I towed my car to DMK and it turned out my battery and alternator had died. They walked me through what they were seeing and showed me the diagnostic tools. They then showed me online the parts they'd need to order, the prices that they would be, and gave me a quote for the parts + labor. My car was done in 3 days, he sent me progress videos to show what was being done and to give me updates on when it'd be done.
