No use of taking an appointment with them. I was given an appointment for 5 PM for my wheel alignment but they did not take the car in even at 6.20 PM when asked they said that they had more appointments and it may take more time. If I were told earlier I would have left and searched other vendors or come back at a later date. Don't take an appointment, and be ready to wait for hours for your work to start and more time for it to finish. Work wise they are good, I did change brakes for my other car and they did a good job. Drove 40 mins to be told they were unaware I was coming in after the dealer called them the day before telling them I would be... and that it would take a couple hours to do an alignment. So I made an appointment to come back the next day and was told it would only take 45 mins. Come back the next day, after 40 mins of waiting my car is finally taken back. After 2 hours and 15 mins. they finish the car. Why did I make an appointment and come back? Be prepared to wait a couple hours even if you have an appointment. What a waste of time. Lyft drivers do not take your car for maintenance here!!! It took 2 and a half hours for them to do my oil change. When I came in, there was me and another Lyft Driver in there for oil change. While we wore some of the first in line, we were last to be served. After an hour and a half of waiting, I asked for an update and they told me it was taking this long because they had to do all this other service. So I asked for a receipt at the end all they done was the oil change replacing my wipers and air filters. read more

After finding out that Walmart had no idea where my tires were that I've been waiting on for a week, I panicked and called around to see if anybody had some OE quality tires for my Tesla in stock. This Just Tires location about 15 minutes from my house said that they had them, and that I could rush over there and get them put on right away. This is on a Friday night at 5pm by the way. I was in and out in about an hour, with OE tires, great price, friendly front desk, clean facility. I have been using discount tires for about 20 years for every tire that I've purchased, but they are just too busy and/or shortstaffed, and it's impossible to get appointments, and when you do it still takes forever. I woke up this morning to this flat tire in my driveway. Looks like I ran over a nail or screw. After scrambling around the garage, I figured out I didn't have the right tools to change the tire. I called Just tires and after a 60 second conversation, Zach and Jim are pulling up literally 5-6 minutes later. These guys were super friendly... smiles on their faces, and moving right along with changing my tire. I was embarrassed at the fact that I couldn't do it myself, but these two gentlemen reassured me that it was no big deal. They went above and beyond by offering to get prices on different tires for me, since it was obvious that my tires were at the end of the road anyway. Zach and Jim are a great asset to Just Tires. Have taken 2 of our cars there and last week took my daughters car that was having issues. We weren't sure of the problem or where to take it but wanted to start with people we trust and have had great service with. Called the shop late in the afternoon and although they were extremely busy, they took the time to test drive and work her car in to check it out. Luckily it wasn't a major engine issue as we thought, it was an issue coming from poor workmanship from the dealership she bought it from. They were able to check it out and fix and return to us quickly. Honestly, never have had a tire shop or automotive shop that we have had service like this before. This is my second review but I just have to advocate for this business and what great service they offer. I took my car in- my 16 yr son drives it - for tire inspection and oil change service. I have the road hazard warranty on them and 1 tire did have a nail that deemed the tire needed replacing. They no longer had the same Goodyear make so they upgraded it to the next level tire at no extra charge. They were very busy and had several people come in wanting their tires looked at etc ( cold weather change has many sensor lights going off). One lady was panicked after being told it was a 2 hour wait for a full inspection because she had to drive to Dallas. Quickly Matt, who was manning the front, offered a solution to check her tire pressure and visually inspect so put her at ease. While I waited, I watched him handle each customer in a professional and courteous manner and offer a solution that would work with schedules etc. I got there at 8:30am so my wait was just a little over an hour because of the new tire. I stopped by this morning on the off chance I would be able to get my tires replaced quickly. My car requires special tires that were not in stock, but John W. offered to pick them up at another location, then come pick up my car from my house and take it back to the shop for me. He even let me look at the tires he had just picked up, to make sure I was happy with them before I agreed to the installation. I was given two options for the kind of tire I needed, but there was no pressure to upsell me, I was given the information on the differences between the brands, and the choice was left up to me. I got a great deal, and the entire service crew was awesome. I would highly recommend this store - this is the only place I will be going from now on, when I need new tires. Good staff, friendly and professional. Service seems to be relatively quick too, although it has never been too busy in my visits. Have no complaints on their work. With all this positive comes prices that are a little higher though. Not the best deal in town on tires and tpms sensor replacement is $90 when most other places are roughly $60. Maybe it is worth paying a little more for good customer service. Just up to your personal preference I guess. Overall it is a good place though. read more

Had an extra requirement which correctly entered into work order and was followed through on! Needed four tires, alignment and had a slow leak due to damaged chrome rim (previous tire shop failed to detect on three occasions when car was brought in specifically for the "slow leak" issue).
