We took the car over a span of three days and the manager could never give a direct response to what the problem was. Picked it up for the last time today and he gave a run around answer about all the possibilities till | asked specifically what did he touch on the car to fix it, that it just didn't fix itself. His response, was oh it was just a relay. My friend kept trying to get a better understanding of what the ideal problem was and he kept repeating and starting saying that he was cutting her off that to not come back there no more which we will not be. Very poor management and seems to take advantage of women. At this time we still don't know of the problem is fixed. On their website, they have listed that they are a full service mechanic shop. That's not the case. This problem was above their ability and they should have recognized that from the start. Needless to say, this place is a fraud.

An hour later, I called him back and told him a towe truck was on its way but the shop he referred didn't know if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later, Wes showed up on the side of the highway to help me. He looked at the car and said he was going to go find the belt so he could fix it. He came back and said the belt needed was out of stock so it would be 2 hours before he could get it. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character. My wife and I were very thankful for his willingness to help. I wish he had a shop in KC, he would get all of my business!!

I was told to go here for an alignment on my car. I made an appointment and was there for about 45…read moreminutes when the man who helped me at the front desk came back with an estimate on what needed to be done on my car. HERE IS WHERE THE ISSUE STARTED. He sat down and informed me that multiple things needed to be done on my car, and they needed to be done before I could get my alignment, including a NEW CV AXLE which I had just gotten done a month beforehand. If I would have never gotten my CV axles replaced before going in, I wouldn't have known they were trying to rip me off. I told the worker that I had just gotten my CV axles replaced, and he first questioned me on whether they were my CV axles that actually got replaced. Then, when I showed him my receipt, he went out to talk to the mechanic, and then CLAIMED THAT THEY DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED, and there was just oil on them, that's why he thought they needed to be replaced. A grown man, came and tried charging a 17 YEAR OLD WOMAN $500 DOLLARS TO REPLACE SOMETHING I HAD GOTTEN REPLACED THE MONTH BEFORE, and then goes to tell me he made a mistake, and it didn't need to be replaced. Enough said, the moral of the story is to either get a second opinion, or don't go to brakes plus. Below is an image of my receipt for the work I had gotten done, and a month later, told by brakes plus I needed the same work done, and then went back and said they made a mistake and I didn't need the work done because they made a mistake.

They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes…read more Bimmers Only fixed the problem which was the wheel bearing, which made sense since the noise was coming from the rear wheel and not the coolant pump which Autoscope said it was. Bimmers said my coolant pump did not need to be replaced and this saved me thousands and fixed the problem I had taken to Autoscope to fix for over a year! They kept saying they fixed it and each repair they did was over $2800 - more than $10K in one year and problem was never fixed. Everyone at Bimmers is professional and HONEST and knowledgeable!
