Let me start by saying I live an hour away now. My Doctor is still in the area and decided to stop by and get my Grand Cherokee detailed. Was hoping Carmelo was here but he was off today. They did a good job. I had them hand wash, wax and clean out the inside to include vacuuming and windows. A few misses, as I have beige leather interior that shows a lot of scuff marks. They got most but missed a few. Some nook and crannies could have had a little more detail but overall turned out nice. They spent an hour and 30 minutes for $215.00. On May 5, 2026, I took my truck to get washed. I paid $76.00 for the inside and outside to get cleaned. When I got my truck back, the back was still dirty, the side of the door is dirty, and the front. Spoke to a manager, Carmelo, and he was very rude! He said this has been a recurring issue, which it hasn't bc I've only been there twice, and the first time I didn't have any issue at all. I've never spoke to this guys ever! No apology from the business, just a rude manager that was mad bc they didn't wash my truck right. He asked if I wanted a refund and at least he said he would. Not only is this place way $$$$ and try to sell you a ton of other repairs you don't need, but they also actually riffled through my glove compartment and dash storage areas (they didn't need anything in there to do an oil change) and left half the contents of what was in there all over the passenger seat and floorboard. My cousin always takes her car here. When I was in desperate need of a car wash I decided to give it a try. I like full service car washes. I don't want to vacuum, dry and clean the inside. Seems full service car washes are rare in my area. I was very happy with my service. Even though it was busy, the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the car was spotless inside and out. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I used to get my car washed there once a week . The (60.00) super clean package. I would go thru and ask for 4 of the air fresheners. The attendant would smile and pass me the fresheners. Well the young lady today seems to feel like she needed to inform me that they are not free and I would not be give the additional air fresheners. So in my mind I asked myself is 2 additional air fresheners worth loosing a weekly customer who pays 60. Dollars for a wash. I've come here many times. Each time I leave with a new scratch on my car. Today was the icing on the cake. Car is still dirty, they put a 4" deny and scratch on my car and of course, it's impossible according to them. They said I have to make a report with the owner. Never heard back.I also filed a bbb complaint and started the paperwork for a small claims lawsuit. I am giving him a little time to respond and save me some time and him some money and time. Question, you never saw my vehicle. How can you claim this did not come from your car wash? Your ads say you appreciate veterans. I am a veteran and and a cancer patient and a long term customer. I do not feel appreciated, and I will complete the small claim lawsuit,( if I have to) in order to get you to remove the material which did come from your car wash. I have lots of evidence. Brought a dirty car and purchased the top level exterior wash, which included an undercarriage wash. Not only was the undercarriage not wet at the other end of the wash, but the sides and rear of my car were still dirty and not even all of the soap was rinsed away. read more

Just did a basic wash here, $6. Service was good, very affordable and staff who wiped down the car were friendly.

Asked them to replace a tailgate bulb. They said light is damaged and needs full fixture replacement. Quoted me at $600. Told them no thanks. After I left, noticed top bulb now not working. Went back within 5 minutes and asked them to hook the top bulb back up. Manager said he would have to charge me labor to hook it back up. went to Kwik Kar and they hooked the top bulb back up and changed out the bottom bulb successfully. No charge. I was gifted with the reoccurring monthly unlimited wash package. Every time I go the employees are always pleasant and very helpful. They pay attention to your every concern no matter how minute it is even if it's as simple as a drop on your windshield. There's always a long line but it's worth it. They do an exterior towel dry and vacuums are available along the backside of the building. Tipping isn't required but it'll be greatly appreciated. read more

