Only reason why I came back bc the first time I went I got charged for services I didn't approve. I went in for an oil change and left paying $500. I went back during my lunch and the Hispanic older bald man around 80years old gave me a whole story about how he would never scam females his favorite clients are females and said next time you need an oil change I'll do it for free. I went today got charged $221. Didn't argue with the manager or say a word I grabbed my receipt left. Never coming back again. I pray you guys close . The way you all do business is disgusting. There are many places to get your oil change and I randomly chose this one. It was exactly as you would expect, you don't have to leave your car which is nice. They do try to upsell, but that's to be expected. Cost was about $100 for a simple oil change. Employees were friendly. No big downsides to this location read more

Do not bring you car here!! My wife brought her car here because she needed her alignment and oil changed. They said they would do both. It was there for 4 hours and they never even called. We called them and said everything is ready in an hour. We pick it up and they didn't do the alignment, charged an excessive amount for oil change, and didn't even top of the fluids. read more

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I don't feel like I'm being sold unnecessary repair. My car being a 2011 is at a point where parts need replaced..alternator,battery, AC compressor and of course oil change have all been completed at this location. I took my elderly parents Toyota RAV4 to this location because it appeared they had an oil leak, based on the huge spot under their vehicle. Two months prior to this I had taken their vehicle to the dealership for routine scheduled maintenance. The Toyota dealership forgot to put the oil cap back on and it was 2 quarts low. Their vehicle is seldom ever driven. They showed me the issues before they did anything. They replaced the oil cap and added two quarts of oil as well as removed the corrosion from the battery, free of charge. I can't begin to thank them enough for helping myself and my parents. I came as a walk in for an oil change. Good things - they were courteous and got it done in about 30 minutes. The reason for the 2 stars is because they told me me that 1) my upper motor mount was broken and needed replacement and 2) my rear brake pads needed replacement. He said they could get it done in about an hour. I declined as I have a trusted mechanic elsewhere. I took my car to said mechanic and my upper motor mount is not broken and both front and rear brake pads are good to go. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me as a young female assuming I don't know about cars. I won't be back. read more

It's hard to find an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I would highly recommend this Kwik Kar as your mechanic of choice. Let me explain why.... I understand cars pretty well but I stopped by literally last minute to have a car I was thinking about buying inspected. I was surprised when the lady at the front and one of the mechanics said they would take a "quick" look then and there. It's not like they didn't have other customers but they still took my case immediately. That was great for me. What really sold me that it only did they plug in their very expensive diagnostic machine but they also had a second mechanic check underneath the car for damage, rust, transmission and other things that could go wrong under the car. The whole time they would explain AND show me the results of their inspections. They gave me a quick, general understanding about the good and bad about my specific car and left the choice to me. I've done pre-purchase car inspections at other locations but these guys were on their game. Very pleased with their service and attentiveness to my specific questions and issues. I want to thank 2 men that help me when no one else would. I went to discount tire next door and No one acknowledged me. Not a hello we will be right with you NOTHING. After 15 min I figured let me go I'm on lunch and I'll be late. As I'm leaving I see next door Kwik Kar so I stopped. 2 gentlemen approached me immediately asked if they could help me. I said well I just need my spare changed and put in place of this tire looks like I'm loosing air. Don't have to get it fixed now. He said we don't fix tires but we can definitely put the spare on.
