Do not do service with this mechanic called complete auto care in Grand Prairie , the guy who is in the front who sits is very unprofessional & doesn't care about fixing cars the right way . I went back in today and addressed my car squeaking and grinding & he had a employee drive & check it out , I then asked the employee did he hear the sound and he acted like he didn't know English and I proceeded to then talk in Spanish, the language he knew !!! and the Arab guy told him to go back to another job , I then asked the Arab guy why couldn't the guy who checked out my car (the mechanic) talk to me he said he doesn't let his employees talk to customers that they're not allowed to ‼, like excuse me??? that is beyond ridiculous!!!! Mind you it was the employee who test drove my car to see what's wrong !!! of course I'm gonna ask him if he heard the noise they still needed to fix right . I am very unhappy, and will let everyone know not to waste their time or money into this place . I did ask the Arab guy who proceeded to be very unprofessional and cutting me off mid conversation & walking away consecutively !!! if I can get the manager's information as in ( Name ) he then says I'm not allowed to get that & that the manager does not want to talk. How as a ( business ) I'm unable to get that information ....I couldn't get a name or phone number... Before purchasing with Groupon for brakes and rotors replacement instructions suggest contacting business. Spoke to a female asked if Groupon would cover cost. She asked make, model said yes it did. I expected to pay extra due to 2016 c250. I get there a guy tells me brakes are 500 not including labor. I said that isn't info given TODAY when I called. He then says " well Groupon is only for domestic cars." That was reason I called first to check. Then says well I can subtract what you paid and not charge labor. So with Groupon and the end cost it was over $500 dollars. This was only for front! I know Groupon takes a portion and businesses use to generate customers. But I don't like being caught in the middle as a consumer. O would not recommend business and question authenticity of reviews. Since they have a sign to review all stars for $10. read more

When I asked for the owner Karar Altufaili she insisted she had no idea who he was yet Mr. Altufaili was just responding to reviews yesterday (11/19/24) and for the last several years as the business owner. This shop is very unhealable, the techs have poor skills and very poor customer service. I took my car for a repair and they said they repaired the car by putting a defectives part, I had to take my car to another shop for the same repair and paid extra to get it repaired. When I asked them to give me back the money I spent for the repair they never made, they gave me all kinds of unreasonable excuse not to give me my money back. I will not recommend this shop for even oil change leave alone for a car repair. read more

Awesome and speedy service every time. From oil changes to replacing a fan and a short fuse in my engine, my vehicle is always in and out as quickly as possible. This morning after they finished with my oil change they must of noticed my air pressure light was on because when I came out he was airing up my tires for me. Truly above and beyond service!!
