I currently live in Maryland and while visiting my son in Anna, Tx. I keep a car at my son's house to use when we visit there 4-6 times each year. First Choice Auto and Tires is within 3 miles of my son's house, so I went there without and appt. to get an oil change and four tires mounted and balanced. I was greeted very friendly by a mechanic who I later learned was the manager of the shop. He asked me what they could do for me before I ever parked. I told him that I would like 4 tires mounted/balanced and he told me that a tire job was finishing up in one of the bays and that he'd get me right in after that. So I parked and followed him inside the office to complete the computer/paper work. My vehicle was pulled into the bay for the tire work within 10 minutes. Suddenly I remembered that I needed an oil change and asked the manager could they do that for me as well. He then proceeded to show me the various levels of oil change services but did not try to upsell me at all. My level of trust for this shop just went up to the max. So the manager then went outside and spoke to his staff and another tech began performing the oil change while two others worked on mounting/balancing the four tires. I really liked that all of the techs and manager had on the same uniform that looked fresh and clean. All three techs that worked on my car was extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I was very impressed by this shop. I was in/out in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I have done my oil change many times here. Last time they stripped my oil pan drain plug. They put it back and told me. Today I went again for an oil change told me about the stripped screw and when I told them they did it, they fixed it again but this time they charged me extra claiming that the oil change price changed. I always thought of them as honest and fairly priced. Now forget it. I won't go there anymore. I know that losing a customer is nothing for them but still I wanted to express my disappointment and regret. read more

I was just here this morning to get my tire patched. It's my local shop. Great service and good people.

This was the first time that I have been in here. I was getting an inspection for my vehicle registration. Despite looking very busy with many cars and customers I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff that I met was super friendly. The inside waiting area look very tired yet was very comfortable and filled with old auto/gas signs and nostalgia. It's clear they have quite a history of being in operation here. With all the gentrification going on in Anna I hope this place still stands and stays around. read more

WASTE OF MONEY EACH TIME. First time I visited they installed the wrong size tires. Second time they charged me $200 for Freon and the issue was not fixed. They said the AC will not work because the compressor also needs to be replaced after refilling the Freon for an additional charge of $1,075. They also do not accept warranty claims. Don't take your car here. Find a better reputable car repair shop that conducts diagnostics before taking your money and can fix the issue. I will not be giving them my business again for another issue to arise. It's a waste each time. read more

For the price and time. You can NOT beat them. Cheapest and fastest place to get your oil changed now. I get my full synthetic oil change here for $60 within 20 minutes. Sadly the other people in the area are closer to $100 or Walmart which takes 4 hours for $60. I highly recommend this location. If you have a low car be carful. They did pull one of my cars on the lift and ripped a small piece of plastic off. Not the end of the world. I will still be returning for oil changes on all my vehicles. read more

"Z" is the person I dealt with today. They did a oil change and used my oil and only charged me a $25 labor cost. They provided the oil filter. I had a tired fixed there. One of their techs left their impacts on my trailer. I paid and tip the guy who took care of me. I drove off and a couple of hours later a get a call saying that they had left their impact in my trailer I told them that I would call them back because I was In the middle of something. Well a few mins later the text me saying they are going to file charges on me, saying that I knew the impact was there. Even called me a nigga. I called them back and told them I was busy but they were more than welcome to come and pick it up. Never going back to those hoodrats. read more

Do not go here for an oil change! My husband decided to try them as we wanted to keep our business as much as we can in Anna, TX to support our town. This business was fairly new. The person there came out and told my husband he had all kinds of problems, which we knew wasn't true. He told him to just change the oil. Fast forward to today...my husband bought oil to change it himself and when he went to remove the oil plug that person had glued it on with loctite. What a jerk!!!!!!!! Be warned...these people are not trustworthy or honest. You NEVER glue an oil plug on. I gave a one star rating because there are no negative numbers to choose from. read more

This place has been a nightmare. Let me tell you in detail. If you ever have a claim that needs a reputable place to repair your vehicle, please do not go here. I was in an accident where the part from a car went under the car and damaged the transmission. I had to put a claim in to have the care serviced. I chose First choice Auto because the ratings and it's close by my home. After they ordered the transmission from LQK which is another bad place to get parts the transmission they got from LQK went out within the 6 months period. After taking the car back within 2 days before expiration of transmission, they advised me that LQK would not warranty the transmission because 6000 miles was on it. When I called to get a copy of the invoice neither First Choice nor LQK want to provide it. At the end of the day it belongs to me. I only show receipt of what my insurance company paid but they will not show me transaction from LQK to FCA. I'm Advising you to not use this company as they do not have integrity, accountability nor do they communicate well. I advise people to go to Christian Brothers. They give breakdown and I just found out they give you tele copy of everything they are doing. FCA got me but They don't know who my God is and he will make a way out of no way. Stay clear of this place if you want your car. I don't think the mechanics are qualified to do work. read more

