Excellent car wash!! The staff is so friendly, and I love that they have a monthly membership. It's a great value for the price. I definitely recommend! read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I had to. $45 Platinum Package plus $10 tip. (Not much of a tip, but it's better than nothing). I get home only to see several black spots still on my car. I get that you all are trying to get people in and out whilst providing a good service, but this is unacceptable. Several black spots on both sides of my car and on the front bumper end as well. I am in the process of getting all of the marks off and it's almost like I didn't even get a wash. Granted, my car is white - but I am disappointed. read more

Awesome service at a great price! We've been bringing our cars here for various services over the last 4 years. They always give great car washes, good service, and do quick car inspections. Last week on Monday, I had the pleasure of working with their Service Manager, who just went above and beyond, as did the rest of his team. He ensured everything I needed was taken care of, communicated everything upfront, saved me probably $1500 or more by not taking my car to the dealership, and even called me a driver to take me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Excellent customer service, above and beyond! As I mentioned, they always do a great job, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you for being a "one-stop shop" for us and just right down the street. You certainly have customers for life in our family! read more

Let me start by saying I live an hour away now. My Doctor is still in the area and decided to stop by and get my Grand Cherokee detailed. Was hoping Carmelo was here but he was off today. They did a good job. I had them hand wash, wax and clean out the inside to include vacuuming and windows. A few misses, as I have beige leather interior that shows a lot of scuff marks. They got most but missed a few. Some nook and crannies could have had a little more detail but overall turned out nice. They spent an hour and 30 minutes for $215.00. I'll bring my Dodge Ram in a few weeks. read more

On May 5, 2026, I took my truck to get washed. I paid $76.00 for the inside and outside to get cleaned. When I got my truck back, the back was still dirty, the side of the door is dirty, and the front. Spoke to a manager, Carmelo, and he was very rude! He said this has been a recurring issue, which it hasn't bc I've only been there twice, and the first time I didn't have any issue at all. I've never spoke to this guys ever! No apology from the business, just a rude manager that was mad bc they didn't wash my truck right. He asked if I wanted a refund and at least he said he would. Spoke to Frank bc I filed a BBB report and he says he will not be issuing a refund. Video below. This is unacceptable for a business. If you own a car wash, people are paying their money, make sure the vehicle is clean! read more

Do Not patronize this car wash if you feel the customer is always right. In case of a complaint or damage, they will deny responsibility and say the issue was not their fault, or can you prove the damage was their fault. Be forewarned. read more

Before I entered this oil change place. I asked him how much it would cost. I was given a quote. I asked him if there would be anything added to it. He said no. Then I got the bill and there were three line items added to it. I talked to the manager, and the manager literally said he didn't know what kind of oil I had in my vehicle until they open the hood. Follow-up: If your manager doesn't know how much oil a car needs from seeing it, you need to hire someone who would! read more

After waiting in the long line and passing 2 managers, we get up to pay for a car wash and were told we had "too much mud" on our vehicle. The laughable part is it's all from the snow storm and we went through ZERO mud. It was a a little bit of road dirt and the salt. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! read more

Always have a great experience at this Auto Splish Splash. The interior detail is well worth the money.

This is by far one of the worst choices I ever made. My car is well taken care of and hasn't had a major problem from the moment it was purchased. It's a Honda accord 2020 with barely 70k miles. It's well taken care of. I go here and before I can get home the brake system light is on and I'm being directed by the car prompt to go to the dealer for repair!!!! My interior lights won't come on and the parking brake light (on the switch, not the dash) will not go off. All from a car wash. And I'm not looking for the "oh just bring it in to the repair shop connected to the wash" line. Why would I ever go back. Please - if you have to be out of your vehicle for even a moment - DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Please , please do yourself a favor. I'm not looking for anything from these people - I wouldn't take a last breath from them. I just want people to be warned. You will regret coming here if your car leaves your sight read more

