine. We took our less than 1Y old car there for a oil change and 30 minutes later they came out and said the dealership had stripped out the plug. When I took it to the dealership they claim this place did it. Net net, I've got a loner from the dealership and I'm 700 into a oil change because i had to replace the oil pan. If I ran across a destroyed plug I wouldn't touch it until I talked to the customer. The dealership said that was their standard practice. P.S. please don't tell me to call the owner. Came here Fri morning for inspection, only...thankfully. Drove up and the guy who came out to see what we needed, literally said "yeah" and then just looked at me like I had lost my mind. Could barely hear him as he talked like he was annoyed and bothered by us. Then when I said we needed to get my vehicle inspected he's goes "insurance" (that's all) I handed it to home and he said "go inside" . We walk in nooooo one around to help or welcome us. Worst oil change ever. Told me a quick oil change. 40 minutes later they tell me they lost my oil cap "the winds fault". When asked about it, no one took the blame or even apologized and never came to tell me, just gonna let me wait. Won't be back unless I want to wait all day for poor service and rude employees. I'll be expecting a leak later, so I will update in a day if it's leaking. I'm sure if it does leak they will blame it on the wind, it's very tricky out here. Update: I didn't even need to wait till tomorrow to determine it leaked. Here you go. This was taken a few hours later at 6:30 pm. Guess I'll have to take it to another oil change location to make sure it's right. Specifically the last place I took it because I'm betting they didn't change my oil filter out.
