I had to drive my daughter car 2018 Honda civic for a few days, I noticed that her cars plastic undercarriage had come undone. it was dragging and making a noise every time we droved it. it was late Saturday and started looking for oil shops that can do the oil change and fix the plastic by using zip ties or fasteners. I still had 60% left on my oil before changing it but I just didn't want to go into shop with just fixing the plastic. Gentlemen greeted me and told me to wait while they finished with other customers. After a few minutes he came and took the vehicle into the bay. I sat and waited in the waiting room for a few minutes. He came back and explain I still had 60% of oil life and that he didn't recommend I change my oil yet. I explained that to him that I just didn't want to come in just to fix the plastic. He said no problem we will fix it as a courtesy to our customers. that was so awesome!!!!! I requested oil change for my Ram 1500, assuming they'd check all the fluids under the hood…read more Noticed it was running hot after leaving. Drive around for a while, noticing it a little hot while moving but way hotter while idling. Got it home and looked under the hood. Coolant was low, taking around a gallon to fill the radiator and reservoir. May have been low when I went in, and I hadn't noticed, but it runs at normal temperature now. Washer fluid reservoir was nearly empty. These were marked as checked on the receipt, when clearly, some items weren't. They did take the time to show me that the air filter was dirty, which I replaced myself for $21. I only went there because I'm taking a trip soon and my regular place was closed for the day. If I go back, I'll watch them the whole time.
