This place was busy but everyone was nice and it moved quickly. Waiting area small but chairs comfortably. Bay looked clean and mechanics looked professional. These are some of the nicest people I have seen at an oil change place. They were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about how long you had to wait and if you were taken care of. This is a great little place. These people are really nice. I would most definitely come back even if it was out of my way.

It's in an old Chevron. They inspect your car, they slap a new sticker on it. They're honest, and while I've never had a car failed by them, I've heard them talking to people who have had their cars fail, and giving honest advice in simple terms about why their car failed, and what *probably* needs to be done to make it pass. No selling, no repairwork offered, just "this is why it failed, take this sheet to your regular mechanic, come back and we'll re-test it for free if it's within 10 days". The only other place I've had the same experience with has been Maso's Texaco in far north Dallas, which actually does run a shop on site (Maso's was who I usually used for inspections when I lived in that area).

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I paid approximately $800 for service…read morethat included front brakes and rotors, rear brakes, an oil change, and an inspection. After leaving the shop, I discovered that my front left wheel had not been properly secured and the lug nuts were loose. This is not a minor oversight ! It is a serious safety issue. An unsecured wheel could have resulted in a wheel coming off while I was driving, potentially causing an accident, injury to me, or injury to someone else on the road. When a customer pays a professional repair shop to service their vehicle, there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be returned in safe operating condition. Properly tightening and securing a wheel after brake service is one of the most basic and critical steps of the job. I paid $800 expecting professional workmanship and, most importantly, a safe vehicle. Instead, I was placed in a potentially dangerous situation because of something that should have been checked before my vehicle ever left the shop. They did send a tech out to me to fix the issue. However, it's unknown if there is internal damage to the tire since it was loose. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I strongly encourage management to review its quality-control procedures so another customer does not experience the same potentially dangerous mistake.

The signs have you drive the vehicle around the building, and wait behind the building where they can't see any cars. I sat there for almost 10 minutes and then had to get out of the car in the rain and go inside to tell him I pulled up, meanwhile he is bent over his phone. Since I came in the building without his instruction, he got angry, and told me to go wait in my car. I got back into my truck and sat there again but then way off in the distance, the guy is yelling to me, in the rain, with my windows up, to pull forward, waving his hands. I was not sure what I was supposed to be doing or where to pull up to. I eventually saw where I needed to go, but I had to do a hard 90° left turn with my full size truck. The left rear wheel of the truck hit a cone and what I think was a brick, and he yelled at me about that. Then I had to pull the truck into the very narrow inspection bay, worried I was going to hit something else he had laying on the ground. He then barked out instructions about "vehicle off, key fob in the car, something about the ebrake and to go wait inside..." absolutely zero customer service. I hand him the insurance and follow his instructions and I go inside to wait. Two minutes later he walks in and says, "I can't do any inspections, my equipment is not letting me do just an emissions test, I've got to call the State." At this point my jaw drops and I didn't know how to respond. He also did not leave my insurance card in the vehicle and I had to walk back over and get it, he had left it on his computer. Last time I will ever go there. 100% do not recommend.