My sister had an oil change performed at Splish Splash on June 21st. On July 13th, she decided to visit family in Dallas (which is about 20 miles away from her home) and when she went to leave (evening time around 8PM) we noticed there was an oil puddle under her car - about 6 inches in diameter. When she pulled the car out further, there was a stream of oil left that came off the shroud that covers the oil pan. Without a jack, we were able to get the shroud to drop down and hand tighten the oil plug enough so that it wouldn't leak on her drive home. It was clearly not tightened / toured properly. We purchased two quarts of oil to replenish what had been depleted from a nearby Autozone. Upon talking with the shop manager, they did not offer anything but a $25 car wash and to reinstall the shroud because "someone other than them had touched the car". Excuse me, but the engine could have been run dry of oil and thus been severely damaged had there not been an intervention to stop the oil leak. There was no other option but to stop the leak given where the car was. Don't be fooled by their 1000 mile / 30 day warranty regarding their work. When it comes down to it, they're just a typical shady mechanic at heart. The reviews on Yelp clearly show the lack of integrity of the owner and their employees. Note, we tried to resolve this issue amicably by contacting Troy T 8 days ago and provided multiple pictures (Troy is who you often see posting replies to the bad reviews on Yelp). We asked that (1) reimbursement for the oil that was purchased to replenish the leaked oil (2) have a refund of the oil change charges. Have been pretty loyal to this place for 10 years but the last 3-4 they've gotten up charge happy and have started using salespeople to get more repairs and/or money out of you. E.g. fuel injection service on a vehicle with 40k. Etc. Now a pitch to fix my windshield for a chip no bigger than a pinhead down at the bottom next to windshield wiper. I've been to this place Multiple times and had a good experience the first few times. The last two times I have come it's been a sh*t show. I dropped my car off yesterday, they called me 30 minutes after I dropped it off to sell me some items on my car , this was at 1230pm it is now 11 am no one has called me to tell me it's finished and I'm currently waiting in the lobby to be helped. I've been standing at the check out counter for over 10 minutes and no one is here to greet me to tell me what is happening with my car. I visited Auto Splish Splash in March for a car wash and shortly after entering the wash tunnel felt a grinding and dragging underneath my car. After exiting the tunnel after the wash, I immediately inspected the car only to find that the wash had significantly damaged the inside edge of my wheels, going through the paint into the metal around the entire rim (both front and back driver's side wheels). I filed a claim at that time, and after 2 months the management refuses to resolve it because they claim they only "cover wash malfunctions" and blamed it on "low profile tires". My car is completely stock and while I do have lower profile tires, they are not excessively low profile, and at no point did anyone at the wash indicate to me a potential risk or issue, nor is there any signage that advises against "low profile tires". The only mention is related to "modifications" which my car does not have. I see plenty of European cars go through this wash on a regular basis and I'm extremely disappointed by the response to damage caused by their equipment. There was also no mention of this in their incident report documents. If you have a car with lower profile tires and different size front/rear tires, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I went there to get an oil change, a car wash and the inside of my car cleaned. During the oil change process the mechanic advised that I needed a flush for my brake fluid and I said OK; He advised that I would get a free car wash, and the inside of my car cleaned From the purchase, which incentivized me to get the flush done. He got done about 15 minutes before they close. When I went through the car wash the girl kindly told me that they could not take care of me because she couldn't keep her labor on past 4 o'clock. I suggested OK let me just run through the car wash and I can come back another day to get the inside of my car cleaned as my car really needed to be washed. She said no that she could not do that. I kindly explain to her that I understand. She wants to keep her labor costs down, but I also understand as a customer I drove out to this facility to get these specific things done and although I am inconvenienced by your policy that you will not pay labor after 4 o'clock, even if someone comes through before 4 o'clock I will work with you on that. She said that she could not split the two in half meaning the car wash and the car inside clean. I suggested she can just give me a free basic car wash. I just need to run through here. She declined that. I gave several solutions to the problem that was not even my problem. Nonetheless, I asked for the owners number so that I could let him know as if I were running a business. I certainly would not want this situation handled this way. I reached out to the owner, Frank via phone, call and via text and unfortunately never received a response, which in my opinion is completely unprofessional. I do not always make reviews as a matter of fact, hardly ever but at the very minimum the owner could have at least reached back out to me and had a conversation. The employee that confronted me was very young so essentially, it's a coaching opportunity for him to explain to her that hey, we want to keep our costs down, but we don't want to put that on our customers. That's just common sense but again the most disappointing thing was that the owner did not follow up with me. Thanks, Frank! Not only was this unprofessional, but it was a huge inconvenience for me as I drove to another facility to get my car washed because I didn't want to use the interior detail as that is close to $30 when a basic car wash can be six dollars. It is disappointing when you see a successful business because they are successful. Ignore customers on this level. I paid almost $250 at that facility just to go get my oil changed and car, washed and cleaned and they didn't even have a common decency to follow up with me as if my business is nothing to them because they are established and busy so therefore I mean nothing and at the end of the day I'm sure I don't but I will never go back there or recommend or refer this facility. read more

Took my car into to get an oil change. They told me to get my brake pads changed out. After the service was finished the car wouldn't reverse properly, so I called the tech over to take a look. He said it was probably something to do with my gear change and gave me a quote to fix that. I drove home and the car started to smoke!! I called them to tell them what was happening and Kevin Tressler the service manager is refusing they did anything wrong and will not fix this problem!! What kind of business is this???
