Tyler came and relayed what I needed and after making a couple of adjustments & receiving a coupon to save on my repair, I waited there at the location for the brake pad replacement. While they were repairing my vehicle, I worked on my laptop at a table inside the location. The replacement took around an hour or so. I got my brakes done here to save time. After inspection, they replaced my caliper slider pins with non oem ones and on top of that, they didnt even put them in the right way (both pins have flats when one should be round). Brakes might feel nice as you are leaving the shop, but dont trust them long term. Just saying. Lost all my trust due to that. Couldve at least given me my original slider pins back.. additionally, they did not bother to even wire brush the rust off. read more

These guys lie, they over charged for brake service and tried to tell me that axel was warped on my truck due to oversized tires and bean bags. They told me I need $3k worth of work and I called a 4x4 lift shop they confirmed my truck would not do that. Two mechanics verified they are full is it. Went here for the first time today and was satisfied with the overall experience. Both, Kelly (front desk) and Bryan (manager), were helpful, friendly, and professional. I got a great deal on a full synthetic oil change for my van. I was in and out within reasonable amount of time. They are recently opened and was told that they will have an official opening day on December 3, 4, and 5. They told me there will be giveaways and some great deals during those days. I was also told that they do provide free drop off and pick up while your car is in service within local area. Place was clean and they do have free water bottles and hot coffee. I was told that they do price match. They offer all kind of auto services except selling tires. Call them if you need anything and I am pretty sure they will help you out including beating or matching any existing quotes. I recently had to relocate from Ohio to Texas for family. On my way down here my left front break was squeaking. By the time I got to Texas, it was no longer a squeak but a grind. The following week, it didn't only grind but it bounced. Coming out of a store I saw this business and drove over to get an estimate on repairs of just the left front. They told me they cannot do just one side but had to do both sides as the right front is right side is going to be causing problems as well. The quoted price for the complete repair was far beyond what I could do, just getting here and not having a job or any other income. The General Manager, Mr. Shipley came out and attempted to help me out. Every outlet I tried to get this done, failed. Mr. Shipley did his best to reduce the price for me, as I started having a meltdown. He was able to give me an offer to fix both brakes that I could finally manage. I told him to do it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He suggested a great restaurant to walk to next to them, so that I could relax in and grab a bite to eat while they did my repairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was there all day but that was okay because I did not want to cause anymore damage than I may have caused. Eric and team did an excellent job remediating problems with cross threaded lug nuts and improperly installed lug bolts from another store. Had rear pads installed and experienced some post installation issues which were taken care of at no cost. Impressed with honesty and integrity. Beware of Brakes Plus in Little Elm. My daughter to her F150 in for oil change and inspection Friday, July 14, 23. They completed the oil inspection but failed the inspection, with all the electronic info passing, because of an apparent leak in the high pressure hose of the power steering. In which, they wanted almost $500 in parts and labor to fix the problem so it would pass the inspection. Thankfully, she declined the service and I inspected it myself later that day and could not find a leak of any kind. So just to verify further, I took to my mechanic in Lewisville today so that he could verify what I had found to be no leak at all. My mechanic could not find a leak of any kind and couldn't find evidence that it had ever leaked in the past. He did discover some oil residue because the oil filter is right nearby and obviously changing the oil, they had spilled oil and not cleaned it up, but most importantly, NO LEAK in the high pressure hose!! So I took her truck back in for reinspection, never saying a word initially of what I found to never have been a leak. They pulled it in, reinspected it, and passed it within 5 minutes. My daughter could have been out $500 in a bogus repair from these guys. Patronize at your own risk!! read more
