One happy customer here! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. I went in for an inspection and as I was leaving I found out that they could also do my brakes so I went back 30 minutes later. I thought they only did oil changes and tires but they do so much more! They got my car in and out of there quickly and kept me informed during the whole process. I am very happy with the work they did on my car and I will definitely be going back for all of my auto maintenance needs for as long as they are in business! I highly recommend them to everyone! It's always a pain to find a good place for auto needs so it's such a relief to finally find one. Also nobody ever notices that I have a dash cam, even friends that have been in my car everyday for over a year don't even know it's there. I've been living in the area for the last two years and finding a honest shop is hard especially when you don't know a lot of people in the area. When it was time to look for a place to get my oil changed I took my chances and went on here in hopes of finding a place with some good reviews. First shop that popped up was Sparx and after reading the positive feed back I went to them for work on my vehicle. These guys are professionals from their work to customer service. I got my engine replaced recently and they kept me informed the entire time they were working on it. From oil changes, rotating tires, and complete engine swaps, these guys do it all. I've never left a Yelp review before, but these guys deserve it. This was not your typical agonizing and irritating shop kind of experience. These guys were straight forward, honest, and went out of their way to ensure the service I needed done wouldn't inconvenience me. Their prices were beyond fair. Additionally, Bleu and Joseph both went out of their way having conversations with me; going as far as giving advice and recommendations for upgrades that I'm going to be doing to my truck, and even offering their help. By far the best auto shop experience I've had. They also beat Toyota's service department's prices by nearly 50%! I will be using Sparx in the future. I went in for a vehicle inspection and was impressed with the level of friendliness that I received. I greeted immediately and was in and out within 15 minutes of arriving even though they were extremely busy. I had expected to be there at least 30 minutes or more. SPARX is wonderful and gracious. Between Saturday and Monday I visited 6 different locations being told by each that they couldn't change my lug nuts because they were stripped out. However I had to find a way to get them off because my battery had to be changed and the battery was under the wheel whale. My heart was sinking in desperation. I finally was told to take it to SPARX so I did and they were able to get them off. All the employees I came in contact with were great and very professional! The brothers at Sparx saved me. Traveling through Oklahoma into Texas and my alternator went out on the highway. Made it to a truck stop, and after a long go around with my insurance, I took things in my own hands, found Sparx on Yelp and called. They were so nice and the tow company they recommended was fantastic. A/c was messing up. Intermittently blowing hot air. They flushed everything, replaced fluids completely, and added dyes to ensure no leaks. Then they checked the compressor and other components to ensure everything was functioning correctly. These guys are the bomb. They go ABOVE and BEYOND what they are asked to do. I had them check a VSC light on my Lexus RX350.
