The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Rebuilding batteries is no longer done, however Bubba can and does many other types of mechanical work such as brake pads, tune ups, and much more. The shop is old and sometimes crowded but don't let that fool you, Bubba does excellent work and he's fair and honest and that's what really counts. I know a man that has a Lexus and Bubba has done the work on that Lexus for quite a few years. My car was in recently for new brake pads and I could not have been more pleased with any part of that transaction. I do not hesitate to recommend Jones Battery Shop to anyone.
