No updates were given unless we call them. A $290 Valley cover was purchased without advising us first and added to our total. A oil pump needed to be "replaced" from $200 they told us on Friday they ended up charging $528. - Not trust worthy: Truck was given on THURSDAY (after having it for 3 weeks). It needed to be dropped off on the next day, FRIDAY. They laughed, said thermostat was bad now, it was going to be worked on Saturday. Saturday they call to say water pump was "probably" the issue & that they will call on Sunday to pick it up. They never call or responded our calls on Sunday. Monday they said they haven't been able to take a look on it. Truck WAS NOT supposed to be run if the water pump was damaged. We have a tracker in the truck where we noticed the truck was run for more than 1.5 hour Monday for personal use for shops and restaurants several times (Photos were attached). - Not accurate: Staring price was $4,100. Ended up paying $5,478.00 and still not able to drive it since is heating up and making noise all over the place. Hopefully we can find a good shop soon. I just wish after paying all of that money it would've been ruining like new or a refund for not completing the job. I have a car already picked out I tell him from their website. It is attached below. It is an Acura 2012 for $13,895 with low miles Sounds good and easy, correct? Not really I go to the test drive and when I come back, we want it. They then sell me what they call a warranty for $4500 to add to the vehicle price and that it would protect it since it is an old vehicle. Sort of making sense. We agree and then later when I get I home I decide to change my mind. I know I signed a contract and realized $4500 is way too much for the warranty but it was the perfect car for my daughter. We are told by Finance group that we need to call the Finance Company to go over the contract and start the process. That is when we decided to not go with the contract and do our own warranty. Finance stated they will call me back. Never do. I call back to attempt to take the warranty off. Mind you this is the next day. I am then told that the original price they had posted on the website for $13,895 should have been $4500 dollars more. In other words, it should be sold for $18, 450. They took the $4500 dollars off on the website price so they can add it to the warranty later when they sell it because it is an old vehicle. If they did not add the warranty, then they would sell it for $4500 more than what they advertised. They were looking out for the customer, right! That's not what the salesman said. I argued with the used car manager and was told by him that the original price should have been $18,395 even though it was advertised for $13,895. So, what in essence he was telling me is that we advertised it for different price and (of Course) we have a small disclosure. Now mind you the disclosure is at the bottom of the web page and once you get there you must click a link and then it states (Exclusions) How these people sleep at night is beyond me. I guess they have a much harder soul than I do. I could never do that to my fellow man just over money. Sad!

I took by car for a oil change/inspection, after awhile she came in and expressed that they were having trouble getting the filter cap off, she said they had 3 people trying..... they ended up telling me that I had to go back to the people that screwed it on too tight and have them take it off.... Basically they already emptied my oil and now could not fix it. They said they filled it with 3quarts so I could make it straight to a mechanic. They also took an extremely long time with the inspection after telling me they could not do the oil change, way longer than any inspection I've ever had. I went to a amazing mechanic that I have gone too before and he got the cap off immediately!! Jiffy lube broke the cap trying to take it off so I had to replace that too. Bottom line, they're not training people like they should. I will never return and would never recommend anyone else to go here!
