Been coming to them for year, always taken care of me. Came by a few weeks ago for a screw in my tire. One of the workers accidentally damaged one of my wheels. Warrior Tire took full responsibility for it and made sure it was repaired. that says a lot for a company and I really appreciate and respect the fact that they took care of what happened. Highly recommend their services! Best tire shop around. read more

Needed my tire put on after I got a flat tire. I purchased my tire elsewhere and just needed it put on the rim and on my truck. Drove all over town and everywhere was a 2 hour wait. Finally came here, they put on my tire in 10 minutes and rotated my tires as well, all for no charge. Only payment was asking for repeat business. Highly recommend. read more

I came in to get my tire replugged and my sensor switched and reprogrammed and the guys at warrior took care of me right away. Even with the hiccup of them not being able to get my spare down from its position they still continued to work on it being so close to closing. They were so sweet and so attentive when it came to updating me through out the process. I can't give them more praise for helping me out today. Will definitely be going to them for all my further tire needs read more

Went in on two separate occasions for a flat. Both times I had a nail in tire, and they patched it efficiently without issue! They also noticed my tires were bald in the back on one visit, took the time to show me and tell me the cause, and the manager helped me find the cheapest option for replacement! Knowing I was still in school, he was VERY helpful on working with my schedule and getting the car out as quickly as possible! Both the front desk people and the mechanics are professional, helpful, and seem to care about efficiency and convenience for the customer! This is my Go to for tire repair and replacement! read more

This is the first time I used the business. I went as a walk in and it didn't take them a long time to get me seen. Once checked in they immediately took care of my tire issue and I was out in less than 30 minutes !!! Most of all they didn't even charge me , my tire had nails and they patched it for free. I was pleasantly surprised. Next time I will need a tire they are the first one I will definitely check. Everybody was friendly and professional. read more

Stopped in today with a low tire pressure warning and Warrior Tire took care of me right away. They found and fixed the issue quickly, and even took the time to check all of my tire sensors to make sure everything was reading correctly. The staff was friendly, efficient, and didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't need. It's exactly the kind of honest, thorough service you hope to find at a local shop. If you're in the Anna area and need tire work, don't hesitate -- Warrior Tire has earned my trust and my business. read more

What a friendly and professional tire shop! I had a nail in a tire that was causing a slow leak. They fixed it in no time, and did not charge me. You don't find service like that much these days. Manager and employees were cheerful and efficient. I recommend them highly. read more

The staff at this store lack motivation and their customer service reflects their disinterest. They are fragile and inconsistent, clearly showing a deficiency in education and professionalism. The few competent employees have left, leaving behind a team that struggles to meet expectations. Went in for them to replace a simple spare and they were quickly overwhelmed. Drove 2 minutes down the street to first choice auto and tire and got it done, no complaints, no stupid list, just great service and hard work. read more

10/10 highly recommend. I came in for the first time for a nail in my tire, they made everything easy, fast and extremely affordable

Bought 4 new tires for 1000 bucks. Was very clear about keeping the spare which was on the right front when I took it in (different color rim and smaller tire, clearly a spare). Shredded tire on rim in pickup bed. Waited 2 1/2 hours, an 1.5 hours of that with my truck in the bay, all four tires off of vehicle while kids checked their phone more than they worked. Pulled my truck out and the shredded tire on the rim still in the bed of truck and new tire on spare white rim, all other rims black. I couldn't have been more clear when I ordered the tires last week, again with a kid taking my info who, by the way, couldn't figure out how to get my key out of the ignition. "Screw it, give me my spare and I'll change it myself, don't have time to wait another hour for you to mount one tire!" Now my truck pulls hard to the left as well. That's the kind of shitty service they now offer when you spend $1000 with them. I've taken every vehicle I've had to them in the past but I won't be back with the crew they have now...piss poor, to say the least. read more

I went to warrior tire in Anna tx on June 24th to repair a tire. They fixed the tire and asked me to come to my car, told me a lug was missing and showed me the 4 lug nuts with one missing. I told them those tires were rotated frequently and one shouldn't have been missing. I went back to waiting area, then an employee came in and said they found the lug nut, under the jack. Somehow they pushed the lug into the hub. I asked if they were gonna fix it and they said no, I would have to take it to a repair shop. I called an automotive place and they said the low end would be 100.00. I called and talked to the mgr at warrior tire to see if they would take care of the cost and they emphatically said NO! So I had to pay for their scree up, will never go back again read more

No charge on the tire repair. They asked me to just consider them when I need to buy new tires! Friendly service and fast too!

