I scheduled an appointment to get my Silverado's tires rotated and balanced, a full synthetic oil change and a tire plugged. I used CarAdvise for additional discounts, so all these services were extremely cheap. All of the staff were friendly and quick to get to work on my truck. Although the shop was busy, they did a great job accommodating everyone's needs and moving things along. There were only 5 seats, and they filled up fast, so people stood and waited the entire time. Often come to this Firestone and have always received good service, however recently went to have a tire checked. They came back and said I had a nail and the serviceman was repairing it. After about 30 min my car was ready. No charge, headed out. My daughter was driving my car immediately to OKC. About 45 min into her drive the tire light came back on. She called and I told her she needed to return home. I have those "run flat" tires that can be driven on for limited miles. She returned home and very annoyed I returned to Firestone. Explained what happened, and they got my car right in. I FULLY expected them to come back and tell me that I needed a new tire. These tires run about $450-$500 each. HOWEVER, the manager came back and explained that the tech who had repaired my tired had made a mistake in how he tried to repair it and because it was their fault, he was replacing at no charge! I was shocked! Absolutely no way I would have known that without them telling me. This place has earned a customer for life for their integrity and honesty. I had been driving and this is Texas so the engine was hot and Devin got a burn. I called the day before to see if they could plug a tire. They said that they were too busy because they only had one tech working and four cars in front of me. I asked if tomorrow would be better and they said yes. I walked in the next day around 3:00 and they said that I would need to drop it off and they would be able to get to it the next day. Because today they had three techs and twelve cars in front of me. How slowly do they work? A guy named Mitch used to work there and he was super helpful or at least he seemed to be apologetic and empathetic. Today and yesterday, there was nothing. Facilities were pretty clean, customer service was good, auto service seems fine. No real concerns. Straight up crooks! My 21 year old fiance has a flat so went there because we had no choice! Online the tire is $94. But as soon as we say we don't have another option it's all of a sudden $270. Plus labor. Plus tax. But it's ok. He will give us a $20 discount! The MoST expensive place to get this exact brand and size of tire.... $201!! And that's the very very top! I'm quite sure I'm not the typical customer of this place. My car is a 30 year old, right hand drive Honda, that was imported from Japan. I've worked on cars for about 25 years (everything from basic stuff to swapping out motors), and because of this, I'm picky about who I leave my car with. I brought my car here to have them troubleshoot an electrical issue with my air conditioning system. Unfortunately, the part I need is nearly impossible (it was never offered in any US Honda, plus its 30 years old). Luckily the head mechanic, Harrison, was willing to think outside of the box and find a solution to get my AC working again. Its easy to find a mechanic that can replace parts, but finding mechanics that are knowledgeable and comfortable enough with their own mechanical diagnosis and repair abilities to remedy this type of situation... that's hard to find. Management team at this location ( Andrew and Brooks) both are dishonest and unprofessional individuals. On 12/18/2021, I replaced two of my rear tires. My wheels have special wheels locks keys. I gave the special wheel lock keys to the management to take off the wheels from my car and they never put it back in my car after they were done changing my tires. I was heading to Denver the next day for few months due to work. I did not realize that they did not return wheel lock key. Which I will need in case of emergency or if need to change the tire due to flat. I called the next day when I was already on the road to Denver, CO. Spoke to store manager Andrew, he ensured me that he will mail it to me in Denver the same day by fedex. Long story short, after many follow up calls and false promise to ship and at one point andrew said " He dropped it off at the fedex". When I asked for the tracking number he could not provide me one. Then Andrew leaves for vacation and I never received my wheel lock keys because he never mailed it but was lying the entire time. Finally, spoke to brooks assistant store manager. He confirmed andrew never mailed it and wheels locks key is sitting at their desk. Now this was me waiting for my keys for 17 days! Now, comes a another liar Brooks. He promised he will mail it the next day. He never did mail it andI kept on waiting for weeks for them do such a simple job for a customer who been their customer for 9 years! Both of them are liars, dishonest and unprofessional. Finally, I had to pay $100 for those wheels locks to be broken because I needed to put on winter tires due to winter conditions in Denver. Both