Good: Trustworthy Bad: N/A Overall: My default car repair company My vehicle started making a terrible grinding sound that made me concerned I may do damage if I continued driving it. I called a few places to get an idea of a quote for what I thought was likely the cause. The dealer gave a quote that was significantly higher than Integrity. I expected this but it really was surprising how much more. Another repair shop wouldn't even venture a guess, despite my acknowledgement that without seeing it, any suggestion was based on a lot of assumptions that could be wrong. I had my vehicle towed to the shop right before a snow storm was forecasted. They told me it would likely be looked at after the storm passed, but they were able to look at it the same day. They found that I made a mistake I made that cause a bolt to come loose. This was the cause of the noise. They charged me for a bolt and 30 minutes of work. They could have easily made the repair I expected with a significantly higher cost. They called to explain what they found and tell me it was ready. I cannot speak to cost because my resolution was so easy it didn't require long to fix. However the honesty they displayed impressed me. This shop is now a place I will visit when I need help. The complexity of issues I may face with my vehicle means that I could be fleeced, but they earned my trust. read more

My new go to for anything Auto, needing attention. I dropped off one of my favorite pets yesterday ( Red F-150 King Ranch). It's a great truck and I've had a couple of " less than" at a local Ford dealership in recent years I wasn't repeating those expensive mistakes so went on a week's long search,ending up here. STAY AWAY. I read the reviews, and I thought I would give them a shot on some work I needed done on my Toyota Tacoma. I stopped by on a Monday and made an appointment for the Wednesday. When I stopped by on Monday, let's just say the greeting/customer service wasn't there. Other reviews mention the gruffness on the phone or the lack of a cordial welcome. It was like I was putting them out. I thought about no showing on this because it just rubbed me the wrong way. I decided against that as I didn't want to be hypocritical. So, I dropped my truck off at 8am on Wednesday as we had discussed. I Uber it back home and nothing. All day, no call or text. No updates whatsoever. I called at 5:30pm and no answer. Thursday rolls around and I finally hear something about my truck at 2:45pm. They tell me what it will be (three hours of work and cost of parts) and such and I approve the work. No further updates that day. Friday rolls around. I reach out at 2:15pm for any updates. They said they had to wait for some bulbs to come in. They could have informed me about that. They sent over some photos of the work being done two hours later. Monday rolls around and still no updates. No communication. Nothing. Tuesday rolls around, no updates. So, I reach out once again for an update 3:08pm. I am told that the parts came in and will be installed today or tomorrow. I get a text at 5:21 that the truck is ready. They are closed, so I got my truck the following day So, I pick up my truck and the work is done. I pay and I head home. Then all of a sudden, my truck is making a weird bad relay clicking noise from behind the left side of the dash. I take some videos of it while driving and text to it the service writer. He says, yeah bring it back. I then must make arrangements to drive back and get a ride back home. Kind of inconvenient. Perhaps a test drive would have solved this? Granted, the work done didn't really deserve a test drive, but maybe it should be a part of the process when delivering a vehicle after some repairs? I drop off the vehicle that night after hours. They say it was a loose relay. I drive it out of the parking lot, it happens again, but very intermittently. Hard to recreate. Take it back, employee drives it and says he cannot make it happen again. Two days later, go to drive my truck. Battery is completely dead. Charge the battery and drive it a short distance. and of course the bad relay clicking sound is still there, intermittently. Go to drive the truck today. Battery is dead. Not sure what to do at this point. My truck is more messed up now than it was before I dropped it off. If I had known three hours of work would have taken 5 business days, I would have skipped this place. Plus the new problems that are going on. I am areal customer and have a receipt and videos of the bad relay sound. read more

I am very disappointed in this shop - I want to the one on Midway and was completely taken advantage of. Not only did they overcharge me for my 100 mile inspection, but quoted a $1800 brake/rotor repair which I had performed at a more reputable place for $400! They also quoted my alternator repair $1k over my service I got at NTB. Integrity was the wrong name picked for this shady place. read more

My car needed an oil change but also showed other indicators that things needed to be checked. I suspected this would be a time not shops would use to say I needed new this or flush that but that didn't happen. Unfortunately I had my brakes redone at Brakes Plus and they blotched it up..got it to Integrity and they were able to redo the job and get my vehicle braking without shaking...plus didn't try to recommend things I didn't need. Spoke to the shop this morning about an issue that both Autonation Ford in frisco looked at 2 days after buying my used 2014 focus. Then Bob Tomes looked at twice during 2016 for the same issue. The guy answered all the questions he could without having actually looked at it yet. He even made the recommendations about ford customer service with the dealerships since I'm just barely passed my 36k warranty. Bob Tomes said they will honor everything since they checked the car twice for the issue that's now worse. Guess I'll see and hope for the best. It's already hard to trust mechanics when you don't know much about it yourself. But I know Integrity will definitely be my next choice for anything in the future not covered under warranty requiring me to do a dealership. :) read more

Was out of town when our daughter experienced issues with her vehicle; as a father you feel helpless being too far away to provide help. Oil pressure was too high, temp gauge was maxed at vehicle stops and the heater wouldn't work. Got back in town, dropped off the vehicle and in less than 24 hours; problems FIXED!! One issue we've dealt with for the last 30k+ miles was a check engine light that Stonebriar Chevrolet caused when they performed a 60k service. And after several attempts to figure it out, I finally said enough! No more messing with it cause you obviously don't know what your doing! Josh and his team on the first shot, identified it and repaired it! The other repair was an overflow cap that needed replacing and coolant fill. Codes cleared and we are safe traveling again!!! Josh is the owner of this establishment - very nice guy, his staff, not so much, I dropped off my truck, they kept it overnight, his shop was pretty full so they had to use the lifts to fit the cars, judging from the dent on the TOP of my truck, my only guess is that one of the guys was careless when pulling it into the shop under the lift. Josh was not willing to fix - claimed there is no way this could have happened at his place. I took my car in to get see if they could install a part that I needed to get installed, they said they don't accept part from customers , which I understood. then they suggested they give me a basic diagnostic, I ask how much it'll be several time and they ignore my question each time. It took them four hours to even look at it and took them thirty minutes to finish the check up. I walked out getting no new information and paying 110 dollars. You can easily go to Firestone that's a bit down the road and pay 25 dollars to get your battery, transmission , and starter checked, as for any engine light questions you can go to O'Reilly and get it checked out for free.