I went in today to check if one of my tires had a leak and they took it back and patched it for me quickly and free of charge. I couldn't be more happy or grateful for their service to the community and will definitely return here any time I need any other tire services. read more

Great customer service On a recent trip to Anna I gashed a tire with a large piece of metal debrie the tire very quickly lost air, changed to the spare but it was old and crunchy and had shredded itself by the time I pulled into Warrior tire. They did not have my size of tire but were able to quickly patch my old tire and get me back on the road, great customer service also, and they didn't even charge me for the patch. Highly recommend them if you are in the area and need tire service read more

I've been coming here for years, and I can say that the owner or manager here is very kind. He genuinely cares about his customers and they always take care of me! Great service and very friendly atmosphere! I had a nail in my tire and was in and out in 30 minutes. They didn't even charge me!

Michael and Anthony helped me out with a flat tire on my full size truck. It was one of those days were it was pouring rain, and while I was refueling at the Wal-Mart Gas station, i noticed two staples sticking out of my rear right tire on my Titan. I pulled one out and immediately air started hissing and tire quickly began deflating. I safely made it to Warrior Tire and they tried doing everything (plugging the tire), however since the flat was on the edge of the sidewall/tread, there was no way to plug or patch the tire. My full size spare was outdated (never had to use it in 10 years since i bought the truck, thankfully!) and they said it would not be safe to utilize the full size spare as they did not have a replace tire of my size in stock. They loaned me a used tire while they ordered the correct tire (tire brand/size) that arrived quickly the following day. Went back and they took care of me by giving me a military discount (spoke with someone named "Briggs" who applied the small discount) as well as checking the tire pressure on all 4 of my tires. I was in/out in about 25 minutes despite them having 3-4 other vehicles in the service bays. Outstanding customer service! I got the same, if not better price from them that having to drive to Mckinney or elsewhere and go to NTB or Discount Tire, etc for the same tires I had. Along with the price, the level of customer service, attention to detail, and welcoming environment is truly rare but appreciated this day and age. I will have them replace my tires moving forward. It's more convenient than having to wait at Discount tire or drop the vehicle off for rotations/rebalances than to just wait a little bit at Warrior and have it DONE RIGHT! Thank you Warrior Tire for taking care of me and valuing me as a customer. I'll be coming back as you have my business. read more

I had my car towed on a Sunday called Monday morning to tell them and told them which tire needed to be replace got another called from another guy told him again which tire needed to be replaced after 40 minutes get a call that my car is ready when I get there pay my bill get into my car the tire sensor light was still on I went back inside to tell them the manager, owner and tech told me to just drive it and it would come off I told them I knew my car and it won't come off so the owner went out to look at the tire and told me they replaced the wrong tire smh then started saying I told him I said the driver side which I told both of them the passenger front. I for angry and told Him to put my tire back and fix the correct tire he goes back in grabs some random tire to show me it was damage as well when I told him that was incorrect as my driver sensor never came on only the passenger light did and the guy that towed my car checked all the tires and only the passenger tire had the blow out I explained to him that the car had sat there all night tire completely flat how did his tech not notice which tire needed to be replaced second his tech had my car up he couldn't he see which tire needed to be replace if he has seen a problem with the other tire they should have called me to tell me my other tire was needed to be replaced. The owner argued with me telling me he treats all his customers like family doubt that because no one deserves the treatment I got like just because I'm a woman I would drive off to see if my sensor would come off they messed up and he didn't even bother to try to make it right so went in with only needing one new tire left paying for two tires. His reply was I can put ur old tires back smh glad I got treated like family. I wouldn't recommend anyone to these people as they don't care about anyone but his pocket. read more