of them put me and my family in risk of having a situation of a flat tire or driving in all seasons tires in heavy Denver snow. I kept on telling them weather is bad and I need those wheels locks, so I can change my tires to winter set but both of them did not care to risk my entire family lives and their dishonestly could have caused many lives, if I had a bad wreak in heavy snow in Denver. Called ahead to see if they had 2 tires in the size I needed for a full swap on both (30k miles on both). I arrived at 7:15am and they needed motor size and info, popped the hood and began the "process" of changing my rear tires. It is now 9:20 and they have completed 1 tire repair. They decided that the tires needed a patch instead when I asked for a full swap on both. They have now found "new holes" on my other 2 tires and need to repair all tires. I'll check back in later. I have quit going to Firestone for a while because I felt that their service is mediocre. Early this May, I decided to go in for my alignment since I have that lifetime alignment purchased. I booked a time to go in and arrived on time, around 2pm. The guy there told me there would be a wait even I have an appointment. So my question is what is the point for getting an appt? So I sat there and waited, waited till everybody left except me. I was freezing in that waiting room and waited for 2.5 hours! I finally asked the guy what was going on and he said one truck came in before me and wanted an alignment and they were still working on it!!! Why did they work on his alignment first if they knew I was coming? He said the spot was occupied and they couldn't work on mine. They couldn't work on mine because I already paid for the alignment a long time ago???? I was furious. And the manager gave me a 40% off full synthetic oil change card saying he would honor it when I went back for oil change. Almost 3 hours later, they finished with my alignment and I found my car extremely dirty with black grease mark all over on the interior driver side of the car. I wiped it down with some wipe and luckily I could get rid of them. Then fast forward a few weeks later, I asked my husband to take my car for oil change using the discount card that the manager gave me. They too the card, no problem but they called my husband and said I had 3 tires that had nails in them. They could fix 2 but 1 need to be replaced. Since I got the tires from Discount tire, I told them I would fix them over at Discount tire. And again this is another time that I had to wait for a long time before I could get my car back. When I got my car back, my husband said they patched up the 2 tires for me (no charge) and one still needs to replace. I got home and saw the car, again the inside of the car was dirty with BLACK greasy mark all over. And what surprise me is they opened my middle storage box (between the driver and passager seats). I could tell them open it because there was again, BLACK finger prints all over the storage box. And when I opened the box, I noticed my sunglasses case was also touched or opened because I saw black finger prints all over it. My storage box seems to be searched through by the Firestone staff. And then the next day when my husband took the car to Discount tire, they said they could easily patch up that tire that Firestone said that needed to be replaced! Brought our truck in to have it inspected around 9-9:30 and they told us to leave the truck and it should be done around 1:00. We came back around 3:00. They told us it wasn't ready and that it was the next vehicle to be getting pulled in. Okay, cool, we go back home. 6:00 rolls around (they close at 7:00) and we have not heard anything from them. We drive back up there because no way in h*ll we are leaving our vehicle there over night. We get there and the truck had still not moved, still not been inspected, and we were fed lies. I have been sitting in this little elm Firestone for 4:30 hours. It was supposed to be a tire rotation. Then it turns out that another Firestone broke the nut. This Firestone says it will take an hour to fix. They then say they will fix it and it takes them more than 3 hours. Came in on a Sunday, busy as usual. No big deal. Drop off for wheel alignment. Estimated completion time 1:45. Dropped off time on paper, 9:17. So 4 and half hours. I love 1.5 miles away so I walked home. Around 1, I head back up there. It started to sprinkle, so of course, it isn't clear and sunny. I got there and my car was still exactly where I left it. And no car in the alignment bay. Went to Lowe's, walked around the grab a bite to eat and drink. Walked back around 3ish, no car I the alignment bay. Sat there waiting until about 20-25 minutes later a guy came in and said that there is 2 or 3 cars in front of me... and he knew that I had walked there. Instead of waiting a couple hours and get mad if they don't get to it. He suggested that I go home and they will call me and then started they won't go home until they finish...... For whatever reason, I comply. Advised then to call me before they take my car in so I can head back this way. Next phone call... they tell me my car is in the bay and there's an issue. For one...