I have been to this location numerous times a few oil. hinges back a tech told me I needed to have my engine oil flushed because I was bone dry. I was thrown off like how was I bone dry. not thinking I paid for the extra service. I took my car to a mechanic and they said I had zero issues where oil was leaking out. The mechanic said I got scammed. I came back in today and the guy tried to tell me I needed a rear differential service. the problem is my car has no rear differentia. when I told him that he said thats what the computer says and then i asked him to show me when I got to the computer it did not have any rear differential inform on it. be very wary of this place. Seems like they have mechanics or so called mechanics. oil change techs who have zero clue what they are looking at. Or have little to no idea about the functionality of a car. I wonder how that translates into your oil change . read more

Not only is this place way $$$$ and try to sell you a ton of other repairs you don't need, but they also actually riffled through my glove compartment and dash storage areas (they didn't need anything in there to do an oil change) and left half the contents of what was in there all over the passenger seat and floorboard. I've been going there since they opened and had a monthly car wash pass but today is the last time I'll ever set foot in that place. Also teach your cashiers a thing or two about how to read and explain the invoices. She just stood there with a fake smile when I questioned the price and had NO idea what the charges were.... for a simple oil change Do Better read more

My cousin always takes her car here. When I was in desperate need of a car wash I decided to give it a try. I like full service car washes. I don't want to vacuum, dry and clean the inside. Seems full service car washes are rare in my area. I was very happy with my service. Even though it was busy, the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the car was spotless inside and out. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Also compared to what I have been paying the mobile detailer, quite a nice savings for my pocket. I was completely satisfied. I have to remember to make sure to have cash for the tip. Luckily this time I did. read more

I used to get my car washed there once a week . The (60.00) super clean package. I would go thru and ask for 4 of the air fresheners. The attendant would smile and pass me the fresheners. Well the young lady today seems to feel like she needed to inform me that they are not free and I would not be give the additional air fresheners. So in my mind I asked myself is 2 additional air fresheners worth loosing a weekly customer who pays 60. Dollars for a wash. I will no longer visit the establishment since they do not value my business. read more

Very questionable service recommendations. Seems to rely on those that just accept what they are being told. Can not recommend at all

I've come here many times. Each time I leave with a new scratch on my car. Today was the icing on the cake. Car is still dirty, they put a 4" deny and scratch on my car and of course, it's impossible according to them. They said I have to make a report with the owner. I asked for a refund of my wash, only the owner can do it. Terrible service and terrible attitude. Never again. read more

Paid $85 for a Hand Wash. Car looked like it washed with dirty towels. Streaks everywhere, windows not clean at all.

I've always received great service. In and out with no issues. And the car washes are really good!

Just went to to Frisco location on FM 423. Had a great experience with Luis . Very nice and friendly! He took great care of explaining and showing me what needed to be maintained on my car. Dear "Hannah at customer service." Intetesting that you say the owner is waiting for my call. I left him a message Sunday. Never heard back.I also filed a bbb complaint and started the paperwork for a small claims lawsuit. I am giving him a little time to respond and save me some time and him some money and time. Question, you never saw my vehicle. How can you claim this did not come from your car wash? Your ads say you appreciate veterans. I am a veteran and and a cancer patient and a long term customer. I do not feel appreciated, and I will complete the small claim lawsuit,( if I have to) in order to get you to remove the material which did come from your car wash. I have lots of evidence. Thanks for the owners phone number, but I had all his info and the corp info and small claims info within an hour of trying to resolve this with your manager last weekend. For example: I know the owner is a real estate attorney in Lucas Texas and I know what happened to my truck. If we go to court, you will lose, clean my truck and pay all my expenses. I also feel that as a cancer patient, the ADA might be interested to hear what I have to say. Please keep in mind, all I was asking for is your wash to do the right thing and take off what got put on there on 9.9.23 This was a superbusy day. How could you POSSIBLY gaurantee this " did not come from your car wash"? Very sad that I have been a customer since this place opened and have referred several people. Word of mouth works both ways, you can refer people or tell them about a bad experience. Once a lawsuit is filed it becomes public record. If we go that far I will buy a domain and post it there for 10 years. Choice is yours, post more things that are simply not true like " the owner is waiting for your phone call" when I left him a message last weekend, or just correct your mistake. Not like I was asking for money or a paint job. Lastly , if you lied about the owner "waiting for my call". Why would myself or anyone believe the other things you say? read more

Just did a basic wash here, $6. Service was good, very affordable and staff who wiped down the car were friendly.

