One happy customer here! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. I went in for an inspection and as I was leaving I found out that they could also do my brakes so I went back 30 minutes later. I thought they only did oil changes and tires but they do so much more! They got my car in and out of there quickly and kept me informed during the whole process. I am very happy with the work they did on my car and I will definitely be going back for all of my auto maintenance needs for as long as they are in business! I highly recommend them to everyone! It's always a pain to find a good place for auto needs so it's such a relief to finally find one. Also nobody ever notices that I have a dash cam, even friends that have been in my car everyday for over a year don't even know it's there. Needless to say I watched the footage before doing this review just in case. I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with what I saw and heard and I even enjoyed someone's singing at one point!! Thank you Sparx Auto for being kind, professional and respectful to my car and myself!! I will see y'all again for sure!!! read more

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. You always want to go to someone that is well trusted in the community. I've been living in the area for the last two years and finding a honest shop is hard especially when you don't know a lot of people in the area. When it was time to look for a place to get my oil changed I took my chances and went on here in hopes of finding a place with some good reviews. First shop that popped up was Sparx and after reading the positive feed back I went to them for work on my vehicle. These guys are professionals from their work to customer service. I got my engine replaced recently and they kept me informed the entire time they were working on it. From oil changes, rotating tires, and complete engine swaps, these guys do it all. I hope these reviews help someone find a good shop like they helped me. With their hard work they have gained my trust and a new customer. I wish I had two more hands so I can give them four thumbs up! read more

Today, I visited Sparx Automotive, and I am thoroughly impressed! When I walked in, the two brothers' owners greeted me and made me feel at home. My check engine light had been on for a few days, and I was worried about the potential cost of repairs. But these knowledgeable brothers quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me in a way that was easy to understand. They provided a detailed quote and could fix the problem in no time, at a very reasonable price too! The shop itself was clean and organized, and I could tell that they took great pride in their work. These brothers were professional and efficient and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. I recommend Sparx Automotive to anyone needing fast, reliable, and friendly car repairs. These brothers' friendly service and expertise are unmatched. Without a doubt, I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs. Ten stars! read more

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional customer service and top-notch car repair I experienced here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. What truly stood out was their honesty and transparency. There were no surprise costs or hidden fees--just straightforward, honest communication. The repair work was done promptly, and my car is now running better than ever! It was clear that the mechanics are highly skilled and take pride in their work. I've never left a Yelp review before, but these guys deserve it. This was not your typical agonizing and irritating shop kind of experience. These guys were straight forward, honest, and went out of their way to ensure the service I needed done wouldn't inconvenience me. Their prices were beyond fair. Additionally, Bleu and Joseph both went out of their way having conversations with me; going as far as giving advice and recommendations for upgrades that I'm going to be doing to my truck, and even offering their help. By far the best auto shop experience I've had. They also beat Toyota's service department's prices by nearly 50%! I will be using Sparx in the future. I drive a Toyota Tundra for reference, and received a radiator flush service for only $85. read more

This is a family owned and operated business that inputs their own values and passion of cars into each and EVERY customer that walks in the door. I've been going to Joseph, the owner, at his old shop for years but driving the extra 20 minutes to his NEW SHOP IN Sherman is worth every mile. Joseph, his brother and the entire staff is Adamant about making every patron satisfied and financially educated on every service they provide. They purchase parts only from the most reliable sources! They will also inform you if other shops have done previous damage on your car. Safety and customer satisfaction is their top priorities for every customer that walks in the door. And once you do, you feel like family! Amazing shop and amazing work 10/10 read more

I went in for a vehicle inspection and was impressed with the level of friendliness that I received. I greeted immediately and was in and out within 15 minutes of arriving even though they were extremely busy. I had expected to be there at least 30 minutes or more. As I was waiting, I took notice of their waiting room and the restroom and the level of cleanliness. This is a full service automotive repair, tire, and oil change establishment. Highly recommended for all your automobile needs. 2 thumbs up Thanks, to the guys at Sparx automotive Shanon Reaves read more

SPARX is wonderful and gracious. Between Saturday and Monday I visited 6 different locations being told by each that they couldn't change my lug nuts because they were stripped out. However I had to find a way to get them off because my battery had to be changed and the battery was under the wheel whale. My heart was sinking in desperation. I finally was told to take it to SPARX so I did and they were able to get them off. All the employees I came in contact with were great and very professional! I will be changing all my auto needs to SPARX! read more

The best automotive services, ever! Beau and Joe are honest, ethical wonderful people. Being 83, me and my wonderful husband , we don't always get a fair honest price for services rendered. Our service today with these gentlemen saved us nearly $2000! Such a shame, that many times, we older adults are ripped off. We have never been treated with dishonesty or disrespect from Beau and Joe. We love y'all and we are telling the world about your awesome services. May God continue to bless your business and your staff. You guys are DA BOMB!!!! read more

The brothers at Sparx saved me. Traveling through Oklahoma into Texas and my alternator went out on the highway. Made it to a truck stop, and after a long go around with my insurance, I took things in my own hands, found Sparx on Yelp and called. They were so nice and the tow company they recommended was fantastic. These guys got me in late on a hot Saturday afternoon, gave me bottle of water, and had a new alternator in my car in less than an hour. Amazing. I cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

A/c was messing up. Intermittently blowing hot air. They flushed everything, replaced fluids completely, and added dyes to ensure no leaks. Then they checked the compressor and other components to ensure everything was functioning correctly. The quote they gave me and the timeframe they told me it would take ended up being exactly what they told me. So far, everything is still good. Very nice and professional staff. read more
