Upon arriving the guys were very welcoming. I had used another Battery Plus closer to the house where I purchased the battery I needed to be replace. It was still under warranty. The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs. read more

Now, there is a catch, if you're taking your luxury watch to get battery replacement, they are reluctant to change the batteries unless you waive liability. My cost with manufacturer was greater than or equal to $55 (not a lifetime battery)... They gave me lifetime batteries slightly over $19, and when replacing batteries in 12 watches, that bill was a lot less painful to the wallet. read more

Was in need of a battery for a pulse oximeter. Looked online and found it but thought, "I'll try a local battery specialty store". Looked on this company's website and the battery showed to be in stock, I selected a location, put the battery in my Cart and then realized there were two models of the battery and I wasn't sure which would work (couldn't get it sorted with an internet search). The next day I called to get help but no one answered despite being three hours after open time. I decided to make the 25 minute drive since both models showed to be in stock. I walked in, told the rep what i was after and I needed to sort out which model I needed. He looked it up and said, "we don't have those in the store and it doesn't look like we can order them". Every time he sees me, he remembers the exact batteries I need. He's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and very pleasant to work with. I do get some bulk stuff online. I am not sure if you would even want to call what i experienced Customer Service. I have a car battery that is no more than 4 months old that i just had replaced and it is BAD and I am unable to start my vehicle so now it is stranded with no battery. I tried to have the battery charged at a well know auto shop and was advised it had a bad cell, no biggie stuff happens. I called Batteries Plus and advised the rep of the situation and was instructed to bring the battery in since it was under warranty. I wasted my time rushing to this location because it is the only one open on a Friday past 7pm. I get to the store and was advised that the information i was provided on the phone was incorrect because the rep i spoke with was new. What in the world does that have to do with me when i am in need of a replacement battery. He works there so he should know what he is telling the customer. I was told by the rep on duty I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE SPOKEN TO ME BECAUSE I AM NOT NEW. I don't know who is new and who is not at a location when i call and really could care less i just want good customer service. Maybe i should ask the person if they are new if i EVER decide to call this place again. The kicker to this whole situation is, not only was i advised that A) THE BATTERY MAY NOT EVEN BE THE CORRECT BATTERY FOR THE VEHICLE, B) THE BATTERY IS TO LOW FOR IT TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