Great place if you wanna get hustled. Went here for a state vehicle inspection, and the guy said that my tint was too dark (was that true? I don't know) but he said that he would pass me if I gave him $80 on top of the $25.50 advertised. Long story short he pressured me into paying him $50 total, but wrote me a receipt for $25.50 and pocketed the extra. I should have left, but being new to town and my kids with me, I gave in and just wanted to be done with it. I haven't felt that taken advantage of in a long time. Waste of time, dropped my car off on Wednesday to have the parking brake repaired for inspection, i was assured multiple times the car would be done Friday. Friday morning comes and my car still hasn't even been looked at. So at noon i call for a update and am told that i was already informed they couldn't get parts till next week. No one ever told me this. So now I've been out of a car for half a week for no reason. I went ahead and picked it up ill take my business elsewhere Edit due to shops response. Every bit of what you wrote there is a lie i never brought it to them for inspection, it failed at KwikKar down the road. then i went to your shop for repairs, they looked at it for me and quoted over twice what you said they told you to repair. I wasn't sure about fixing it that day so i paid the $35 and took it home. I came back later the next week on tuesday i dropped it off and the car sat there untouched for 4 days, and i just kept being told it would be done tomorrow each day, and by day four i was informed parts hadnt even been ordered yet. at that point i was tired of dealing with them' and came and picked it up. Either way I'm done arguing I took the car elsewhere and the car is fixed now, and i wont be back, thank you for your time. read more

With a name like First Choice Tire and Auto, you'd think that they could handle a simple tire replacement. Think again. Twice I've had new tires installed there in the past three years and both times they neglected to balance the tires. At 70 mph, the vehicles started shaking. Took the vehicles to Warrior and, sure enough, the tires were wildly out of balance. I gave them 1 star because I had good luck with them doing oil changes. Yes, oil changes. Impressive, right? I'd be happy to have emailed them this feedback except I can't find a Contact Us link on their site. I suppose they prefer that we communicate with them via Yelp review...cuz I sure as heck ain't calling them just to talk to a tech who says, "Yeah, I'm the Manager, can I help you?" and trashes my complaint the second he hangs up the phone. read more

Went to support this new local business and definitely suffered the consequences. Do NOT do business with these people! They will scam you while smiling about it. Went in for a tpms light and was charged $115 for the repair. Got in my car, the light came back on as soon as I drove on the highway. Went back 3 times explaining to them that something is wrong and they said that I have to drive it a few weeks to allow the sensors to reconnect. Waited 4 weeks and light is still on. Politely asked for a refund due to my time and the repair was not made. They did not refund the money and kept stating they fixed the issue! Horrible horrible service center. Do not trust them with your car! And to make matters worse. I had paid for an alignment and my car shakes now on the highway. Took it back in and another guy stated that "we didn't do an alignment, I know this because i leave a special mark on the car." I advised him that i was charged for one, and he stated he will do it that day. Car still shakes once above 75 mph, which it has never done before. This car is a 2015 Hyundai. read more

I showed up the Saturday before Labor Day hoping to get my vehicle checked out for a check engine light. Needed spark plugs replaced, new coil and intake manifold. They completed same day and Bear was awesome, instead of having to wait on site, which i was fully prepared to do for however long it took, he gave me a lift back home (about 2 miles) and brought the car to me when it was finished. Had a low tire so I was gonna go to warrior tire but said it's cold today and I'll just stop here. I pulled up and a guy came out and asked what I needed. I replied, a flat tire repair. He looked down at tire and said , Do you want a new tire? I said , no I would like it repaired. He said that's a bolt in it, as I looked closer, it was a SCREW. He then asked plug or patch. I said patch. Then he took tire and was very quick at the repair. I went to pay a for the flat. He said $20. FOR A FLAT? Come on, the tire new was only $65 mounted a few months ago. SO $20 FOR A FLAT, I WILL NOT BE BACK. What a rip off. Update: FYI this was a Nissan Versa hatchback, and It doesn't have any wheels 19" on it. Still price gouging. The guy who charged me is the one who took the tire off, so there was no mistake. Also after seeing I was paying cash is when I got the $20 is the total. Price gouging. read more

GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE THEY DO THE WORK. Had my AC replaced there back in January, short time later the AC would work then blow hot air, took it back and they said it was the belt/pully and they could replace for around $400. Took to another repair shop and the condenser/compressor was bad. Took parts back to them and asked for some type of refund, basically they got paid $1400 to put bad parts on my car. They finally gave me a refund of $500, they got paid $900 to not repair my car. Won't be going back, very disappointed. read more
