    I called and spoke to a very kind gentleman over the phone I forgot his name but he helped me at 1:10 on Wednesday, and he helped me with my omen gaming laptop, it requires very specific parts, and he was not able to provide me with the part but he was so helpful and kind it was awesome to hear this kind of customer service. Which Best Buy lacked!! Thanks again!

    Do not buy the iPhone screen thinking the free "lifetime" warranty is any good. You have to register online, pay $6.99 and wait 2 weeks

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

    Do not use Samsung Care (less) in Frisco Tx. We made the long drive just to find it a product…read moresales location. Repairs may or may not be finally completed but NOT within the time frame promised. We place the order for item, a week later received communication that part arrived, made appointment drove again to Frisco to complete service repair. Still has not happened and no eta as to when part will arrive. Be prepared for multiple trips calls and apologies or to passes off to some off brand repair third party business whose work Samsung offers no warranty...you've been warned

    I had to go in to repair the screen on my Fold6. I dropped it while opened and the inner screen…read morestarted showing black hairlines of dead pixels down the middle. I met Chris behind the counter. He was very cordial and listened carefully to what I had to say. He also explained that the repair was under warranty. He took my phone to the back and the tech, Freddy, said it would be a simple fix; but they did not have the parts on hand, which was totally reasonable and understandable. Parts were ordered and I got a text stating that they had the parts about 4 days later. So I brought in my phone the next day noon, during lunch time, prepared to leave my phone with them for the day or two. But an unexpected surprise... the tech had repaired it the same day and I was able to pick up my phone the say day! I was at the store around 5:30, left the store with repaired phone in hand, and at no cost for the repair (warranty)! I'm sure plenty of people have also gotten their phones/tablets, etc. repaired here with excellent service and have not left positive reviews for this place. I just want to state my experience here was AMAZING! Thank you Chris, Freddy, and Samsung Care store.
