The car service center opens at 8 am, and I reached at 8.10 am. The car was gien for service and I rented a car as wanted to have another vehicle for local commute. Till 4 pm I didn't receive any calls explaining the issue and I also tried calling multiple times during the day but it was unanswered. Don't go here. One they will try to rip you off...hey tried to quote me over $400 for a $20 part and said the rest was labor. You just unscrew the old piece and screw the new one on. I guess they thought I wouldn't know. I took it and did the work myself. Two, if you even get an ooo change here, your car will start having sensors go off and stuff that was totally fine before and I mean almost instantly after you leave you will find more things wrong. Kwik Kar Celina damaged my vehicle when I brought it in for a state inspection end of October. Tech backed out too fast and clipped the front end of my car. Estimated $7K in damage. While Kwik Kar apologized, and said they would pay for repairs, they will not share their insurance or ownership information. Manager was too busy to talk to me the last time I stopped in, and never called me back after I dropped off repair estimates. Had to file a claim with my insurance as I have no one to bill repairs to and I was getting the run around with the manager. Kwik Kar will not provide our insurance company with any insurance information or ownership info either. While I prefer to support local businesses, please be aware what can happen to you at Kwik Kar Celina. Accidents happen, but they should be more helpful making their mistakes right. read more

Old guy they have doing state inspections is unaware/totally wrong on the law about window tints. Took our 2016 Ram for inspection, which has passed EVERY SINGLE YEAR and he denied us, saying it couldn't be over 16, ours is 25 which is the legal amount of tint in the state of Texas. Took it down to the Dodge dealership and it passed. He needs to made aware of the actual law (he has it backwards, 16 is not legal) so he doesn't do this to anyone else. We've been taking all of our vehicles there for years for inspection, but as long as he is there, we won't be back, wound up wasting several hours having to go to another place. Next time we won't waste our time going to the Celina location. read more

I had my oil changed here once, was in and out during lunch. The staff was welcoming and punctual. I recently ran over a lag bolt on a construction site where I work. I poked my head in here to see if I could get air for my tires. Went to get my car inspected yesterday, that went smoothly. But it is extremely disappointing to see NOBODY is wearing a mask. A garage and lobby area full of people and none of the staff have a mask on. Texas has the second most covid cases in the country, nearly as many as California. What are y'all doing?! Wear a mask. DO NOT GO HERE! Took my very expensive car here trying to support local business. Well they don't even know how to screw in an undercarriage back on! Now don't get me wrong they are always very nice here but I'm nice too but doesn't mean I should be a doctor. They never apologized or took ownership of the problem l. Stands Out From The Rest! Justin and his team are phenomenally exceptional. Their motto is to stand out from the rest and they do that in so many ways! Their service is quick. Oil leaked out after getting an oil change here because the bolt wasn't refastened securely. Also got my wiper blades replaced and they were replaced with a very cheap brand that melted onto my windshield (see pictures). This past week when it rained, I could hardly see out of my front windshield because they didn't work. Very dangerous. read more

My experience here is good when I just need an oil change. However, I went in thinking I might need new break pads on the front. They told me I need all new pads and rotors on the front and back and they would do it for $850. I took my car to Breaks Plus instead to find all I needed was a break flush and one rotor. read more

I scheduled an appointment online on Friday, 8/12 at the Melissa location. The calendar showed Sunday availability, their website showed they were open on Sunday, and that day worked great for me. I scheduled my car for 11:00 a.m. and my truck at 2:00. Imagine my surprise when I went there and they were CLOSED! I never received any reply from them about the appointment or that they were closed on Sundays. I certainly don't have an issue with a business making money, and charging $100-$150 for mechanic work is the going rate. I do, however, have an issue with charging for 7 hours, when the job took 5 or less. I would ask all customers to consider going elsewhere, where you'll pay an honest person/company. read more

SKETCHY, STEER CLEAR Took my car in to get one wheel checked for it's brake job done, wanted to charge me 150 bucks for a 10 minute job no thanks. On top of that everyone was standing around in the bays not even bothering to come help a hopeful paying customer. The slimeball that did help me had an attitude and dint know the costs of anything. For every quote she had to walk out to the end of the bays and talk to a mechanic. I figure that computer sitting at the front desk could be put to better use, nope just for show and payments I guess. (Feel bad for the poor sucker that actually gives this place money) final quote for brakes and rotors is 1200 bucks and to bring it by the next morning at 8am. Lol no thanks I have a job to do, and it looks like I do mine much better than you do yours. Long story short, ordered pads and rotors for front and back for less than $200 on Amazon next day shipped. And only took me 2 hours to do the job.
