Set an 8 AM appointment they were prompted and ready to go they diagnosed it as a crooked oil filter and the gasket had failed a job that Valvoline did a few weeks before they fixed it topped it off at no charge . I feel they treated my situation like they would for themselves and or a family member in the same situation. This was my first time there, I was a brand new customer. There facility is wonderful, nice and clean and well kept. Plenty of space in the front office and waiting room. They have plenty of bays in their garage and worked quickly and reasonably to fix my car. My car is 27 years old and in poor condition, not a looker by any means. I generally have problems finding mechanics who will just fix the immediate problem or what I want fixed because they want to upsell me. Not with Pronto. I know what I need, I know what's worth doing and how much I can afford. Pronto was incredibly reasonable in the price they provided and the work was beyond my expectations. I'll be back and I'll recommend them to everyone I meet.