Asked them to replace a tailgate bulb. They said light is damaged and needs full fixture replacement. Quoted me at $600. Told them no thanks. After I left, noticed top bulb now not working. Went back within 5 minutes and asked them to hook the top bulb back up. Manager said he would have to charge me labor to hook it back up. went to Kwik Kar and they hooked the top bulb back up and changed out the bottom bulb successfully. No charge. I tipped $40. read more

I was gifted with the reoccurring monthly unlimited wash package. Every time I go the employees are always pleasant and very helpful. They pay attention to your every concern no matter how minute it is even if it's as simple as a drop on your windshield. There's always a long line but it's worth it. They do an exterior towel dry and vacuums are available along the backside of the building. Tipping isn't required but it'll be greatly appreciated. read more

My sister had an oil change performed at Splish Splash on June 21st. On July 13th, she decided to visit family in Dallas (which is about 20 miles away from her home) and when she went to leave (evening time around 8PM) we noticed there was an oil puddle under her car - about 6 inches in diameter. When she pulled the car out further, there was a stream of oil left that came off the shroud that covers the oil pan. Without a jack, we were able to get the shroud to drop down and hand tighten the oil plug enough so that it wouldn't leak on her drive home. It was clearly not tightened / toured properly. We purchased two quarts of oil to replenish what had been depleted from a nearby Autozone. Upon talking with the shop manager, they did not offer anything but a $25 car wash and to reinstall the shroud because "someone other than them had touched the car". Excuse me, but the engine could have been run dry of oil and thus been severely damaged had there not been an intervention to stop the oil leak. There was no other option but to stop the leak given where the car was. Don't be fooled by their 1000 mile / 30 day warranty regarding their work. When it comes down to it, they're just a typical shady mechanic at heart. The reviews on Yelp clearly show the lack of integrity of the owner and their employees. Note, we tried to resolve this issue amicably by contacting Troy T 8 days ago and provided multiple pictures (Troy is who you often see posting replies to the bad reviews on Yelp). We asked that (1) reimbursement for the oil that was purchased to replenish the leaked oil (2) have a refund of the oil change charges. Troy has not responded to our request / message to date. read more

I've been to this place Multiple times and had a good experience the first few times. The last two times I have come it's been a sh*t show. I dropped my car off yesterday, they called me 30 minutes after I dropped it off to sell me some items on my car , this was at 1230pm it is now 11 am no one has called me to tell me it's finished and I'm currently waiting in the lobby to be helped. I've been standing at the check out counter for over 10 minutes and no one is here to greet me to tell me what is happening with my car. Took my car into to get an oil change. They told me to get my brake pads changed out. After the service was finished the car wouldn't reverse properly, so I called the tech over to take a look. He said it was probably something to do with my gear change and gave me a quote to fix that. I drove home and the car started to smoke!! I called them to tell them what was happening and Kevin Tressler the service manager is refusing they did anything wrong and will not fix this problem!! What kind of business is this??? Have been pretty loyal to this place for 10 years but the last 3-4 they've gotten up charge happy and have started using salespeople to get more repairs and/or money out of you. E.g. fuel injection service on a vehicle with 40k. Etc. Now a pitch to fix my windshield for a chip no bigger than a pinhead down at the bottom next to windshield wiper. Must have just coincidentally gotten that this week without knowing it because it was not there last week. read more
